Visited as a party of four and all very happy with our steaks which all cooked to perfection from rare to well done. Also good friendly helpful service. Recommended.
As a family, a total of seven of us went to the restaurant. almost all of us asked for steaks bloody and half done. The food was fantastic! Plus, as a Hungarian, our waiter was also Hungarian (he was also a very good person)! My cocktail was also amazing, I can only recommend it.
Considering this is a chain, I didn't expect the level of service or quality of food we received. Also excellent that my guest could eat from a halal menu too. The waiter who served us was a fun character and was playful without being intrusive.

We were kindly welcomed and quickly sat without a reservation. I was happy to be on the ground floor with a window view. There is a basement dining room, which I saw when visiting the loo.

The food is great as always, one of the best steakhouses in England. Lovely staff, welcoming and inviting. The manager of that branch, Costa, was very accommodating and welcoming. I would definitely recommend it for anyone who would like to have a proper steak from professionals.

We ordered garlic bread with cheese, too much bread and little cheese, need a bit more garlic taste, we also ordered sweet potatoes I guess it's the best I had for a while. Amazing melted camembert!!
