The Palm Court - London - Photo album

From the moment we arrived, Birat supplied exceptional service. After taking our wet jackets, umbrellas and bags to the clock room , (and returning them later), he made sure we were aware of the history of an afternoon tea, aware of what were eating and had ample beverage supplies. Food was absolute
A huge shout out to Felipe who made a cocktail for each of our 6 day stay. Great bartender and really nice person. Really enjoyed talking with him and his gin recommendations were excellent. We met Romeo on our last day and he too mixed a great cocktail and it was great talking with him.
Staying at the Sheraton Grand for 3 nights. So happy to see some Filipino inspired cocktails on their menu at The Palm Court (Hotel Bar). Great service from Greg and Rommel who provided great advice on London life and what to do around town. Thank you for the hospitality and the service. These guys
What a great experience that was! The team went above and beyond, they were simply lovely (a special thanks to Michelle, who entertained our toddler in such a cute way, he loved her!) and made our stay awesome. Their scones are from heaven, the tea-collection leaves no taste behind. Can‘t recommend
The best place to have a nice dinner, quick lunch, or a wonderful glass of wine after a long day of work. The team here is absolutely amazing, and especially Efren, who is so friendly and will make sure you have the best night ever!
Palm Court, a chain of teahouses in England, offers a warm and charming atmosphere. The tea house offers different flavors of tea accompanied by a variety of savory and sweet snacks. Anyone visiting London for the first time and visiting the tea house has a wonderful experience!
We enjoyed our first ever tea and champagne experience. It was lovely and worth the visit. The biscuits were delicious, the sandwiches very good., and the cakes so good.
The service was a miss, charming, but everything took too long but management did address this. Sandwiches were also too cold with dry bread. Scones and pastries were, however, nailed to a high level. The setting is lovely.
As Afternoon Teas go, this place was perfect. Really reasonably priced with delicious food, teas and staff that went above to beyond - special shout out to Claire for making it a really special birthdays
Fantastic experience. Beautiful surroundings and atmosphere. Soft piano playing in the background. Staff were friendly and attentive. Food was dainty but plentiful. Ladies restroom was beautiful with sofas table, real hand towels. Everything was perfect.
