Delicious pizza before the cinema. Busy even on a Wednesday night. Service was slow but I think it was just one guy doing everything, so had to flag him down for everything but don’t expect this was planned! Would recommend!

We all got pizzas at 6ish in the evening. Really nice service and tasty thin crust pizzas. Good vegetarian options.

We came here after a Chelsea game. First of all, the restaurant name and logo is adorable (we have a turtle and we love pizza so this gave us a great vibe already)! It was full inside but the owner or manager (?) came to the front and told us it would be about a 15-20 minute wait. We were ok with waiting. I've we got seated, he came by again quickly to take our order. We got a Margherita and a N'duja pizza (can't remember the exact name). They were both yummy, thin crust, good sauce and good cheese. If it was up to me, i think I'd make the crust a tinsy bit crispier and add a little more cheese, but it was very good, the service was great, and for a decent price. We spent about $40 total for 2 pizzas and a beer or two. I would return if I was ever in town again.

Sensational pizza... this is local, friendly and unpretentious. But best pizza we've ever had, thin, crispy and light - and just perfect. Definitely best in London for us so far and we've done a lot. Really humble but good value and there is no where else better! X

Hungry Turtle: A Crispy Roman Pizza Gem in the Heart of London Hungry Turtle in London is a pizzeria that pleasantly surprised me. While its non-Italian name might make some wonder about its authenticity, it's important to note that Hungry Turtle offers a different pizza experience from the classic Neapolitan style. Instead, they serve up thin and crispy Roman-style pizza. What struck me most about their pizza was its lightness and the quality of the ingredients. Each bite was a delightful combination of fresh flavors, and I appreciated the departure from the traditional thick and doughy crust. I'd recommend enjoying your pizza on-site if possible to savor the experience fully. However, for those who prefer the comfort of their own space, Hungry Turtle also offers delivery through Deliveroo. The location itself exudes a cozy ambiance, making it a great spot for a casual meal or a pizza night with friends. And considering the notoriously high prices in London, Hungry Turtle offers fair pricing for the quality of pizza you receive. In summary, while the name might not scream "authentic Italian," Hungry Turtle in London is a pleasant departure from the classic Neapolitan pizza scene. If you're looking for a light, crispy, and flavorful Roman-style pizza in a cozy setting, this pizzeria is well worth a visit

I have been searching for a good pizza Romana (think thin crust) in west London for a while now and this seemed to be one of the few available, as the Neapolitan variant is prevailing everywhere. I had a vegetarian and my partner had cheese pizza with extra Nduja. It was really tasty with super crispy base and just the right amount of toppings. The service was fast, as we were among the few guests at a Wednesday evening. We will be back, soon I hope so.

This is the best pizza in London. If you like fresh, very thin crispy pizza that melts quickly in your mouth, then this is the absolute best of that. Definitely visit. Lovely people run it too - great service 10/10

Exceptional Roman style crispy pizza. Can be very busy with take away orders but for the best experience sit in and have it fresh and hot. Neapolitan has been overdone, try something different!
