Cote offers a slightly different breakfast than you usually find - sure you can get the Full English, but you can also get crepes with eggs or for those just wanting a continental nibble, there was also croissants served with an orange juice and coffee, great for the lighter eater.
I opt for the French toast as I can't ever resist a gooey sweet toast, I do wish this had been a little bit sweeter but I managed to do it my way and drowned it in syrup. I wasn't all that enamoured with the fruit salad that came with it, they were just random pieces of fruit thrown in.
The boys opted for a bacon baguette each, which they were very impressed was part of the menu - this was wolfed down so quickly I can only assure you that they loved it. And the croissant, as it should be was crisp and flakey all in one mouthful.
You can make a booking here although it can be tricky to squeeze in past all the yummy mummies and large prams occupying the place so plan ahead.
I had breakfast here so can't comment on the other food but my granola with yoghurt was INCREDIBLE: the perfect texture combination of crunchy and smooth. The customer service was excellent and if you sit in the window you can see the heath!
We went for breakfast on a rainy Saturday morning. We were really so it was quite quiet. The service was prompt and the food was fantastic. It got busier whilst we were they bit the service was still as good.
FANTASTIC!! From the moment you walk through the door you are always greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. Tonight was above and beyond with absolute perfect service from our waitress Rehanna, I have to say I have never had a waitress who was so happy and full of life and so attentive. I honestly can not fault any part of our experience. Will always be our place for the perfect night.
Amazing atmosphere, place and service.
Tasty food, wine and beer.
The only one thing is why 4 stars is that steak side salad wasn't looking fresh.
But again - all other was amazing!
the mussels were not very tasty and the vegetables were cooked for too long. Everything else is not bad
We went there for new years eve after being let down at by another place at short notice.
They were doing a 4 course meal for just over £40 which is great value. And one complimentary drink was included.
The food was tasty and felt like good quality produce. I had a sirloin steak which was cooked more well done than medium/rare. A little expensive for extra broccoli too, at £4.25. The tomato salad wasn’t anything to write home about, with just sliced tomatoes also costing £4.25. The cheese board was impressive though as you got to choose your own cheeses on from an extensive selection.
The staff were very attentive and friendly, especially after a slight mix up with our courses. They couldn’t apologise enough and made everything right.
When the clock rolled 12 they gave us another complimentary drink. All four of us had a very enjoyable night.

Had My Birthday dinner here, amazing place, food was amazing however as it is a high end restaurant the prices I would say are rather reasonable. If you are planning to have a dinner I would recommend calling up and reserving as a lot of people do eat here. One of the best high end restaurants near me! Would definitely recommend.
Been to Cote Blackheath for a few months now and the staff are so friendly and polite. They welcome you with open arms and cater to all your needs. Their food is amazing and tastes phenomenal. It is also situated perfectly for a good view both inside and out. Would highly recommend.
Took my Partner out for a meal on Saturday 28th October. Had the pork belly with dauphinoise potatoes. 🤤 She had beef bourguinon and a side of green vegetables. 🤤 enjoyed with a bottle of Spanish white wine. The food was served with impeccable timing and was cooked to perfection. The restaurant was very busy so I was quite surprised by the speed of service. The service from the staff was beyond reproach. I would recommend a visit if you're in the area. We will definitely be visiting again.
The food was excellent. Staff very professional and knowledgeable.
Will begin with wide gluten free menu - big plus here. Food was tasty and fresh, great friendly service. Definitely good place for a date or just a casual dinner - going to pop over for a breakfast as menu looks mouthwatering. Thanks!
Had a wonderful meal, the salmon was perfectly cooked and the vegetables were so fresh you could taste it...... Dessert was a bit rich for me but I'm sure would suit real chocolate lovers. Staff were friendly enough, but didn't like the fact that we were served by 4 different people. Would recommend as a meal out for a couple or family and friends
Great service and always made to feel very welcome. Again, the front of house staff were great, extremely polite and friendly and always on-hand to assist. The restaurant is located in a lovely spot with the heath just outside.
I tend to travel a lot for work and often dine at Cote restaurants and usually order the beef bourguignon. Unfortunately both times I have had it at this particular Cote, it was a little underwhelming. This time the beef was a little tough and sliced into small portions, when it usually comes whole, and the portion of the meat and the potatoes was quite frugal. My partner spoke to a team member and the issue was resolved. My partner's duck meal was very good I am told, and the dessert was great.
Despite my main, I would still highly recommend this Cote, but maybe not the bourguignon.
Favourite breakfast spot. Lovely service always, attentive staff. Only con is small portions sometimes with sides such as avocado bacon and mushrooms
I really enjoyed my first time visiting Côte. Our server was friendly and even helped me choose my dessert when I was stuck with such delicious sounding options! I'm excited to come again to try more of the menu
