Don't go by the online menu, they have loads of other stuff which changes on a daily basis. What a great place. Grab a cold coffee and a brownie to unwind yourself and relax a little.

Good places to hangout or coffee time with besties. Satisfying taste and portion size for the cappuccino, but as I always had in almost every coffee shop within UK, the desserts is just awful! High-sugary level, not my level for sure! I tried lemon mascarpone cake there.

I came across Tap Coffee while randomly walking past it on Wardour street, and I was so impressed with the decoration and the overall look of the cafe, that I just couldn't resist not going in. The cafe has a lot of natural light coming in thorough ceiling windows and different types of lamps and light bulbs. Also, it has a huge sign stating 'coffee', which is very appealing to any coffee lover. The staff are very friendly and advise well - I was recommended a latte with oatmeal milk, which was absolutely delicious! Also, Tap Coffee pays attention to tiny details, which make all the difference - While waiting for your order, you are given a small glass bottle with two cards in it (so cute!) and each table has a tin of Lyle's black treacle filled with brown sugar and a strawberry/orange compote. I highly recommend Tap Coffee if you're looking for a place to relax and have a cup of coffee and a brownie or a slice of pie, with or without company!

Yum! Yum! Yum!
This place is meant for the coffee lover! Whilst I'm not an avid coffee drinker, I must say that this was one of the best coffees I have ever tried. It is so rich and strong.
The interiors are rustic with modernist drop lights on each table- simple yet beautiful.
I had ordered the flat white and the honey glazed fig and pistachio cake- what an absolute delicacy!
The only negative about the place is that it can't hold large groups of more than 4.
Ambience: Very Good
Food/Drinks: Excellent
Service: Very Good
Value for money: Very Good
My recommendation: Both the coffee and cake was amazing.

Nice place to get a cup when roaming around soho. Love the seating overlooking the street. Good coffee and decent customer service. Didn't try the food but it looked inviting.

Just another typical amazing coffee place in London. I have noticed that there are a lot of branches of TAP coffee around London but it's my first time trying it. The flat white is so sick!!
Nice place and the interior suits the coffee place a lot!

Been wanting to try Tap Coffee since we have heard so much about this small but eccentric cafe. Located in between end of Wardour street and Oxford street, you do usually spot people holding cup of coffee siting right outside of the cafe. We were greeted by the staff and the menu is simple; probably has less than 10 drinks available. As we arrived pretty late in circa 4pm, most of pastries and sandwiches were gone but we still managed to order a chicken sandwich and flat whites....

This is a great place to get your daily coffee fix. It has a well designed interior that makes you want to linger around for more than just one cup of their delicious coffee. I had my standard Cortado and really enjoyed it. Service was decent. Doesn't have the biggest selection of food for breakfast but that's not an issue as the focus of this place is really proven in the great coffee it serves up.

This cafe just redefined what a flat white should be! Warm (not steaming hot) yet still have enough microfilm foam/milk to craft flawless flat white pattern on perfectly pulled espresso shots!

In the heart of Soho, TAP’s Wardour Street outpost perpetually buzzing, drawing in coffee enthusiasts by the hordes for the high quality coffee roasted in-store in the Probat at the back. This is a rustic space with skylights running along most of the long length of the ceilings. It’s busy but laid back at the same, making it all-too-easy to stay on for hours too once you’ve bagged a table.

I love going to tasting events. Whether it is wine tasting, whisky tasting, cheese tasting and etc. I will always learn something new. Even more so, I will start finding a new love for it. Not until recently I attended a sake tasting, I never thought I would have such interest into sake. Now expanding my repertoire, I went to a coffee "cupping" (in another word, tasting) event for fun. If you don't know already, I'm a tea drinker. I could go without a cup of coffee for months and years, I do still drink it occasionally but it's hard to find a good cup. Ah yes I'm pointing at the high street coffee chains, I would not consider them for a quality coffee as it is ghastly. So really, my coffee education began here.

Surrounded by major coffee chains just off Oxford Street on Wardour Street, TAP Coffee comes pretty edgy in comparison. With a minimalistic décor filled with wooden tables/benches and low-hanging metal lights. It's a destination for coffee snobs who know their flat white to ristretto to afogato to V60. Feeling slightly inadequate and ignorant, I headed downstairs of the shop for the coffee cupping event.

Like all tastings, noticeably for liquid consumptions always involve sniffing first. Then loudly slurping the drink so it spreads to the back of the tongue (and if food is involved, take another slurp after the food). Lastly we evaluate the drink's taste, specifically the body, sweetness, acidity, flavour and aftertaste. This allows us to understand the minor differences between growing regions as it can varies in taste greatly.

To prepare the coffee samples, 2 tablespoons of freshly roasted and coarsely ground coffee in a 200ml glass. Hot water, just off the boil is added to to each glass. In the four mintues the coffee and water have interacted, a thick "crust" of grounds will be sitting on the top of the sample. With a cupping spoon, puncture the ground crust and drag it to the back portion of the glass. This will release a burst of aroma (we watched only, so never got to soak up the aroma). Once the breaking of the crust is done, the remaining top grounds are skimmed off. It's now ready for tasting. Each taster gets a spoon to slurp a spoonful of coffee and we rinsed our spoon in the water filled glass to avoid cross contamination. Moving back and forth around the table tasting each glass several times as the coffee cools down to room temperature, this allows us to see how the coffee fare at different stages in their cooling down.

We tasted 6 coffees from Colombia to Rwanda to Tanzania to the unusual of Papua New Guinea. I'm not going to talk much about the taste as it's very personal and I'm still learning about coffee. TAP Coffee do source the highest quality coffee beans from around the world and they roast their own beans. Roasting coffee beans is another technical lesson for another day for another blog post.

Afterwards, we had two cups of our favourite coffee beans from the cupping event - Columbia La Casiana and Rwanda Nyamasheke Nyungwe Peaberry made by v60. The filtered coffee came served in a small metal jug with a white cup, we get to pour the coffee into our cup. It's strong but not bitter and not overly acidic. Beside coffee, sandwiches, salad and the usual baked goods are also served here. The baristas seems very knowledgeable about coffee, at least able to answer all our queries which is rare.

I know where to go when I need a coffee fixture, but it's nowhere near my work place so I need to find another coffee fixture near work unless I learn how to brew a cup. Hopefully in the near future, I can attend the coffee brewing class but before that I need to buy a coffee grinder.

The coffee cupping is a free event and can be signed up online.

Tap 193  is an impressive coffee shop. If there was a checklist of things a coffee shop should do well, Tap would ace all categories. Great food (Fresh sandwiches, salads and sweet treats), great coffee, comfortable seating with natural light, non-fussy branding, reasonable prices and the scent of well roasted beans on site. A case of KISS (keep it simple stupid) being all you really need. This is one of the few places in London that will do a pour over.

Been in here a couple of times for coffee and cake. It is usually full, busy and vibrant with an eclectic mix of locals, office workers and tourists but big enough to find a seat somewhere. Ordering is simple and the coffee is sensibly made and dispatched from a different location which speeds things up no end. The coffee was very good, balanced in flavour and timely on arrival. Good for a quick cuppa if you are on the way somewhere else, and also nice to spend time in if you are not in such a hurry.

They roast their own beans and the baristas knows what they doing, which is rare in London. They make Amazing flat white not bitter very creamy nice concept strawberry and chocolate brownie was really nice just a bit dry not as moist as it could have been slightly over priced but nice atmosphere and concept. I really had a cosy feel about the place, the only down side its very busy and can be a mission to get a table but if you are willing to wait its well worth it.

I am so glad I found this café! The food is so good and there are vegan and veggie options. The staff members were all super nice and made sure that I had a great time there. I have already been to kozzee twice in two days and will be back very soon. I think that speaks for itself. I really recommend you try this café!

Best brunch I have had ! The staff was extra kind and the food was delicious. I highly recommend taking pancakes or waffles with maple, the balance of this dish is incredible (lots of fruits, very sweet). It's the perfect place to have your brunch, believe me !

Really friendly staff, made us feel very welcome - they could see I was looking at the bags of coffee while waiting for brunch so they explained the difference in bags. Food was excellent and was served within 10 minutes, coffee was super and really impressed. Will definitely return.

I only ate cake and drank coffee. I don't know what the lunch tastes like, it looks so good. From the other hand my cake was slightly dry. The place was cold and very noisy, I didn't like it. Maybe next time I would be more convinced. Kozzee was not so cozy for me. If u like loud music and basic chairs, that is place for you
