This bustling restaurant was hard to get in to, so best to arrive before they open to secure a seat. We walked down for lunch and got in after a 20 minute wait. Food was lovely, service wasn’t outstanding but also wasn’t bad just standard. The room has a lot of energy and overall I would say it’s w
My friend and I popped in last Sunday around 5.30pm when the kitchen reopened for dinner time. We felt the staff was very nice and friendly which lead us to our table. We were asked right away for water and were given menus! The restaurant started to fill up very quickly in the meantime which gave a
Nothing short of delicious! Last Tuesday after arriving 10 minutes before the doors opened we managed to be seated straight away. The food was incredible from the small plates to the pasta everything was mouth watering, there are countless amounts of Italians cuisine restaurants in London. However,
Astonishing Italian restaurant in the heart of Bermondsey! Everything we ordered was delicious, well presented and very good value. However, I have to knock down a star for the service which was very slow and inattentive the day we visited unfortunately.
Very nice food, great atmosphere and attentive staff. Reasonable prices. If I had to find any faults it would be perhaps too much sauce on pasta dish for my liking. The Monkfish linguine tasted amazing but was literally swimming in the sauce. Not very Italian if you ask me. Regardless, 5 star experi
LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!! Highly recommend this place to everyone! They have the perfect combo of super delicious food, reasonable pricing and good portion sizes. I did not try their starters or desserts, but their main pasta dishes are a must-try. They only do walk-ins and the queue can get quite long dur
Probably some of the best pasta I had outside of Bologna/Modena. Truly amazing and worth the hype! Just wish it would not be such a gamble to get a table and they’d do reservations :)
We had a very lovely family dinner last night. We had to virtual queue for an a hour which hard with kids but the door staff were super helpful helping us to set as quick as possible as he saw the kids which show a very good customer service. Food was delicious, kids love their pasta dishes and say
There are many Italian restaurants in London but this one is the best so far!! Pastas were great as expected but small plates were just amazing. Would like to recommend “Honeymoon melon” especially. Service was nice as well and dishes were quickly served. Will come back!
Worth the (long) wait. Highly recommend the prawn tartar for starter. Our favourite pasta dish was the roasted pork tortellini, shortly followed by the monkfish linguine. The spaghetti carbonara were good but not as good as the rest. Tiramisu dessert was average compared to the rest.
