Spaghetti House is pretty close to the hotel we were staying at London. So we were off to dinner there yesterday.
The place looks small but it has different levels of seating and is decorated with photos and jars of pasta.
They have a set 3 course meal priced reasonably and 2 of our party opted for that.
I decided to share an appetizer with my mom and order a main. The Batter fried Calamari rings were superb, tender and coated in a light batter specially when paired with the accompanying tartare sauce.
My main course was Saltimbocca ala Marsala which was Pork Escalopes panfried and served with a reduced wine sauce. It was very filling.
We shared some excellent Vanilla panacotta and a Brownie with gelato.
Really enjoyed their food today..specially the pizza was great and the bruschetta....the pasta could have been better...the service was great too
Went there on a Tuesday afternoon .
After scanning the entire menu thoroughly, thankfully found few vegetarian options .
The penne arabiatta was simply marvelous, never had such a rich red sauce flavor in my entire life . However, the bruschetta was really disappointing, served on a hard bread with cold tomatoes and olive oil, it simply lacked flavor and had no taste.
This delicious traditional italian pasta house is a place that everyone in London should visit at least once! Its located in the midst of marble arch, just minutes away from the prime shopping destination that is oxford street making it a great place to visit after a long day!
We began by ordering some garlic buttered bread and spicy chicken wings, both of which were delicious! Being a pasta person, i couldnt resist myself from ordering the Tagliatelle al pesto, which was so beautifully cooked and seasoned. The pesto had the perfect balance and the crushed pine nuts added another crunch element to the dish. My friends ordered the classic Margherita pizza which was also wonderful!
Would definitely recommend this well priced restaurant for everyone who's a fan of Italian cuisine!
A good decent meal a good selection for vegetarians, although a lot of variations on a theme. Friendly waiting staff too.
Really good Italian joint. Spaghetti house is on a prime location on bond street. You may want to call and book a table as the place is not very huge and people have their lunch/ dinner the Italian way ..with a number of courses in an absolute relaxed way. Even the staff will not hurry you up and will be patient with your orders.
We began with ordering white wine along with some olives and starters. This was served immediately and we then placed the order for 2 pastas ..one was tomato based and other creamy. Perfect combination if you want best of both tastes.
We asked the server to get the main course after a while till we enjoyed the wine and starters. The pasta and spaghetti was really nice. The portions were well sized. I enjoyed the food. We also had some desert ..all in all I was happy with the 3 course meal. Wish I had the capacity to eat some more ..
Had a great time here. The staff were friendly, the food was good, the vibe was good as well. Personally ordered a tomato pasta and was delighted with the order. However, the price was a bit expensive in my opinion.
I love a Spaghetti House. I used to go to the one near Bund Street that has sadly closed. Food was delicious. My favourite starter ever is the Arancini de Riso, I could eat them all day long. Service was great and very friendly. We will return 😋
Food was delicious, staff were very friendly, but order took so so long to two pasta dishes only. Prices above average. But worth the visit.
Tasty food, friendly staff, prices also are good and finally will come back again
Just around the corner from Marble Arch Hard Rock Hotel is this very nice Italian we stumbled across, the welcome and service was great, tables available inside and outdoors. We were accompanied by my 7yr old grandson who ate well from the 'bambino' menu.
The starters were excellent, I recommend the warm foccacia with other Italian breads, we had spaghetti bologneise and pizza as mains with gelato and tiramisu for dessert. The food was excellent, ambience quiet and it gave a peaceful rest bite from the bustle of the city. Additional seating was located downstairs.
Really lively Italian just off of Oxford Street .We had Arancini to start plus garlic bread with cheese .Delicious, I had carbonara loads of freshly grated cheese over the top One granddaughter had Marguerita and the other one had spaghetti and my daughter had linguine with king prawns .We thoroughly enjoyed our meals and the staff were lovely and attentive highly recommended
Wow
Love place and great food
The only challenge is that the employees are from different nationalities and sometimes it is difficult to understand the clients.
The food is good enough and the price will be lower since it is very expensive
This WAS the best Italian restaurant in London once upon a time. Recently they've become too expensive and staff have become worse. I hope that Spaghetti House goes back to their better standards.
The best Italian restaurant in London. The atmosphere is very cozy, the food is delicious. Must try the lasagna! The waiter Egle is súper charismatic. The server Saif is very professional. I loved the music. Thank you guys
Lovely little Italian restaurant near Oxford street. The service is lovely and the food is really delicious! Typical Italian flavours and incredible desserts. We weren't a big fan of the coffee though. But we can recommend eating here! Keep in mind that it is rather small so not the most suitable place for larger groups.
Nice restaurant add other of the same chain. But food is particularity good in this one.
They have plenty of tables and it's very conveniently placed if you're visiting the city.
Visiting from the USA and decided to pop in for late lunch. Quite pleased with the taste of the food. As someone who loves to cook, the food tasted good! 👍🏽 The Aperol Spritz was a little tart for my tastes, but the Bolongese was delish! I would come again! Service was good too! Price was very reasonable!
Very nice place in rather quiet street. Looks small from the outside however inside there is much more seating available. Friendly staff, good food, crazy service charge fee however (13.5%).
Definitely recommend the place though, all in all a great experience. Thank you!:)
