The food court selection is spectacular! If money were no object, I would shop at Harrods daily. As a London tourist, I absolutely loved it. Everything was fresh and delicious!
The retail offerings are exquisite! There are so many lovely, shiny things!

This is just a review of the food hall and chocolate hall within Harrods
Ultimate in luxury food , a very impressive selection of sandwiches, sushi , pasta within the food court
There were rotisserie's & pasta counters which could cook any combination of sauce and pasta for you ... but I marked it down a star because there were no seating areas provided to enjoy what you have ordered and most who do would either have to eat on the street or take home a freshly cooked pasta which would have been nice to sample hot and just prepared . This is a common complaint and for £28 I would expect table service! ( I know its not going to happen but just voicing my opinion)
I decided to try the once in a life time purchase of the outrageously priced wagu beef sour dough sandwich at £28 ... yes you read that correctly
Best sandwich I have ever tasted in my life , the beef melted in your mouth and with the combination of beer soaked onions and porcini mushroom it was amazing . A small down side was the sourdough felt a bit stale refrigerated and for this kind of price tag you would expect perfection
Was it worth the £28 ... no but it may have been worth £17/£18 but even that that's at a push and would I go every week to get one ... no but that's just my opinion and definitely worth trying once bit that's it.

Food hall fantastic as ever! World class. Home floor fabulous. Some of the other, take it or leave it. Lots of pretentious folk about too worried about how fat their lips are. Mens wear great, women's not so great. But plenty of interest for all

A giant maze. I didn't make it past the ground level. Only walked around on circles in the Basement and Gtound Level. Beautiful place and the Food Hall was impressive

Woooow! This place is Pretty cool! Epic details and designs. All the top brands and top quality products. Each floor has different themes, this is a MUST checkout. Save space for lunch at the bottom level because you'll want to try the food they have.

What a place to spend some time. This place is huge and the selection is just as much. Visited on a Monday evening and the place was still a hive of activity.
Grabbed a couple things for the journey home, I would prefer to spend much more time here and do some serious shopping!
Next time.

It's always a wonderful department store to visit no matter how many times. I wish I had more money to enjoy shopping even more. The underground grocery section had nothing but luxury items.

Great shopping center! Luxury items, top-notch service, and a wide variety of shops and restaurants. A bit pricey but worth it for the experience. Definitely a must-visit in London!

You must visit Harrods if you are in London. It's one of those historical places that deserves to be visited. Prices of some items can be outrageous, but that's part of the fun of visiting a place like this. They have anything and everything from food to clothes to mattresses, to jewelry, cosmetics and home appliances. Lots of cafes and restaurants where you can try some of their merchandise.

Just the most tasty cakes you can eat, the red velvet was amazing, and the salted caramel was out of this world. If you visit this store, go to the food section and try out these sweet goodies.

Love Harrods❤️. A London tradition and must visit. I could spend all day browsing and shopping this unique experience. I have to visit every time in London. The most beautiful flowers and Christmas departments - bring your walking shoes!

Absolutely beautiful to spend the morning wandering around. Suitcases aren’t allowed in, so you can always make use of the ‘bounce’ bag drop opposite- download the app. Boutiques are stunning and the food hall takes your breath away. I treated myself to a Gucci item and the customer service was exceptional. I’ll be back.

Harrods is the largest store I have ever seen, where you can spend your entire day and find all luxury products.
I don't recommend going with your spouse because they have all the season's handbags in stock. The perfume section probably has every perfume ever produced in the world. I had the chance to try and purchased perfumes I've never heard of or smelled before, and their prices weren't exaggerated.
The home decor section was another floor that caught my attention. Don't even look at the prices; the Fendi armchair I liked was $25,000 for a single seat. I decided to sell my car and buy a sofa instead :)
Another thing that surprised me was the presence of a fish, vegetable, and grocery section. They have a wide variety of exotic fruits and vegetables. They offer all kinds of fresh fish and mussels. One can't help but wonder if this fish is Hermes or if those bananas are Gucci.
They have every brand you can think of, so it's a good idea to call your bank and let them know your credit card will be loaded. Even American Express got excited.

Doesn’t disappoint. It’s a glorious retail experience. And the food hall is a must-visit. There’s nothing like it. Just be aware they sell tasty, delicious, ready-made, ready-to-eat meals, but have absolutely zero seating. We sat on the pavement outside on a rainy day! It would have been helpful to know there wasn’t seating BEFORE we all bought our lunch.

An amazing shopping 🛍 destination, you dont have to be rich to be here. There are a lot of things for everyone. Personally, the food court and chocolate section are something distinctive.. if you love ❤️ chocolate, you will enjoy all the finest brands under one roof.
P.S. Harrods products are beautiful and reasonably priced.

That is the most fantastic department store. You can’t visit London and not go to Harrods. If you can imagine it, Harris has it. From every cuisine to Jewelry, perfume, skin care, technology…you name it and it’s at Harrods.
Max Hammet-Millay
A lovely department store that's up scale. It's clean and bright as well as being well decorated. Sadly I feel wierd going in as a non billionaire. The layout has gotten worse with less cool unusual items on display or maybe its just me.

huge galleries on 6 floors with magnificent luxury products! Always a pleasure to be a tourist in such refined places! We will always be surprised at the prices that can be given to certain articles...

Nothing can beat icecream breaks while shopping.
This parlour is usually very crowded, but it's totally worth the wait.
With super delicious sundaes and a number of shakes, you cannot afford to miss this place!

Very slow service even for a scoop of ice cream . Takes ages for someone to come and take the order and takes ages for someone to serve the scoop . The ice cream scoops are normal run of the mill as well . Nothing great

If you're looking for a gourmet ice cream cup you've got to try this one!
We had a chocolate based cup and a fruit based cup, all I can say is: Heaven in my mouth!
Wow! Just amazing!! Although you know it's very heavy and probably carries a ton of guilt with it BUT trust me it's worth every bite!
Absolutely delicious ! The place is usually packed so expect a queue, worth a wait though. Once u get seated prepared to be bewildered with the choices !! The place is like hitting a jackpot

One of the best ice cream parlours in London. I ordered the Coppa Nocciola( a combination of chocolate, hazelnut and vanilla ice cream topped off with a melted Ferrero Rocher chocolate sauce ❤️). This my friends is a must try when in London!

Everyone is crazy about harrods - I decided to eat some ice cream while others were going 'wow' about over rated harrods.

The ice creams were truly delicious n brilliant. It was super yummy. I had their cherry ice cream and the Nutella scoop. Also tasted the raspberry n lemon sorbet from my friend. Really fresh n relaxing feel to eat icecream. Who would not feel nice eating icecream.

Bit of a wait. But lovely ice creams with toppings, shakes and fantastic coffee.
Service is nice and the staff really friendly.
Great layout and seating.
Sumayya S
Delicious ice creams yet over priced! We ordered two types of ice cream, the Spaghetti and the Harrods Special. A must visit if you haven't already.
Ankush Regundwar
amazing ambience and some never eaten never seen ice cream for your taste buds. This is situated in great Harrods which is a luxury brand store in london.

I'm going to keep this post short & sweet..literallyDid you know there is an ice cream parlour in Harrods? Not just any ice cream parlour - but an utterly decadent my-mouth-is-watering-thinking-about-it ice cream parlour.Look at it. I mean really look at it..that's sorbet, ice cream, cream, berries, meringue and a whole loada deliciousness
Anise Hsin
Love gelato so of course have to try Harrods one. The selection here is not big, but there are many different type of sundae combinations.

Overall, service was quite fast, and the ice creams were quite yummy! Not the best though. Weird thing is that atmosphere does not feel so good, and staff look very unhappy.

I think I prefer the Ice Cream Parlour at Fortnum and Mason

If you like ice cream you have to give this place a visit. It is located on the second floor on Harrods.

This is definitely a place for luxury ice cream. The parlour is very clean and spacious and has a very modern yet simple décor. I ordered the yoghurt sundae and definitely recommend it, as it was phenomenal. It had the right consistency and sweetness. Everything is presented beautifully and as expected with Harrods, service was excellent.

It was expensive and I wouldn’t go here everytime I wanted ice cream but it a lovely experience and if you haven’t been I would say go.

If you have a sweet tooth and are looking for an ice cream parlour than can offer you a variety of Sundaes then this is the right place. I would recommend you to try the Coppa Nocciola Sundae. It is just the perfect blend of chocolate. hazel nuts and vanilla ice cream. It was a real treat for me. I will surely visit again.

I recently tried this place and loved the dessert here. The desserts was exceptional and so far the best I have ever tasted. The service was the negative point here. Along with a lukewarm service the staff was quite terse and indifferent. The ambience was just fine but nothing exceptional. Thus, I would surely visit this place again but only for the desserts.
Oliver Mccarthy
If you are planning to visit this ice cream parlour and try the various ice cream shakes and coffee that is being offered then this is one place that you should consider a miss. The variety offered in the menu is just boring. The atmosphere is not at all vibrant and you would not want to burn a hole in your pocket for the desserts that are being offered.
Freddie Gallagher
If you want to just grab some heavenly ice creams after your meal and before your shopping continues then this is just the right place for you. Try the Sundae and it is surely going to be a treat for your sweet tooth. The place is always so full of people that they are always waiting for you to vacate the table. I appreciate the courteousness of the staff.

This is one place that I will want to visit again and again when I am in London. The concept of the restaurant is great. It is very aesthetically done and the you will enjoy the ambience here. Although the place is a little expensive but you can order dishes that you can share. That makes up for the huge bill that you might have to otherwise pay.
Isabella Burrows
I had the pleasure of visiting this place with a couple of my friends and would suggest it is one of the casual eating joints where you can hang out with your friends. The focus here is on good quality food and the flavour of the dishes is just perfect. Although the waiting time is huge but once the snacks arrive they are worth the wait.
Felix Byrne
My experience here was bad as per all standards. I asked for a strong coffee and got a very thin sweet one instead. I ordered a Sundae and got someone else's ice cream order instead which was again frustrating. The Sundae that came in later was also not a treat. It was just one ordinary ice cream for the price that was being charged for it. I was clearly not impressed with the service. I would suggest that you give it a miss!
Harvey Miles
It is just okay to spend an exorbitant amount on something as small as a dessert when you are out on a holiday especially when you are somebody who has a sweet tooth. I tend to start craving for an ice cream as soon as I finish my meal. The sheer presentation of the ice cream made me want to have it right away despite the fact that it was too expensive. Nonetheless once in a while you can 'Live life king size!'

i went to the ice cream parlour and though i loved the interiors and the furniture i must say that the sundaes are very bad not even eatable or passable downright bad. they are served in a beautiful sundae glass but the taste is not even close to the presentation.

this parlour is also very expensive it cost me 15 ponds for one ice cream sundae which i did not eat at all, the application of dry ice in the sundaes gives the sundae a very good touch makes it look very appetising, only if the ice creams were good..

Its sad because the sundaes look very good and appealing but they juts lack everything from flavour to consistency, i mean even the ice creams were quite average and for the price I'm sure you can find a better place in London.
