I'm not so fan of sugar has I am of savory and redvelvet doesn't really make my day but at Kahailas I really liked it, fluffy and full of flavor. I also liked the concept and the coffees are really nice also. During the weekend is a very busy place but on week days it's a good place to take a break and relax a bit.

We love this cafe in Bricklane London. İt's calm and relaxing mood, welldone bakery, coffee&tea, fairprice . That' all We need😉 . Bricklane severler için bence ufak bir mola için en iyi Seçenek. Durun bişeyler için ve atıştırın.

What's not to like about this lovely little Bakery/Cafe?

Kahaila is the shop front for the gorgeous cakes created by the angels at Luminary Bakery, who take in women in need of help getting off the streets and out of bad lives to be trained up to become a baker.

And the produce that they make is delicious.

The pretty frosted cakes line the window luring in passers by to drool in front of the shop before convincing themselves that it's ok to treat yourself every now and then...which is what happened to me and before I knew it I was blurting out the words 'pistachio cake slice and a latte please' quickly followed by 'ooh and a slice of the Daim cake' and then 'oh and is that a little Pimm's cake? I'll take one of those too please' OK SO I HAVE A CAKE ADDICTION BUT I DIDN'T EAT THEM ALL IN ONE GO, PROMISE!

The Raspberry, Rose and Pistachio cake I ate in with my coffee in the company of a giant sunflower to brighten up my day. The cake was lovely and moist with a very light textured frosting and good but subtle flavouring.

The Pimm's cake I had later and gave the man his Daim cake. They were both tasty but could have done with a lot more Pimm's in mine as it was barely noticeable. Interesting idea with the candied cucumber though.

The staff were nice, friendly and the cafe had a great vibe. Would recommend for a guilty pleasure treat (which is made slightly better knowing that it's supporting a good cause)

Very cute and cozy coffee shop. We dropped in for a quick cake and coffee, however I would love bringing a laptop here to just sit and work for a few hours. Vibe is very chill and laid back. Tables are a mix of different shapes and types, but for me it gives a bit cozy cabin feeling. The carrot cake was also a highlight. It was very moist, and not overly sweet. I would definitely come again.

We stopped here for a quick coffee while mooching round Brick Lane and Spitalfields market. It is surprisingly roomy with plenty of seats out the back. It has a really nice atmosphere. Lots of artworks around and it's very light and airy. It was a sunny day when we visited and the whole back room was flooded with sunlight from a big roof light. We only had coffees. The flat white I had was spot on. Really well made so would definitely recommend that. We didn't have any food on this occasion but the cakes in particular looked delicious. 😋 There is also a customer toilet. All in all a great place for a pitstop and refuel.

Nice relaxed cafe with a social atmosphere. The coffee is really good and they have small bites to eat (quiche, sandwiches, toasties).

Came here for a little coffee and something sweet on the side. I love the vibe. The place gives off a calm and gives you a warm feeling. Great place to go to do some work, and there are also sockets on the walls to charge your accessories. All of the staff members are very friendly. All in all, it was a great experience and definitely would come again.

This is probably my favourite place to eat cake in London. The portions are so generous and everything is so fresh.

Loved the atmosphere. Perfect for a stop when strolling through Brick Lane. The cakes looked great so I ordered a red velvet. Flavourwise was quite good, I just found it too "warm" (it was one of those days with 32°C). I guess I like it more when the frosting is cooler

The staff were very friendly, and the seating area nice and light. My friend has noted his Americano, and my latte was excellent. The cakes were beautiful and delicious, too! It’s too easy to overindulge on Brick Lane. 😂

The staff was very friendly. The price of the beverage and food are fair. Filtered coffee for £2.4 and Cappuccino for £2.9 for example. We sat here for a short break while touring the Shoreditch neighbourhood. The place was spacious and decorated with old school chairs and tables. Was a nice experience.
