My go to place for live music in London is always the Troubadour. Tonight did not disappoint! A Jazz trio led by Sebastian De Krom totally smoked the place for hours! The food is good, the staff is fabulous and the beer tasty. A very accommodating, cozy club where you can enjoy tasty libations and fabulous live music by some of the finest minstrels in the city! I love the Troubedour! Bliss!!! I love everything about the place! I get to London at least once or twice a year and every time I make sure I don’t miss the opportunity to relax and enjoy a night out here. A famously historic venue that continues to evolve and carry on!!! Thank you Troubedour!! #livejazz

A must go for a proper English Breakfast! Amazing decoration that brings you inside a more traditional English environment. The service is great and the food...yummy! Two aditional surprises over there...the backyard garden and the bar with live music at night! A box of suprises from dawn to dusk.

So downstairs is a fun live music venue and upstairs is an intimate restaurant with classic hearty French/British food. The blanquette de veau is one of the best I've had.

Great neighborhood spot. I really like the Troubador... it's a very chilled out and relaxing place to have breakfast or lunch. Breakfast was very wholesome, made with apparently fresh and quality ingredients. Another plus: free wi-fi.

Great food, no fuss. I've been here twice and both experiences were fantastic. The food is great. Cocktail HAPPY HOUR is a must and the service is second to none.

Opened in 1954, The Troubador is the last remaining of Earl's Court's Fifties coffee houses, the 'second wave' of London cafes, the first being the old Seventeenth century dives, the third being the Starbucks led American invasion.

I live around the corner so I'm a regular here. Amex have had some good offers on money off in the past here - I wish we'ld get more! Firstly I've been here many times for Sunday breakfast - absolutely lovely. I recommend the omelettes and the fisherman's breakfast. Obviously a tad expensive but considering the area and the service, it's worth it. There is a lovely outside garden too.

For dinner, I ordered the fish and chips - good quality pub food I would say! It's always crowded so service can be a bit slow at times. This is also one of the few pubs I'm comfortable ordering wine. Wine is pretty good and I believe it's probably cos of the associate wine shop next door.

I've also been for a gig here (in the basement). I would say this was my only bad experience - really tiny space and way too many drunks. I was surprised to later find out that some of the drunks were part of the band performing (some Texan family band!) Considering many indie bands were discovered here, I may give it another chance.

This place is pretty Rock n Roll! It's got the real London vibe during the weekend. That is to say, rock music, great beer, loads of people with lots and lots of banter! The Troubadour is beautifully decorated with a mix of British cottage and Parisian bistro style. It's beers are cheap, it's food looks great (although I've never been in the state to have any when I'm there) and it's very, very buzzing. The crowd is often young (early twenties), but arguably that's the gang who know how to party. Bring your dancing shoes.

The Troubadour is an Earl's Court institution: a hugely popular, rambunctious venue with many hats: coffee house, deli, gallery, performance space, restaurant, club. During the day, it is ideal for a leisurely brunch, where you can relax over a selection of newspapers. But night time is when this place really kicks off. Live music, a solid selection of food and drinks, and oodles of character make the Troubadour a safe bet for a night of fun,

Located quite near to my ex-residence, the place has a huge list of drinks, both alcoholic and non alcoholic and not to forget, it has got good variety for vegetarians.

The place is not huge, just fine but you walk there in the evening and it's jam packed. The good part is, anything that you order, be it coffee, tea, fruit coolers or wine, it is good in taste.

The restaurant has an authentic English feel to it.
The staff is polite and friendly. The food that we ordered tasted quite good and we were quite satisfied with the bill as well.

It felt quite special going to a pub after years and even better that they had great cider on tap. If you have a reservation, there might be a spot for you in their garden. Good, polite service. Wholesome gastronomy. Quaint wall hangings. What's not to like?

It was really quiet since it was weekend morning when I visited, just love the 70s-90s music they were playing in the background. Proper, good English Breakfast and quirky decors everywhere inside this traditional pub (merchandises are also available to buy!). I'll come back one day for their live music performances and they sell the tickets on their website.

This is a very atmospheric place, like a museum of old things, I ordered a salad with chicken, a portion is very large for one person, my husband ordered a burger, where there was a piece of meat instead of a cutlet, it was very tasty. Two dishes and two alcoholic beverages cost us 60 pounds, which is normal for London. The staff is very friendly! I recommend!

THE TROUBADOUR Lovely garden, only if nobody would smoke. The burger with stewed beef, was unusual. Fried Halloumi worth trying!

What a great find we stumbled across. Had heard of it but had no idea where it was. Admiring the door and 2 guys pushed it open and went in, so we followed, to enter another world of music, nostalgia and wonderful ambience. The lady serving us was brilliant, having worked there for 30 years ( did not look old enough!) and gave us a tour and the history of the place. We were on holiday from Scotland, meeting relatives from Oz, and this just hit top spot on our travels. Not to forget the coffee and sticky toffee pudding were wonderful 👍😊

A bit of a summary review as this has quickly become a regular haunt of mine, and needs to be called out. This is a very unique restaurant that deserves recognition. The live music (especially Sunday and Monday evenings) is an exceptional contribution to the London scene and the back garden is an oasis of good vibes, great service, and well prepared food (the sweet potato fries are some of the best I have had). Good beer selection, unexpected and quaint menu with interesting and well prepared options for almost everyone, and wait staff that are some of the best in the area. This is a special place and I hope you will give them a try at some point for a drink, a casual dinner, or a live music evening to really celebrate this jewel of London. Hats off to the Troubadour...

Cute venue but the garden could do with some heater lamps and the menu certainly needs work.

It's a lively atmosphere and great for meeting people as everyone is so friendly. It took too long to get my food though. I had to follow up and turned out the server initially assisting me had forgotten to punch in my order. So had to place it again. Had a traditional shepherd's pie and the greens that went with it were mouth wateringly fantastic. Overall, a place worth checking out.

This place is a lovely, different coffee shop..I had the tastiest food, had to send my compliments to the chef. Loved everything about this place. I didn't realize it was a hotel. Only visited the coffee shop. There's a club downstairs where the play jazz music..

This cafe/bar has a great collection of old agricultural tools, instruments and sports equipment. One can imagine troubadours of old actually using most of this stuff as well. 🍺 The whole place looks back in time to a simpler era. Even though it felt a little cramped with a couple too many tables and every square foot of wall adorned with artefacts, this is an enjoyable place to visit. The table service helps too. 🍺 To me the Troubadour lands somewhere between a country inn and a European cafe of the kind you see in picturesque villages. It's door alone is enough of a feature to draw you in, but this place has held my attention since around 2005 and I'm still a fan. The locals are lucky folk.

I had the brisket sandwich, very tasty and perfect portion. The fries need some help but they are in the right track, personally I like them crispy. There was a very young chap in there with a really creative hat, he was full of energy and loved music and to share the history of the Troubadour with me. Definitely go and visit.

Shepard's pie. Amazing Ribs - best I've ever had in 40+ years. Nice vibe that makes you want to chill out and have a drink.
