Satay House - London - Photo album

Make sure to book as it pretty busy! Food is generally spicy. So make sure you are aware, if you don't like having spicy food make sure to let them know. The food was really delicious. The service was nice and the staff were also great. The seating is a little crammed, but I think there is more s
This might be the best Malaysian food we’ve ever had in our lives!! Full of flavour , big portions ( can easily share one dish between 2 but we ordered 1 each because it was sooo yummy) and the staff were so lovely. Drinks are quite expensive. Will definitely be coming back to try the rest of this m
Came here for a weekday lunch. Ordered three dishes and a side between four adults - it was the perfect portion size for us. Friendly staff and delicious food! Will come back again for sure.
Father and son indulged in the exquisite experience of savoring Traditional Malaysian cuisine, expertly crafted by a European chef with an authentic twist, ensuring a 100% top-notch dining adventure.
Tried this place for lunch, quick service. Had the roti canai- crispy. The accompaniment gravy was a dhal curry which was a blend. The dish would be better with an accompaniment of chicken or fish curry.
Awesome Malaysian food, enjoyed Nasi Goreng and Teh Tarik. Staff is very kind and supportive. Keep it up! It would be recommended to have reservation prior to your visit.
Wings with the sauce were 10/10. Satay chicken not so much which was a suprise being called satay house and all. But nevertheless it was a great meal overall. The peanut sauce was also fantastic.
Ordered the Mee Goreng and Chicken Wings which were really nice especially when trying Malaysian cuisine for the first time. Service was disappointing though. My friend accidentally knocked her drink over and the whole atmosphere and treatment afterwards was extremely rude and awkward and probably p
One of the best Malaysian restaurants in London. The food is amazing, delicious and similar to what I used to have back home. The restaurant has two levels, so it’s enough to cater for more people. The staff is very attentive, helpful and quick. The place is clean but personally I think the price is
The food was delicious. A little on the spicy side for my kids but they ate themselves full of satay, basmati rice, and roti. My husband and I enjoyed the flavorful spice of the Kway Teow Goreng (flat rice noodle stir fry with squid, prawns, eggs, and veggies) and the Daging Kicap (fried beef in oy
We booked for 2 on OpenTable. The food is great and special reward for the Kway Teow Goreng which was yummy and tasty. We also went for the Rendang Daging which was a bit spicy. The Satay with the cashew sauce was super good. I would also recommend the Kopi after the meal :) Definitely recommend tha
We ordered the kari laksa, nasi goreng kampung, nasi goreng sayur, satay and beef rendang. Everything was lip-smacking delicious and tasted authentic. The nasi goreng kampung and rendang were spicy, just like back home (if you're from Malaysia or Singapore). The teh tarik tasted pretty good although
Lovely small Malaysian restaurant! The food was tasty and flavourful. Portions were decent in size. We had seafood noodles and a fish curry. The menu would really benefit from dish spiciness indication, it was slightly tricky to find something that would be not hot 🔥🔥 otherwise staff is friendly and
For starters we had the chicken wings which were lovely and crispy. Freshly cooked as they were piping hot. The flat rice noodles were a very good sized portion, I would definitely recommend to anyone that likes noodles, however it could do with a bit more prawns considering the price. The prawn a
One of my favourite Malaysian restaurants in London. I have tried the curry laksa, beef rendang and Nasi lemak here, and they are all good & very authentic. I especially like the prawn sambal that comes with the Nasi lemak - it has the intense sambal flavour and is spicy enough, instead of being the
The chicken satai was hot and good taste, the lamb carry looked small, but it is a generous portion with many pieces inside the sauce.. it is a bit noisy since it is a small place..
Came for the chicken satay, which were brilliant, like home made Malay food. But blown away by the Mee soup with prawns. Was outstanding, tasty and nutritious!!! And huge portion. Getting a seat can be hit and miss, as have periods of being super busy and then goes quiet. Best to reserve by phone.
