We had the most amazing and thoughtful birthday celebration. Thank you to all the waitstaff who were very attentive and friendly, special thanks to Karen the head waitress. The sommelier Yûksel provided us with great insight throughout the evening as well. The food was absolutely fantastic, we will be returning soon! (:

I love it here. I usually just have drinks but had dinner tonight. Started with a non alcoholic cocktail, Everleaf Forest, which was delicious and refreshing, whilst sitting outside. Moving inside for dinner; starter was Escargot de Bourgogne, which had lots of garlic & parsley butter that I could dip my bread into. The butter is delicious. Main course; My pal had tuna, which I have to say I found cold on arrival, but my steak (Chateaubriand) was cooked to perfection. I rubbed a knob of butter on the meat, which made it perfect 👌. Dessert was apricot tart. I really enjoyed the pastry. Service: amazing. The staff are attentive, swift, and gracious, which makes for a wonderful dining experience. As it was a Monday evening, although busy, it was not overly crowded or noisy.

Visited this place for dinner and we were very happy with the service, food and atmosphere. We got served warm bread and butter and it was soo good. I got the burrata as a starter and my partner got the goat's cheese. For mains I went for the tuna steak and my partner went for the ribeye steak. The sommelier suggested us pairing wines and they were a perfect match for our dishes. We also went for desserts and pairing wines. The service was great and we had a great time. The restaurant is huge and quite welcoming. The roof garden has amazing views. Overall, is a great place to dine at, and it has plenty of space for large groups for different celebrations.

Simply outstanding and always consistent. Whether it's business, family or simply going out with friends you can't beat Coq d'Argent for location, views and the atmosphere. Fabulous and award winning wine list, the food is simply delicious and the table service as it should be is first class. Not cheap but worth every penny!!

Lunch for four on Saturday. The weather was grim so the outside area had been closed with everyone dining inside. Very quiet, with only another half dozen tables occupied. It is a large space which could have felt very empty but fortunately everyone had been seated at tables at one end of the restaurant so there was a pleasant enough atmosphere. We took up the offer to sit in the bar area for a drink before lunch, swift and polite service. Comprehensive range of drinks available and the barman didn’t bat an eyelid at the requested cocktails. Shown to our table and orders taken, including a request to manage a couple of food allergies. Food itself was excellent, beautifully prepared, cooked and presented. The Goat’s Cheese Parcels were particularly enjoyed. A Rack of Lamb was shared between two and a couple of Fillet Rossini completed the main courses. Good seasonal vegetables to accompany, nicely seasoned and on the right side of al dente. Chips were fabulous as was the gratin dauphinois. Puddings…….superb. The Green Apple parfait is a must and the other puddings, Lemon Tart, Poached Pineapple and Chocolate Fondant also get an honourable mention. All in all an excellent lunch, great food, service and venue. The cost includes 15% service (well deserved)and a £1 charity donation. For our group it came to £395 for food and £190 for coffee and drinks. Clearly it’s not a restaurant that you’d see as your local but certainly worth going to for a special occasion – in this case it was a birthday. For those coming by Tube leave Bank station at Exit 9 which is mere yards, under cover, from the lifts that take you up to the restaurant. On a rainy day you’ll thank me.

The food is ok but could be better. The staffs are friendly especially Sommelier. The waiter could be more service because I have to asked to top up my drink all the time.

A great evening in a very classy and central location in the City of London near Bank Street with Tuna Capaccio as a starter and Coq au Vin from the 25 years celebration menue as well as Fraicheur d'Anananas as desert, Riesling Kabinett from the Moselle and a house selected Vin rouge de Bourgogne. Excellent service at the table and a very capable General Manager orchestrating his team with skill and perfect timing.

This our second time hosting a big event at this venue and each time has been amazing. We were there recently and the staff were so nice and tentative. Big shout out to Bintu for serving us all night and being so lovely to each person. The cocktails are amazing and if you want a nice view and drinks, this is a must try rooftop in London.

I took my friends for my birthday there, and we absolutely loved it. Amazing atmosphere, super attentive, friendly and professional staff, outstanding food and wine, we were even showed the roof top, even though it was closed this time of the year. Really grateful for the fabulous experience!!!

Have been a few times and never been disappointed. Once at the roof top you soon forget that you are in a busy part of London. My meals have always been most enjoyable accompanied by good wine and nice friendly service. August 23. My most recent trip was to take advantage the special menu with Maison Mirabeau, great 3 course menu in beautiful surroundings all served by professional and friendly staff 😊

Delicious spot for French fare and wines/drinks - their seated stone bass dish is outstanding! The service was a bit lacking as we had to wait around to get a menu, place our order and get the bill. All in all, good food, wines and atmosphere

The waiters were in a hurry to clear the dishes and the table. I'm a slow eater and like to take my time. The waiters looked keen to push the dessert menu through though. Food itself was good but the servers can be relaxed...
