This place is vibrant and family friendly. Staff are mostly attentive and helpful. But sometimes you need to ask twice.. the food is delicious and fresh, you get complimentary salad and bread and Turkish tea as well. However, I thought food portions were too small for the price.
Lovely waiters and good food however the pricing is ridiculous. A fresh orange juice is £6.50, it cost the same as my simple lamb stew. Truly baffling. The lamb and aubergine stew was delicious, a little on the oily side though. As was the accompanying salad. We were offered a complimentary tea af
Really lovely vibe and friendly staff. Food tastes good. We ordered platters and they were generous with salads, fresh warm bread and dips which were complementary. Check the bill before you pay though - sometimes they charge more than on menu.
Some of my friends live close by and they said to me that "anytime we eat here, we are satisfied"! I agree. Love this place!! Nice vibes and location, really busy during the weekend. The staff is kind, available, very professional and really attentive! The atmosphere is relaxing and the interior,
We’ve been visiting this restaurant for the past 8 years or more and it will always be my favourite. Gives me a taste of my childhood that I was also able to pass to my kids. The quality of food never disappointed us! 1 ⭐️ off for the toilets cleanliness.
Amazing service, really nice food. We have visited few time and will definitely go back again!
The quality and taste of food is always so consistent. This is my favourite restaurant in the area. Last time we went we had Tahsin serving us. He took good care of us and when we asked him questions about the different types of dishes he answered them very well. The portions are good and well price
Brilliant Turkish food with excellent service. I dropped 1 star from atmosphere because it depends more on the company you are in. Our table was great but the restaurant is very busy and some of the tables were not quiet. If you prefer quieter area ask if any of the tables at the back are available.
"I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! Iskender was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making sure that my order was exactly how I wanted it. The quality of the ingredients was evident in every bite, and the portion sizes we
Diyarbakir is one of the most popular places in greater London area, offering variety of meat and chicken options, charcoal broiled. They have salads and vegetarian options as well. They offer fish options on their menu as well. I was here around 2017 Christmas and here again 5.5 years later; the a
Authentic Halal Turkish food with many dish options. We were fasting as this was during ramadan and the restaurant catered accordingly by giving us dates to open fast and bringing out our starters ready for opening and then bringin the main meals once fast had opened hot & fresh. Service all round w
Visited this restaurant on numerous occasions, their food is so delicious! I visited with family recently and they made sure we got a good private table, it was very busy yet the food came out without delays. We ordered halloumi with fig jam, yum! A few mixed platters for the mains-perfect! We got c
Changed a lot since I was last there (5 years ago). The new interior is a bit dark which is weird for a restaurant. The food is as good as I remembered it but significantly more expensive.
A sumptuous feast of Turkish meats. Everything was perfectly seasoned, cooked and presented. Totally satisfied.
It's one of the best Turkish restaurants in London, if not the best. The food is delicious, the service is perfect, the portions are generous and all of this for a more than reasonable price. I would recommend the platters to share to try a bit of everything. You might have to wait a few minutes to
Always good and plentiful dishes, several of them big enough to be shared by two or more people -- like the Mixed Kebab, where even the rice is tasty. A well seasoned salad, their delicious bread and a couple of starters (like cacik), brought to the table as couvert, are included in the price of me
If it's quality of food you're after then this place delivers authentic Turkish halal food. On average it costs around £23 per head. It caters for a family atmosphere or groups and it can get busy. Staff are polite and on hand for anything requested. Only thing that could be better are the toilets.
All the reviews are not wrong! The best Turkish food I have eaten in a very long time! Other places over spice everything but not here it's a perfect mix of ingredients and let's you taste the meat and vegetables... I ate so much but did not feel the slightest bit of bloatedness that I normally hav
Have visited multiple times and doesn't let me down. Restaurant gets very busy but there's lots of seating. Very comfortable modern decor. Open till late.
