Gorgeous, small, independent, friendly restaurant serving INCREDIBLE food: we'd been urged to visit and our expectations were exceeded! We had Chicken G and Acton Railway Lamb, and both were rich, moreish and had incredible depth of flavour. Well worth a trip if you're not lucky enough to be local!

If we were to define Chapati Club by a common idiom, it would have to be: "Appearances can be deceiving." We have no qualms in admitting that the food we had on the evening, in comparison to our initial impressions based on both the simple decor and the succinct and straightforward menu, definitely exceeded our expectations. There's nothing pretentious about this place; and yet, the dishes we received were, by and large, quite superb, with a kitchen fully cognizant of the use of Indian spices via-à-vis balance and harmony. We will add, however, that while all "dishes are medium spice level", those used to their chilli may want to request cranking up the heat. Our only criticism would be of Chapati Club's dessert menu, or lack thereof, which, for the moment, comes across as a lazy afterthought more than anything else. If they can manage to bring in some quality Indian desserts, it would complete an otherwise impressive setup, and propel a rating for 4 to something closer to 4.5. Menu Recommendation Drink - Sweet Lassi Starter - Kerala Prawns Main - Prawns Dessert - Lemon Sorbet HALAL STATUS Fully Halal food menu • Alcohol served

Well presented and delicious food, lovely staff. Very enjoyable atmosphere at this cool looking place. Some dishes only available for take out but the choice is good enough for a repeated visit in person. A few typical vegetarian options complete the menu.

Incredible food, such kind and welcoming hosts and all round great vibes. Had our first visit tonight and we’ve already booked for another, was so good! Highly recommend the black dahl. Reminded me of my grand mother’s cooking. A must visit!

Been here two times last month. Food, service and atmosphere is excellent. Way better than most Indian restaurants in London I’ve been to. There’s a home cooked / authentic feeling to the food not easily found. Keralan style prawns and biryani are especially noteworthy. I’ll be back!

Thank you for the delicious meal and service yesterday. The lassi was lovely, the paratha was soft and the curries, especially the railway lamb, was mouthwatering. I really liked the way everything was served, took me back to my grandmother's house in Karachi. I hope to visit again soon!

Oh my god. the best take out I've ever had! Wish I found this place earlier cuz I've been running around west London trying to find an Indian take out that doesn't suck. This place has the flavours spot on! The madras curry and tandoori chicken was phenomenal!

So I had Chicken G, the wife had okra and tarka dhal, totally underestimated the chapatis situation and had to reorder two more times. Service is impeccable. Food immaculate. I think I found a new fave Indian restaurant. Everything was so fresh and served on metal thabars in an old school stylee. The music was a beautiful sing along of old school rnb and the decor is blatantly customised and fit for purpose. The staff there are amazingly helpful and friendly, even when they had a loads of tables there they still took the time for a chat. Thanks guys. See you soon.

Chapati Club is now permanently closed. There is a new Italian restaurant Oliva Dolce open on the same site with new owners. Chapati Club was one of the best Indian restaurants in London. I loved the Acton Railway Lamb, the Butter Chicken, everything on the menu was very good. Chapati Club will be sorely missed.

Currently sitting on a table at Chapati Club and I honestly couldn’t wait to leave a review! Such an incredible experience; the vibe of the place, the service, the food!! From the drinks, to their incredible chapatis, the Chapati Club crew did not disappoint tonight and certainly gained a few additional loyal customers!

We have been going to Chapati Club since it first opened and we will continue to go forever & ever! This is the best, authentic curry in West London. The owners are absolutely lovely, as are all the staff and the food is always fresh and delicious! I would love to list our favourites but we have tried everything and love them all, we usually share a few between us and change them up every time we go! Always an enjoyable meal out and we love the whole ‘Indian tasting’ experience. It’s the kind of restaurant that you go to to try a lot of different dishes to share with friends or family and spend a good couple hours there. They also do takeaway, are LGBTQ+ 🏳️‍🌈 friendly and are really good to all their clients- they liaise with their supporters on insta and are grateful for posts which I find lovely. Some of our favourite dishes are: butter chicken, Acton railway Lamb, chicken G, chicken chettinad, prawns, okra fries and Chicken tikka (none of that red funny spice in this place, we promise you that!!) and pistachio sorbet. Our fave local restaurant.

Went here with my girlfriend yesterday and it was honestly one of the best Indians I have been to in my 30 years of life! It’s a small restaurant on a busy road, the waitress we had was pleasant and had a good knowledge of the menu, giving recommendations and answering questions we had about the food. When the starter of the lamb buns arrived and I had my first bite I knew this was something special, the flavours that filled my mouth were sensational. After we had finished the table was cleared promptly and the mains arrived shortly after, I ordered the prawns, and again within the first month full I knew the chef’s culinary skills were unbelievable! My girlfriend had the railway lamb and it was sensational, when I tried it I was very impressed. The chapati we had on the side was perfect the tear and share between us! One thing I noted that, which is always an added extra was when the tap water we ordered had been drank the staff was always quick to provide a refill showing they pay close attention to the customers: we had a brief chat owner and she was pleasant, knowledgeable and attentive. Will definitely be going again next time we are in the area. THANK YOU!

Absolutely love Chapati Club - wonderful local restaurant who really care about their menu and their customers. The food is delicious and has a real twist - not a standard curry house at all - but it a really good way. We've always had great meals and takeaways from Chapati Club - delicious food, an interesting menu and really good portion sizes. Good veggie options too! Highly recommended.

Can't speak highly enough of the quality of the food and the cooking. Not your usual Anglicised menu and a really great place for healthy Indian food rather than 6 pints of oil per dish. The starter I had, Kerala prawns was just heaven! One thing though: if you order via Deliveroo the price of each item is a couple of quid higher than their online menu. Plus delivery and service charges. Go direct!

I ate here for the first time last night with my wife and a friend and found the food to be delicious. The taste was very different from my regular Indian restaurant. I had the lamb , my wife had the prawns which was equally delicious. We will return

We finally visited Chapati Club in person after a couple of years of ordering on Deliveroo - and the food is even better in real life. No pretense - just delicious and flavourful dishes. Highly recommended!

Really tasty food. We were quite a large group so I tried many of the dishes. I had several dishes done in ways I'd not found before in typical Indian restaurants. Okra was particularly delicious. Pleasant modern decor, relaxed vibe. Highly recommended.
