Amazing renowned pizza just off Trafalgar Square. A legitimately great neapolitan pizza restaurant just off Trafalgar Square. It's all about the quality of ingredients and this place delivers. Thin base, tasty cheese, generous servings, a unique love specially brewed beer and some decadent desserts.
We didn't have a reservation but we managed to sit after 10 minutes or so. They warned us that we just had an hour to eat without a reservation, so keep that in mind. The pizza was very good, with a perfect dough (not like most pizza places in London). We shared the pistamisu as a dessert and it was
Authentic traditional pizza. Great flavours, you can definitely taste the quality of the ingredients.
It is recommended to reserve a table, this restaurant is extremely busy, not just the fact that it is located in central London but is considered one of the best pizzerias in the world.
The only do
I recently visited 50 Kalò in London and had a delightful pizza experience. The pizzas were delicious, boasting high-quality and fresh ingredients that made each bite truly tasty.
The service was efficient and friendly, ensuring a smooth dining experience.
The price range was typical for a London
Amazing pizza, Italian style with very thin base. I always try the margherita in a new place to tell the quality (pizza snob) and it was spot on, really good. The pistamisu (pistachio cream dessert) was also very nice although a bit too sweet for me. Servers were attentive and friendly too.
Had a nice time at 50Kalò. Definitely a pizza worth having! Beautiful location, a bit loud but the pizza was great! The service was ok, not the best tho. Would love a few more vegan alternatives with vegan mozzarella cheese.
Lovely place to go and get good pizza. Great service too!! If I may say one complaint … I wish the thin crust was crispy instead soft. Delicious red sauce though and the prosciutto with white cream sauce was killer!! A must try!!!
Really great quality pizza, everything was just perfect. Sweet tomato sauce with fresh and aromatic add ons stands for itself. I recommend doing reservation, as we without one, it was 45min wait
After trying several pizzerias across London, 50 Kalò is definitely the best one. Pizza dough, quality of products and pizza proposed are simply awesome. Best price for quality. Location simply perfect.
I'll be honest, this place was a surprise given its location in Central London. Pizzas are really good as flavours really come trough. You've got some classics and some more innovative pizzas but they all look good.
Good value for money as well, and portions are on the generous side.
Only one bad as
I had the pleasure of dining at 50 Kalò di Ciro Salvo in London, and it was an absolute delight! They make the best pizzas in London, they also offer fantastic options for vegetarians, like me (try the one with fried aubergines, it's a flavor explosion!)
Their desserts are nothing short of spectacu
Place: It is currently on the 3rd place of the top 50 best world pizzerias. So I just had to taste the pizza.
Food: fine, crispy crust, thin dough, top quality ingredients (mozzarella, prosciutto...). For my taste too much mushrooms. 5 stars
Service: fast, polite, although there was a mismatch wi
There's a reason this place was voted 3rd best pizza in Europe. We couldn't book, but we managed to get a walk-in. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. The deep fried ragu balls are tasty, but centre was a little cold. However, the main event, the pizza!
So many options but the dough base and
Reason for visiting: 50 kalo is famed as "London's best pizza place", "eight best pizzerie in Europe " etc etc. Nevertheless we went with moderate expectations. . .
Would I visit again? No, I wouldn't. Also the price isn't really hig you get a pzza of same quality somewhere else in a nicer environm
Surely one of the best pizza in London, me and my husband simply LOVE it! I also think they do the best tiramisú with pistachio ever “Pistamisú”, I still need to figure out if I’m coming more for their pizzas or for their tiramisus. In the picture an excellent example of Diavola. See you very soon!!
Great pizza! Everyone left with a full belly and no regrets.
Definitely in the top tiers but not the best pizza in London like I've heard somewhere (sorry no citation). The place is quite stylish but looks arranges to have a high turnover of customers , which doesn't make it relaxed.
I am from Naples, so I can say that I tried a lot of pizzas in my life.
I can certainly say that this pizza is one of the best, the same of my city.
The “Frittatina al Ragu’” is amazing.
The location is nice, in the center of the city, furthermore the service was really fast.
The serving size and the price of this place makes it somewhere I would recommend. There are lots of options on the menu, though primarily it is a pizza place so there aren't meal sized pastas or anything. The desserts we had were both divine, but the vegetarian pizzas could have done with a bit of
