I was desperately looking for a pub for a drink and possibly some food in this area during the 2023 Pride parade, in central London today. Once inside, it's a very small pub but the staff were working hard to serve everybody and I had a delicious pint of London Pride and some snacks - and was made welcome by some other people at a table. Good place to find!

We only stopped to have a beer, and it was a good one, a very lovely typical british pub, perfect for having a beer and a nice talk after work or making a stop in your daily trip.

A fine den for drinking! For the name, blame King James. Described in the advertising as "a perfect example of a late Victorian gin palace" true, engraved glass and all. This place is brilliant, Sherlock will solve the most villainous plots in this pub. A fine place for a drink any day.

Small but super historic pub. Great Fuller's products on tap.

Traditional British pub which excels in the summer. Great for after work pints (I used to work on St James Sq). Great pints of London Pride. A little bit cramped inside but that adds to the charm. Good service from knowledgeable bartenders.

What a wonderful, comfortable, intimate traditional bar and pub! This is the perfect place for a cold pint or a lovely cocktail with friends or alone to read and watch the world go by.

Great pub! small, but cozy. Andrea was able to get me, my wife and my daughter a table so we could enjoy fine food and ales. Definitely worth visiting.

Nice pub. It got quite busy on a Saturday afternoon with folks spilling on the pavement and road in front drinking their pints. It has a very cosy bar area inside and friendly staff. I had Fullers Pride and Seafarers English ale here. The WC was down some steep stairs so keep that in mind if you have issues with mobility. It is pricy for a pint but in line for the area. I would recommend a drop in if you're in the area.
