Great location, great service and the quality of the food is excellent. Menu is quite varied and well balanced. Cocktail and bar menu is very good. Would recommend. They can also cater for vegetarians and those with egg allergies.

The interior of Sartoria is elegant and sophisticated in the same way the lobby of a 5* hotel might be. Perfectly pleasant if somewhat boring. The lofty space is filled with suffused lighting, nicely distanced tables and sofas.

Comfy seating aside, we didn't get off to a great start. We waited 20 minutes for someone to come and bring us menus. When I finally flagged down a waitress she looked flabbergasted that I had to actually ask her for water and menus. Presumably service is normally a bit smoother, but for whatever reason (I think there was a large private dining party) that night it was patchy and slow, despite the staff actually being very polite and professional.

My annoyance vanished as soon as I was brought a glass of excellent Fiano di Avellino and our starters. We had the crudo di pesce (selection of raw fish dishes) and baccala' mantecato (a typical Venetian dish of buttery, salty cod). Both were very good.

We then had ravioli with nduja and an interesting version (apparently Sicilian) of lasagna (pictured). We opted for a very delicate dessert of rhubarb and lemon meringue (pictured) which was also lovely.

I would recommend Sartoria for a nice Italian meal in London with the caveat that I've given them the benefit of the doubt on service!

Upon arrival we received a very warm welcome. With the option to be shown straight to our table or have some cocktails at the bar. Deciding to be shown straight through we encountered all the staff members with beaming smiles, and a relaxed atmosphere. It would be easy to assume this place could be stuffy but it's the total opposite. Fine dining meeting true Italian hospitality. The food was of course exquisite, the starters were huge so Id recommended sharing. Zucchini flower was exceptional. Lobster Spaghetti main was delicate, full of flavour and a spectacle to look at. Dessert perfectly light was recommended by the waiter to try the peach tart and it didn't disappoint. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed this delicious, hearty Italian fare in the heart of the West End as we took a respite from our shopping trip. We initially reserved a table outside but due to unpredictable weather conditions and the noisy road, we elected to sit inside. We greeted warmly and given delicious Italian bread to nibble on. I would highly recommend the olive bread. We had a selection of starters and mains, all of which we're cooked to perfection. I would recommend the crab and the vegetable lasagne. If you don't drink alcohol, they have a plethora of mocktails to choose from. If you love Italian food and want succulent, seafood-based dishes, you must try Sartoria!

One of our favourite resturants on the planet. Impeccable service, delicious food, and sedate surroundings. If you have yet to go, book a table ASAP! Just to add, we love to have a drink in the lounge first, highly recommended.

Ate here last night with my wife. Really nice place with very chilled vibe. Staff were truly excellent, food was great and decent price. All our dishes were great, especially the lobster pasta.

Nice premium Italian at Savile Row. Got here via a recommendation from a colleague. It's an overall nice experience, starting from the appetisers. For main I tried the risotto which was very good, perfectly made in both taste and consistency. Wine selection was very good too and the negroni is a starter drink I can recommend. Service was excellent, although restaurant was at that time half empty as our dinner was quite late so cannot comment on the rush hours here. Some other local guides did mention it's pricey, but for this part of London it's actually ok.

Stunning food & great service, absolutely loved my starter & it was huge (see picture). Spring lamb ragu was delicious, lighter than a normal ragu & therefore seasonally appropriate. Shared a great ice cream & chocolate truffle dessert. Enrico & the team were excellent throughout, can't wait for an excuse to return, thank you.

Hubby and I had fantastic dinner at Sartoria, delicious octopus with smoked ricotta, unreal lasagne with wild mushrooms and truffles, spring lamb pasta with mint, tartuffo and one of best Negronis I’ve had in a while. What made it an exceptional dinner however was the friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Eccellente! Real Italian experience, (trust me I am Italian). The food and the wine were superb, the venue is elegant and the service was impeccable. Every dish we had was perfect.. special nod goes to the the polpo grigliato, the risotto allo zafferano, the fregola sarda ai frutti di mare and the tagliata di manzo …. All finished off with a delicate tiramisu , a tartufo di pizzo and a glass of grappa di Amarone . It was my husband’s birthday and he was presented with a plate with Happy Birthday written in chocolate and a candle .. nice gesture

A beautiful venue with a buzzing atmosphere. We started with the breads and olive oil, Veal & tuna sauce which were delicious. The pasta dishes were tasty but came out cold which were a bit disappointing but tasted good though. Will come back to try other dishes on the menu.

I have been here a few times (both breakfast and dinner) and always really enjoyed. It’s authentic Italian food by chef Mazzei, with a flair for British ingredients and a fantastic wine list. Great bar for aperitivi too

Had a fancy brunch here with the girls and the food was lovely. The place is beautiful and the dishes are well presented. The courgette fries were great and the truffle pasta too. The saffron cake with duck egg was really nice, surprisingly. The other stuff was less memorable but a nice place to dine in Mayfair.

Long awaited visit to the very stylish and elegant Sartoria was worth the wait . Tucked in Mayfair in Saville Row away from the bling of flashy bars . The very Italian menu was hard to choose from as every dish on that menu was probably worth a try Carbonara definitely was one of the best I ever tasted and was clearly the star of the menu. I also loved the scallop starter with salsa verde. The veal Milanese is definitely for sharing .. The portion size were big so please go there with an empty tummy to enjoy the delicious spread. Thé wine list was amazing. Service was excellent. All in all fab experience…

As you would expect the food and service were outstanding. The thing I did not expect was just how comfortable and relaxed the atmosphere is. I could quite happily have stayed there all day! Enjoy

Lovely food and service. However I thought the veal Milanese was a bit greasy and not up to the standard of the other dishes

Went here for a corporate event and was blown away by how good the food was. Started with octopus and had beef for the main. Both were excellent. Highly recommended.
