I’m a fan of gelatos and The amorino is one of my favourites. It’s beautifully made and it tastes even better! Worth giving a try !
One of the best ice creams ever had in my life and best flavour is pistachio. You can just go and say surprise me and they will serve you the best they have. Suggestion don’t go for large one you won’t be able to finish it
Amor Amorino! Pretty flower shaped ice creams and sorbets, available in a variety of flavours. Although I must admit, appearance is better than taste.

Amazing rose structures of gelato with a wide variety of vegan options. The staff was extra courteous - one of them even left the station to come and help me pick the flavour. Opted for the blueberry cheesecake and loved loved loved it!

Couldn't even pick the flavors I wanted, thanks to the staff who decided to surprise me with the loveliest ice cream flavors mixed together giving the most elegant flower ❤️
We had seen these beautiful rose shaped ice creams all over instagram. So when we walked past Amorino we knew we simply had to get one! The staff in Amorino are very friendly and service is quick, even though it can get busy. The way the staff construct the ice cream on the cone, is truly an art and there are definitely are a few house tricks to getting it right! The ice cream flavours are quite light, but just not as sweet, fresh and creamy as other ice creams we have had.
TIP: Amorino is about the novelty of the rose shaped ice cream, rather than creamy rich flavour.
Loved the ice cream at Amorino! I had the rose shaped ice cream cone. The staff is so patient. They let you try each flavour until you’ve decided. The best part is that you can choose as many flavours as you want. How great is that! I went with chocolate, raspberry and mango and I loved all three. Take your pick and enjoy this heavenly ie cream!
So well made and presented as a flower! And that’s not even the best part, there is no limit on the number of flavours you want!! Choose as many flavours you want they will still serve it to you in the cone with extra toppings like tiny macaroons.
The place also has a seating arrangement which overlooks the busy streets of Covent garden.
My Italian teacher Fabio comes fortnightly and for an hour we discuss what’s been going on in our (mainly my) world for the past two weeks. We talk food a lot. He’s been a loyal follower of my blog for as long as I’ve known him and like all my Italian friends knows a lot about food, especially Italian food. And of course writing the blog, food is a big focus of my thoughts. From time to time we talk about which is our favourite gelateria in London. For a long time we’ve both named Gelupo at the top but Fabio surprised me a couple of weeks ago by saying it had dropped down a little for him, to No.3, and his top two were my local Gelateria Danieli (where co-owner Carlo is from Sicily like Fabio) and Amorino. I agreed with Danieli but added La Gelatiera in Covent Garden as another favourite of mine.
If you love desserts or not , it's a must try! You pick a cone of your choice and you can add from 3 up to 27 flavors of gelato, that's right🍦. They not only serve you so many flavors but also present it to you as a flower. The have lots of flavors , my favorite was the chocolate and caramel. You have choice to add a macroon to your floral gelato cone Ice Cream.
Delicious!
You just can't go wrong with gelato right? The one thing to make it better is to serve it in a cone looking pretty as a flower! Amorino offers a great range of gelato and sorbets, all bursting with flavour!

A única gelataria que conhecemos onde pode provar TODOS os sabores numa delicada forma de flor! Arregala os olhos, saboreia na boca e cai lindamente no estômago!
I had the mango sorbet frappe with peach. This place lets you mix all the flavors and create your own thing. The ice creams are really creamy and nice.
Absolutely love their rose shaped ice cream here. Especially the fact that u can add as many flavours u want for the same price. The ice creams tastes very fresh and delicious
"Amorino" is my favourite place to satisfy dessert cravings. This little gem has endless Ice cream flavours with their sorbets being highly recommended.
The best thing is that one can have different flavours in one Flower Ice cream waffle cone.
Their waffles and crepes too are SUPER FANTASTIC !!
I am in Awwwww of this place and just can't have enough of it.
Simply amazing !!!
How beautiful is the name ‘Amorino’? I feel that there is so much love and romance in this Italian name, don’t you somewhat think so too? To me, what Amorino serves is also a perfect representation of that – probably why my obsession with its name. I first knew of this place because of their flower-shaped gelatos with macaroons as a topping option – that’s like true love come true. A little weird fact about me is I have a slight phobia to flowers. I like the petals but any other structure or parts of a flower freaks me out. As a result, roses are basically the one of the very few flowers that wouldn’t terrify me somehow – that’s why I’ve always loved them. I need not to explain my love for gelatos and I love macaroons an awful lot too – now you understand why Amorino completely swept me off my feet.
I was in love with Amorino the very first time I tried them in Dubai and passing by this branch at Covent Garden I couldn't stop myself from picking up a gelato. I love all the berry flavours however pistachio is my most favourite. These gelatos are my current favourite in the whole wide world
The gelato roses! thats what the specialty of this place is. Choose a cup size or a cone and then go bananas filling your cup up with as many flavors as you like! Or, take a cone and watch the gelato artists at their artistic best create ice cream roses for you!
Located in covent garden, this italian gelataria offers quite a treat for ice cream lovers. On a nice sunny London afternoon I decided to treat myself to some of their frozen goodness. I chose the large cup and then had to make the hardest decision of my life in deciding what to fill it up with.
After much thought and heartbreak, I selected 4 exotic flavours- amaretto, hazelnut & cinnamon, dulche de leche and tiramisu. All complementing each other and sitting pretty in my cup. The ice cream is creamy and full of flavour and gulping it down wont be much of a task.
The pricing is fairly competent considering the presence in Central London. My large cup cost me £5.80 but I had the freedom to fill the cup with as many flavours as I liked. They have macaroons & hot drinks too so lots to choose from.
Go for it!
Love Amorino gelato. My fav is hazelnut and salted caramel but really you can't go wrong with any flavour. I also like their tiramisu flavour that is light. The crepes also are made to perfection :)
One of my favourite places for a quick yummy fix of ice cream! It even looks pretty, and they have a nice mix of sorbets and chocolatey flavours. My favourite is the straciatella, nocciola and speculoos! Follow me on @traveling_foodaholic for more!
Amorino pictures are going up everywhere, so i couldnt pass by it and not try it.
Great flavors, big plus for their vegan options and organic ingredients. And nice trademark for their flower ice cream.
Everytime I think gelato, my mind, spirit, senses (and if only my body) all go back to Rome and the amazing gelatos I had there. Thankfully, London has a great substitute in the name of Amorino!. This little gem was introduced to me by a friend and I love going and trying out all their fun and equally delicious flavours. They have so many amazing flavours to choose from: all types of chocolates, fruits, nuts and even yoghurt! The best thing about Amorino is that you can choose as many flavours as you can possibly want in one ice cream cone. You have a choice between small, medium and large and endless flavours!
Great ice cream and sorbet selection made better by their famous shapes. It's a great place to try a different combination of flavoues. Would like to return to try the waffles and pancakes.
Love how they let you add so many different flavours at once if you order a large cone! So many varieties to choose from. But be careful with the first flavour you choose, as it will be the main 'pedal' of the flower ice cream!
Discovered this place very late (just before I left London) and managed to eat there only a couple of times. But their Gianduja (Chocolate and Hazelnut) gelato left a very strong impression on me. I'd recommend that to chocolate lovers. It's a must try.
We went to this place because obviously the rose shaped ice cream cones were all over Instagram.
My fear with most places like these is that it's all show no flavor but this was a complete experience!
I got the regular cone for 4.5£ and you can get AS MANY flavors as you want. That is absolutely amazing.
I got so many flavors as I was spoilt for choice but I'll try to list as many as I can remember: strawberry, tiramisu, caramel, vanilla and coffee.
My absolute favorite honestly was the strawberry. It was so refreshing and you could taste the freshness. I plan to get more fruit flavors next time because of this!
The caramel was so delicious. Usually caramel can go wrong but this had a nice mellow flavor that tasted like home.
The others were also delicious and describing them all separately would just include fresh and delicious.
Overall, I LOVED THIS PLACE. I also saw that they had brioche buns with ice cream inside and that is just a goal that I plan to complete next time. I recommend this place to everyone looking great gelato.
Amorino has the most tempting and good looking ice- creams I have ever tried. You can resist it. From ice creams to waffles to sorbet shakes to macaroons etc. Everything is delicious and not to be missed!
Very well known for their icecreams.
The ambiance is well done they have a different style of serving. They make icecream look like a rose, which is very creative. It's a self-service place with yummy icecreams.
The art of eating ice-creams! 🍦 I think, that is one of the must-go places in London. Italian gelato that tastes amazing, you can try many different flavours, which were made with natural ingredients. I was thrilled with how girls from Amorino can do this beauty. It is fantastic! And when I was choosing the flavours, I've stayed quite a long time. 😂 25 very special flavours!
P.S. 10 different flavours of hot chocolate! 🙀😻
Long queues 😔
Beautiful is the word and no wonder this brand comes from Paris. You can clearly see the texture of the ice-cream and the flavors are very true to their names. We mixed and matched 4 different flavors and were in love with the Alfonso mango flavor. Walking through Covent Garden's magical streets with a cup of Amorno's ice cream just added to the flavor!
Best place to enjoy a delicious ice cream! The next best thing of Amorino is you can have many different flavours of ice cream in one cone!! Must try the L'inimitabile and the Nocciola and also its pistacchio...
They have TEN different flavors of hot chocolate!!
I tried the caramel hot chocolate and my friend tried the hazelnut hot chocolate - both were really good!
This is a great little cafe for evening hot chocolate or gelato as you stroll through Covent Garden :)

I had nutella and speculoos at this site, it was truly amazing!
Simply amazing! A must when visiting Central London!
You know those ice cream places you simply HAVE TO GO at least once when you are traveling or if you want to surprise someone with a nice desert? Amorino is this case in London! It is the London type for Berthillon in Paris and Baccio di Latte in São Paulo.
Plenty of different flavours, all nice ones! You will certainly be allowed to try a couple of flavours before you order yours!
It is expensive! But it is not ice cream, it is an experience! :)
Amorino is one of the most exciting gelaterias ive been to. Although I always feel that the ice cream per say tastes the same in mostly all gelateria, its the presentation that makes this beauty steal the show. Amorino has great flavours of gelatos and dairy free sorbets. And you can go for unlimited flavours in either cup or cone. The cherry on the top? The ice creamist there make your ice cream resemble a rose with each flavour as a petal. The small is for 3.50 and is pretty fulfilling as a dessert or just a snack. All their branches are great and the staff is very friendly.I had their tiramisu, mango&raspberry sorbets and I have to say, these flavours go well together. Their 5 different types of chocolate flavours are going to make you wish you had taken up that gym membership!
However it can get a bit crowded and so i highly suggest timing yourself right. The only reason why it gets a 4 and not a 5 is because one of their chairs had chewing gum stuck on it, on which i happened to sit! so not happy! But other than that...One of my highly suggested Italian ice cream places! Go for it...because you cant get enough with just 1 flavour!
Best Italian gelato in town! Many flavours available and they also have ice cream macaroons! Self billing and they will craft the ice cream in flower shape
The place has 2-3 tables outside but will be full most of the days
Creamy and rich gelato!
I would definitely recommend Amerino Gelato to anyone looking for delicious gelato in Covent Garden, London.
We got a mix of flavors as a family, but I got strawberry and pistachio, and they were both creamy and rich in flavor. The gelato was made with fresh ingredients, and the flavors were well-balanced. The service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting.
Here are some additional details about the gelato:
The strawberry gelato was sweet and tart, with a hint of creaminess.
The pistachio gelato was rich and nutty, with a hint of sweetness.
Really great ice cream that tastes amazing!! Recommend all the sorbets if you’re looking for something sweet and light ! Staff super friendly and I were able to pick all the flavours I wanted , and the presentation of the ice cream was absolutely beautiful!! Would totally recommend if you’re in the area and it’s a decent price for what it is!
Lovely Gelato. You can now order on the screen and pay. Service is good.
Enjoyed the ice cream.
Recommend pistachio, tiramisu and mango.
Get the large size and you can choose as many flavours you like.
Regular size just looks small.
Absolutely a fav!! Definitely a must visit. Loving the pistachio and hazelnut flavours the most. Counting days to visit again. The ice cream on cones are too pretty to taste🥺
Just walking past this place on saturday afternoon and felt like having some ice cream, despite it being a cold and rainy November day. It must have been the well lit and clean looking interior which lured me. The display of various ices and macroons is very tempting. I chose chocolate sorbet and cherry ice cream in a cone. It was nicely served in a flower shape, topped with a couple of cherries. It cost £4.90 which seemed reasonable. It was tasty and I would very likely go again to try out a couple of their elaborate desserts. The staff were friendly and helpful.
My favourite gelato store in the whole of London. A wide variety of flavours to choose from. Ordering screens are simple to use and the store is beautifully decorated
Wonderful ice cream! Love it! Possibly the best I had ever! Adnan’s service is great!
Nice ice cream shop at a very busy and good location. Never tried this franchise before, but I have to admit that it's pretty nice. Prices are moderate, the selection of flavours is pretty big, including the ones for people with dietary restrictions (vegan, etc.)
The service at the time of our visit was friendly, however, their "self-service" screens are a little bit weird as I would expect someone to talk to me, maybe make a recommendation or share a story with me in such places, but this these screens that are intended to simplify the whole process of purchase achieved the complete opposite of it, in my opinion. Maybe it's just my impression, but due to this, it gives me an impression of a "fast food" place, where people simply go to fill up their empty stomach rather than socialise, spend quality time with friends, etc. Therefore, the value is good, the selection is good, the quality/taste is also good but, on the other hand, the concept that they follow doesn't make sense to me personally. I general, I can recommend it for a takeaway "scoop and cone".
