Great Mexican place. Unlimited corn chips to have with your assorted salsas. We had a Very good sea bass with awesome accompaniments. The crab and vegan tostadas were also worth a look. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the food came out fairly quick, hot and fresh. There were also 4/5 vegan options too.

Food was amazing. We had chips with salsa and guacamole. I had the Al Pastor tacos and my husband had octopus and pork belly. We tried a few drinks. House frozen margarita, hibiscus and honey dew margarita, spice, margarita, and the Paloma. Everything was great! My tacos were one of my favorite ever.

Highly recommended. Authentically Mexican, felt like I was back in Mexico City. Cocktails are 🔥 Tacos al Pastor a highlight. But the Corn Cake & roasted corn ice cream trumps all. Come and let your taste buds be wowwwed.

The food is average overall but is good compared to other Mexican/taco options which London lacks. Main reason to visit was to drink mezcal, and this did not disappoint. Service was fast and friendly

Good food and reasonably priced! The refillable chips and salsa were great - 5 different types of salsa but make you sure you specify which ones you want refilled as they don’t do them all at same time. Only reason not 5 stars is we had the table for hour 45 which we knew about but we lost track of time and had no other warnings about getting the table back except a rather angry “I need the table back at 7.30 and they’re waiting outside now” at 7.28..

Excellent! Incredible service from Estrella and fantastic food. Gluten free options abound and it was easy to navigate the menu. We started with guacamole, starters and had taco plates. The chocolate mole tart was FANTASTIC!!! And Don’t skip the fresh pina aqua fresca-enjoy it with your meal because it pairs beautifully.

Casual Mexican fare. The tacos are fresh and light! We had the butternut squash vegan tacos. The chips and dips are good. The dips come with varying degrees of heat :) the only let down was the postre. Corn cake was too sweet and too dense for my liking. Hope to visit again and try some of their other stuff :) Good amount of vegetarian options available.

Good vibe, food is amazing, most importantly- fresh! Staff is definitely responsible for that good vibe, all friendly, attentive, dancing around. I cannot give 5 stars only because the space is so so tight in this place. Tall tables are so tiny, food has no space to be placed on the table, was uncomfortable to eat, couldn’t relax and enjoy food to the fullest. But this is a walk in experience. I definitely recommend this restaurant but make sure you book the table, so you will get a proper table right at the back of the restaurant, where you will be able to put your hand to rest at least and have all the plates and all your drinks, so you can have an amazing meal.

Simply the best Mexican food I've had in London. Simple but exceptional. The staff were really knowledgeable and helpful. The only minor drawback is that the tables and high chairs are a bit small, but that's to be expected when the restaurant is in some kind of railway arch. I'll definitely be back.

Food is good, everything we had was tasty. Its expensive but you're paying for the location. Service included at 12.5% regardless of numbers.

Debating where to go on a Wednesday evening, El Pastor was the obvious choice, if only, at first, as a travel distance compromise. We did not regret it, it has been, so far, the best Mexican food we had in London. The area is quite busy even during weekday evenings and we had to wait at the bar for about 10 minutes, to get a table. The staff were very helpful and attentive, despite the all-round crowdedness. While our choices for drinks lacked imagination (a beer and a Margarita - the cocktail was strong and sour, just how it's supposed to be, not the usual sweet and diluted London version), we had three different tacos, a quesadilla and a couple of small plates to eat, each one better than the other, with our preferences going for the Pastor and Shrimp Tacos. As there was a constant queue waiting to be seated, we make quick work of our food and skedaddled. Will definitely be back and spread the word though!

We stopped for lunch. We had a Bloody Mary, the best I’ve ever tasted. We ordered 3 small plates between two of us, as we were quite hungry. Fish, chicken and mushroom. All dishes were amazing and such a balance of flavours. I would recommend this place for a quick bite.

YO!!!!! Best fish tacos I've ever had and I've had them in Arizona, San Diego, Los Angeles. 10/10 for the fish tacos 6/10 for the mushroom cheese - it was nice but wouldn't get it again 7/10 for the chicken - was nice but not the best I've had. But the fish tacossssss!!! OMG and their house tequila is bang bang

We pigged out here so much! It was really hard to choose which dishes as they all sound fantastic. We went for; tuna tostadas, lemon sole tiraditos, al pastor tacos, pork belly and octopus tacos, baja tacos and papas al árbol on the side. Honestly everything was amazing and we had the 5 salsas to mix and match. The lemon sole was the star for me as it was so fresh and my husbands favourite was the papas al árbol. I would say 6-7 dishes is a good amount for 2 but you can order as you go and the food comes out quick so you could start small! We also had cubana and michelada beers which were delicious. We finished with dessert and cocktails - the cocktails were really strong, which was fab for us, but may be a shock for some. They do offer to substitute mezcal for tequila if you don’t like it, which I thought was nice. Staff were very helpful but they were quite hard to pin down on a busy Friday evening. The only thing holding back a perfect score was the dessert. The pineapple was just that and the corn cake was tasty but the sweet corn ice cream it came with didn’t taste like the stuff you get overseas at all, it could have just been vanilla. On the whole though, it was delicious and we had gone there for the tacos, not the puds, anyhow! If you’re looking for delicious, authentic tacos I would definitely give this place a try.
