Great place lots of choices in the menu the taste was really good the burgers are delicious i recommend the reuben burger the sauce was amazing
As a vegetarian, I enjoy eating plant-based burgers that taste like vegetables, beans, and grains. We began by inspecting the burger. It definitely had a nice char, patty consist of beetroot and avocado ,burger topped with shredded lettuce, tomato, and pickled onion, speared with a white flag-topped toothpick reading “Byron” , Burger is good combination of with wheat protein, potato/beetroot proteina very good vegetarian burger option at Byron , m loving it .
Great burgers and awesome service from my waiter, made me feel at home. Love the milkshakes at Byron and would highly reccomend to visit to chillout with friends and family and eat to your hearts content. Good overall value!
Love the staff and the food. Great selection of beef, chicken and veggie burgers and interesting craft beer range. American concept but varied and very tasty food.
A really nice burger chain in London. Burgers might appear to be small but wow they are filling. I loved the classic spicy burger - wasn’t overly spicy but had a good kick to it!
Had a brilliant brunch yesterday !! Yum yum yum burgers and the malted shakes just made the meal magic .. Incredibly nice people and love the roughed up interiors .. Has a brilliant American flavour in middle of London !! I would like to have sides along with the burger and not order them separately but that's just me :)
As I mentioned before I was going to visit Byron again for their new special. I have been a fan of Byron’s specials, only a couple fails but is exiting that they are keeping some surprises in their menu. The restaurant I visited was in Waterloo, The Cult St almost in front of the New Vic, a big place with 3 different dining rooms

Boasting for the title of Proper Hamburgers, Byron is one of my favourite burger chains in London. All the different venues have their distinctive decor but with the same slightly hipster vibe of 'we have almost finished buildings this place but salvaged some materials for the final place and a bit of the wall is still exposed'. All the burgers are really good but I recommend trying their seasonal ones that change every so often and are extra awesome! In any case Byron know how to make a good burger!
Having moved to Southwark fairly recently I have visited this Byron Burger a handful of times as it is so close to me and in my opinion it is a filling, tasty meal well worth the money!
My boyfriend and I love burgers in all shapes and forms, they're great and so we are always on the search for a good burger! Having come across this Byron location we were keen to go in as it looked lovely. The decor is simple yet pleasing to the eye! I love the combination of the green tiled walls, brick walls, comfy booths and simple light fittings. The compilation of these furnishings create a very relaxed feeling, its a place you can chill in and enjoy..not too vibrant or 'in your face' and equally not too boring.
Every time that we have visited this Byron the staff have been lovely! There is not one thing that you can fault their service on. All of the team are friendly, enthusiastic and look like they enjoy working in the environment! They were especially kind when I asked to combine two desserts off of the menu to create a 'chocolate brownie sundae'. The waiter made a huge..HUGE sundae for me even in the middle of a busy shift which I really appreciated..especially being an avid chocolate lover!
As for the food..its good! A lovely burger cooked how you prefer (a good sign that they are using good meats). They are very tasty and create a silence at the table as people can't stop filling their mouths with the food! There is also a wide range of sides and inventive burger topping combinations available on the menu, suiting a variety of customers! I also highly recommend the onion rings, they are so fresh and lightly battered, better than any other onion rings my boyfriend and I have had!
I wouldn't say that the burgers served here are the best burgers in the world. I really enjoy them but their not the favourite burgers I have ever tried. Despite this I will definitely return to Byron Southwark and Byron in general, its a delicious and filling meal and definitely worth a try!
Byron burgers is one of the best burger joints in London at the moment - the Waterloo outpost, a short walk from Waterloo station on the Cut is fast becoming a popular hub on it's own. The staff are friendly and the service is great and it goes without saying that the burgers are out of this world!
My favourite is the classic Burger and with a side of Courgette fries, it's a great night out.
This place is great to have your burger fix. They offer wide variety of burgers thatbyou could choose from. Also, worth mentioning their selection of side too are very considerable too. I'm a tourist and I usually find the restaurants in this area have few items in their menu. Definitely worth your money and relief your long day hunger.
Service wise, they are very friendly. Asking for recommendations from them was not that hard too. I mean they answer in enthusiasm.
The place ambiance is good. Not really a spectacular one but it's a burger place! They play nice music so you won't be bored even you dine alone here.
Great customer service, very friendly and welcoming staff. 3 tasty vegetarian options with a gluten free bun in option, very happy Byron offers options and caters for veggie/vegans.
Nice, big restaurant as well with a lot of seats which is not always the case for other branches.
👍my review if helpful to you :)
Amazing american style burgers and fries, we had the classic cheese, medium, was delicious! Graphic design on the menus and seasonal table place matts were on point
AMAZING. Incredible service at this location from start to finish, and the burgers are my favorite in London. Such a cute atmosphere as well. Get the Big Smoke and the Stacked Nachos - they're to die for! Will be back again and again.
Best burgers around, absolutely love there cheesy chips. Sadly no milk shakes on the day we went but there hawkes cider filled the hole. I've been to multiple byrons branches and this one has to be one of the best. Fantastic atmosphere and you can choose your own music.
I really appreciated the allergy menu so that I could be sure that everything I was ordering was both vegan and gluten free. On top of that, when my food arrived it had little flags that showed that it was vegan and gluten free so I didn't have to worry that there had been a mix up.
The burgers and fries were both quite good, and so was the service.
I love Byron, the burger menu seems to have changed but they are still awesome. More importantly the service is freaking amazing especially if you are being attended by the wonderful Denisa who is impeccable friendly and so helpful! I’ll go back just for her... and the burgers obviously ! Service at his best.
Delicious burgers at a reasonable price for the quality of food, great staff and service also. Always rate Byron as a top place to eat. 30% off food for students with UNiDAYS too...
Loved it, second time to Byron bit different restaurant. The burger had great taste and the fries was very crispy. I wish I could have ordered a mix of regular fries and sweet potato fries but that was not possible. Can highly recommend Byron!
The venue itself is pretty standard, shabby chic I guess, but in typical London fashion has as many seats and tables squashed in as possible. The drinks menu was pretty lame, no draught beer, just cans and bottles - at a high price. The service was friendly, courteous and didn't take too long to be served. Try were happy to move us due to the icy breeze blowing in from the entry door opening frequently. The food was good, just perhaps a little overpriced for the meagre portion sizes. First time eating here and I found it to be an overall good experience, just nothing to rave about.
Really good burger great service & excellent staff
Awesome service by Sarah. Great enthusiasm and attention to detail. So great to be served by someone who loves their work. Double cheese burger was massive and nicely cooked. Couldn't get my mouth around it but not complaining! A proper high protein feed. Malt Oreo shake with shot of JD made an excellent desert.
As a group of 16, we got seated at lunchtime without fuss. The food was standard for this type of restaurant - no complaints. Service was quick, friendly and efficient and we when it came to settling up, whilst there was optional service included given the size of the group, but it was made clear that it was indeed optional. Would go back again - tasty burgers and little fuss!
Really nice burgers, with salad or chips on the side
Good value and tasty burgers. Also really enjoyed the sweet potato fries, thin and crispy!
