We were here on holiday and really wanted good Italian but we were in a huge hurry and needed something really close to our hotel. Luckily we asked at the concierge for a recommendation and without hesitation the guy told us to go to Rocca. It absolutely hit the spot. Everything was great but my (picky) daughter’s pasta rose and my lobster tortellini were to die for. Fabulous lunch!
Best pizza l have ever tried. Very thin crust. Also, it was surprising to see Italian waiters only in Italian restaurant. Overall enjoyed my dinner here lots.
Great place to eat. We went on a bank holiday Sunday, the place was full yet the staff were so attentive and we were in and out within an hour.
Staff were very knowledge on what to recommend and although it was packed they all seemed genuinely happy to be serving you.
The food was fantastic, couldn’t fault it. Wish I lived slightly closer as would be there every week however I will definitely return soon.
The ravioli was fantastic as were both pizzas.
Can’t fault the place and the on top of that everything was very, very reasonably priced.
Lovely dinner here yesterday. The restaurant was very busy but staffs very friendly he tried to find table for us. Food very delicious, we ordered Risotto with seafood was very yummy. Salmon salad was delicious and big portion.Aperol Spritz very tasty and only 7£ . Food delicious & price was reasonable.
Lovely food, very tasty pizza, friendly staff, fair price. Good atmosphere. Will go again.
Had a fantastic time at Rocca, the food was delicious and came out so fast (having 3 hungry kids that’s a god send), the service was incredible with a hint of humour which made the kids giggle. Will definitely be back again. Bellissimo
It’s reasonably priced, decorated nicely throughout and the staff are very friendly and attentive. You know it’s good when the staff are all served a meal from the menu on their lunch breaks.
The pizza was very tasty and so was the salmon pasta dish. I saw someone eating the linguine bolognese which looked incredible so I need to go back to sample more dishes. The starters are pricey though and almost the same price as mains so if you’re particularly hungry, just order a pizza to share instead.
Just about everything we tasted was delicious. I apologise for the Tiramisu which I started eating without taking a photo first. I got carried away. This was on par with the best Tiramisu I had ever eaten and that was an Italian family’s old recipe.
Go there and try the pasta dishes. You won’t be disappointed with the food or the service.
My wife and I went here on a Sunday and we quite liked how everything was.
Food was good, although slightly less flavoured for Indian taste buds. We customised it by adding chilli oil and salt.
The staff are good, although they should smile more, I guess. Why so serious?
The prices are affordable (12.5% Service tax extra) and work as the primary attraction. Hope they continue to be affordable.
Delightful meal at Rocca - both the mains and dessert were delicious! Service was great too.
The food is very delicious. The services is excellent. With such an wonderful atmosphere, we had a very good experience at the Rocca. Highly recommend.

Good Italian place, great for family, decent prices. Kid loved his pizza. Lasagna was 👍🏻.
Pizza is neither Roman nor Neopolitan, but good.
Good place to go if you are wandering around London.
Speedy service and wide variety of options for quick bites.
Caprese salad was very tasteful.
Also, tortellini were ok.
Right priced.
Rocca has been an extended home for many of us from the local church! We are always accommodated, even last minute large groups, and the service is impeccable. The guys always go out of their way for us and we keep coming back! The pizza and the salads are super tasty and the atmosphere is warm and buzzy. Value for money is great. Thanks for everything :)
My wife, daughter and myself were on a short visit to London and we were looking for a place to have a decent Italian meal for lunch, based on web searches we found our way here, and frankly we were not disappointed. Food is excellent, very generously proportioned and cooked to perfection. Service was fast and fuss free. We had bruschetta to start, the bread was nicely toasted and the topping was fresh and crunchy. I had the Tagliatelle Bolognese, it was al dente and the sauce was hearty and meaty. My wife had the ravioli, it was very tasty. The meal was so good we went back a second time, this time at dinner, it was a little more crowded and busy but I wanted to see if service would be impacted, and I can say it was not. We had risotto to share and my wife had the mussels, very nice with a hint of spicy heat. Service was again excellent. I will definitely be going back again. Pictures show the other food we had as well. You will not be disappointed!
Went here twice with my sister on our mini holiday, the food was amazing, the staff were great, knowledgeable, efficient and very friendly. The place was always busy even mid week. If Rocca was in my neighbourhood I’d be broke from eating there every night. If I could give them more stars I would. If you are ever in Kensington you must eat here.
A go to Italian restaurant for when I’m in the area. Tends to be quite busy but walk ins are doable. Pizzas are huge and worth the price, pastas I find are a hit or miss, pesto and bolognese are my favourite from what I’ve tried so far. Desserts are quite expensive for what they are but tasty nonetheless.
Highly recommend stopping by :)
Wonderful in every aspect. Excellent pasta dishes (particularly the cannelloni). The restaurant has a very authentic feel, with Italian waiters, as well as a traditional range of dishes. To mention more about the staff, we simply must speak about their attentive and professional, yet friendly and chatty disposition. Excellent value for money, especially in London. Hugely recommended.
