Very underrated place. Not only is the beer and food selection decent, but they also offer 25% off regulars (whereas before it was only 20%, more informal with no card), know how to cook a meat medium rare, how to make a peppercorn sauce and fries. Very nice service and atmosphere and good food for an ok price given the quality (ps: I ate half of the cote de boeuf before taking the pic, I normally go for the burger). They open the window screens in summer, so it’s perfect for outdoor seating (restaurant food is only available inside though unless you go for bar food). A regular go-to in the area for informal meetings

Very nice place, and definitely a gem on a busy night in London. Food was average, I had very less chicken in the chicken pasta I had ordered. The ice-cream had ice-crystals as well. Overall, my experience was average. The service was great.

I ordered mussel and tuna for the main. Prawn cocktail for the starter. It’s really huge. I feel like it x3 normal size literally. Especially the super big mussel pot. Overall I think at this price it’s a really good bargain cuz these are already enough for three 😂 Prawn cocktail is both beautiful and tasty

WOW. BEST. STEAK. EVER! Cooked to perfection. In fact, I couldn't fault any of the food we ate here! Highly recommend!!! Service was also really great! I recommend trying the Goats cheese and red onion tart, on-the-bone rib steak, and both the chocolate brownie and eton mess were all delicious. Thanks for such a lovely food experience!

Great atmosphere, absolutely delicious food and a great staff. The chicken burger is really good. Finger licking good. It is a bit expensive but you'd get high quality in return.

Very kind staff. We entered the breakfast around closing time, and they helped out really well to still have a great breakfast. Great start for the day! 😁🍽️

Went last night for the first time and had the most amazing food, it really was nice. We had the pre-theatre menu which was 2 courses (starter and main £12.95). You could also get a dessert for an extra £2.50, which we did. The onion and goats cheese tart you must try and the cheeseburger was also beautiful. Vegetable curry was nice but chickpea fritters needed something else in them as they were quite boring. Apple crumble had a bit too much cinnamon but was tasty. But my gosh the Eton Mess was delightful. YUM. My photo is a bit blurry but don't let that put you off. The service was extremely good and will be going again soon. I also loved the cosy vibe and the artwork on the walls.

Good food and a great waitress. Lost a bit of atmosphere when they raised the volume on the soccer game.

Very nice place for some evening drinks. One can order beer and watch football over there or just sit over some nice and fresh cocktails. We ordered a mojito, bloody Mary, a virgin some kind of fruity drink made by the bartender and a cosmopolitan. Except for the super spicy and not that tasty bloody Mary, all the other drinks were very delicious! Recommended!

Very pleasant place, nice service, delicious food, delicious drinks. I've been here before. The kindness of the boss deserves special mention. I think I will be a repeat guest during my travels.

Great atmosphere and really nice staff. The food was okay, but we only had typical bar food snacks, so I can't say much about a full entree.
