The food and service at Ping Pong is always brilliant. The staff were really welcoming and attentive! I have a couple of dietary restrictions, and there’s still a great range of options for me to choose from and enjoy - the food is delicious, they have a good gluten free menu, and a detailed allergy matrix which is helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Excellent service from Ben C, who was very friendly and genuine. A much better experience than I get in the Soho branch. Food is always delicious, it's a shame some of the older items have been taken off the menu - edamame potato cake! - but this actually led us to try some new dishes and loved them. Definitely recommend the griddled beef gyoza and chicken xiao long bao. Also enjoyed the new addition of the robot food server.

A lovely gem to stumble upon on a weekday! The lemongrass iced tea was phenomenal on a warm day. The dumplings were made to perfection. Highly recommend making this a place to check out while exploring the city. Happy hour from 3-6p on the weekdays makes this even more appealing, found this special out when we got here. Exceptionally pleased!

Always a pleasure visiting this place. Now living in Bournemouth, makes it difficult to visit as frequently as I’d like to though! This time when Ivisited I was there during the HH and managed to have all that I could within a couple of hours. Georgi who took great care of me right from the time I stepped in to Ping Pong and was very quick at what she does best… I hope to see her again next time. Goes without saying how much I enjoy the Lychee and Roses♥️! They are the best! Tried their Har Gau for the first time and thats on my favourites list now among the flaming phoenix chicken dumpling and black prawn dumpling♥️ Tried the Kimchi for the first time, unfortunately won’t be ordering again though. Was good for once.

The food was good and it is a nice spot for lunch. But the portions were a bit small. The service was very friendly and they really took care to accomodate our dietary restrictions.

Came here on a Saturday. It was fairly quite which made the whole experience very enjoyable. All food items were delicious. All tasted fresh and everything was piping hot. The portions are a tad small for the price paid. The staff are friendly enough. We had a voucher, which the waitress did not deduct from the bill, but once pointed out she went to the manager and it was corrected with no issue.

I had forgotten how much they have to offer other than just dumplings alone. Good selection of starters with the dumplings which are great...goes without saying. Cocktails were okay. One thing I would recommend is to try out their different dips/sauces. Though the starters usually come with some form of dipping but these are absolutely worth. Service was quick and we were offered a decent table too. Place is clean and loos are good too. Only downside, like any other busy restaurant in London, is that it gets bit noisy.

Had the BEST time here. The food was delicious but the best bit was the service. Ben C, our waiter, couldn’t have been kinder or more attentive. He explained everything perfectly as it was our first time visiting the restaurant, and made sure we were comfortable and got everything we asked for. Would come back here purely for how good the service was. Could not recommend this location more! Thanks Ben 🫶🏼

We visited this restaurant on 23.09.2023 to celebrate our 16th wedding anniversary. I left a note stating this when making the booking and we were very pleasantly surprised. The manager Norbi is absolutely amazing. He made sure that our visit was perfect and his attention to detail is second to none. Nothing was too much. I even got a different chair as my back was hurting. Our waitress Amidat, was lovely. She was very helpful and polite throughout the afternoon. Food was great and my son loved the black tea with ginger. Wanted to take the pot home. My wife has been to othe Ping Pongs and she said that the ambience and service was so much better than others. Thanks again for making our lunch special. Can't wait to return.

Happy hour makes everything so well priced. All the food and drinks were delicious. Staff were so attentive and helpful. I prefer this one to the soho one as it is a lot brighter and it feels more spacious.

Ashley truly delivered an outstanding and immensely enjoyable service, complete with delightful banter! What made the evening even more enjoyable was the perfectly balanced volume of the music, which allowed for clear and uninterrupted conversations with my date.

I love dim sum, and this hit the spot.... the restaurant was empty but that is not an indication of anything as the City is quite empty. The service was good and the choices was alot to choose and very filling. Reasonably priced and thoroughly enjoyable
