This is my absolute favourite neighbourhood restaurant in Finsbury Park. They serve delicious Italian fare, have nice wine, do a killer Aperol Spritz, have really lovely staff; all in a great setting. What more do you want?

Lovely local restaurant with great food and super friendly service. We had the parmigiana for starters which was delicious, followed by the special of the day (carbonara) and a ragu. Everything tasted great. It was very cold in the restaurant though and my wife had to keep her coat on throughout which dampened the experience somewhat. We'll be back again though

Very nice Italian restaurant with small menu and lovely terrace/outdoor dining area. We had a white ragu pasta and a vegetarian lasagne. Both were delicious.

Superb local Italian restaurant with authentic, home-made Italian food. Went out for a meal as a family of 5 adults and loved it. One of our group has lived in Italy and rated the food up there with the best Italian she has tasted. Excellent service by Paola and her team including our singing waiter! Will definitely visit again.

Lovely Italian restaurant with a beautiful outdoor. Osteria Tufo has been a stable in Finsbury Park for many years and it’s always been a great place to visit for good food. They have a variety of great pasta dishes - and no pizza which is a plus for me. We had bruschetta and caponata siliciana for starters, latter was recommended and did not disappoint. Really delicious and I would also recommend it. We had the spaghetti and the pesto orecchiette for mains, both great and perfectly al dente, with the orecchiette being just that extra bit good. Perfect pesto sauce to go with sundried tomato, honestly would also go for this next time. Tiramisu for dessert which also hit the mark. The service was great, they created a really lovely atmosphere. Osteria Tufo is absolutely perfect for a good meal on a sunny day.

Food is delicious, and prices are very reasonable for London / Islington. The staff are also very attentive, and friendly. My only criticism, which I think is justified by keeping prices down, is the table density within the restaurant. Some people might not be too comfortable with being seated so close to other patrons.

It’s my second time visiting Osteria Tufo and I can definitely say it is one of the top Italian restaurants in London. Their vongole pasta is a must try! The only thing I would add is a little more garlic and salt, but that is my personal preference. Ambience and service is great, prices are reasonable as the food quality is high. Can’t wait to visit again!

Wonderful Italian food - best melanzana parmigiana I’ve ever had, & pasta dishes rich & generous. Paola & Josh are just the best hosts. Great atmosphere & a beautiful room, it really is one of my favourite nights out.

A great find near Finsbury park. Italien Restaurant with cute outdoor area. The menu is very detail around allergies and what is contained in the ingredients e.g. Dairy, gluten and vegan options are available. I had delicious gluten free penne and Ragu. And back again

Absolutely delicious food! The tortellini with cream and ham were extremely good, and the portion sizes were quite big so every plate was really well paid! The owner is very friendly and sometimes passes by the tables to chat with the customers, that's very nice of her. The outdoor terrace is small and quaint and has heaters everywhere. Overall it's a lovely place, I definitely recommend it! Potential advice to the owner: maybe they can increase their desserts choice? I'm not taking away any stars though as the food was excellent!

Service was great with an attentive server. High 3s/low 4s for food. Would go back to try more :) Cute italian restaurant in what appears to be an old revamped pub. Menu is small but thoughtful - with a focus on homemade pastas (can't go wrong with a homemade pasta). I wouldn't get the burrata pumpkin pappardelle again (A- for being adventurous), but the carbonara was pretty good.

Very nice fresh pasta. The staff is friendly and the space is cozy. Maybe a little bit expensive for the local.
