Had my 50th birthday in the library room, it was an amazing night with a lovely atmosphere and the staff were very welcoming and went above and beyond to help. Had a lovely couple of hours catching up with my dad. Music was on point, lovely lighting, great beer, good chips and friendly and knowledgeable staff. Special shout out to Jimmy who was really friendly and made us feel really welcome.
The Sunday roasts here are brilliant and the space perfect for families. They have high chairs and serve a kids’ menu (seriously lacking any kind of vegetables 🤦♀️🤷♀️) as well. The service is usually perfect and friendly. There is also air con great for those hot summer days!
Thoroughly enjoyed my chicken roast. It was delicious. Trimmings weren’t quite as good. But thoroughly enjoyable. Staff were friendly if a bit slow. My wife’s sea bream was also excellent apparently. Will be back.
Alice house is just amazing. A lot of wood and fairly big spaces and different levels of flooring give you a special vibe. Super cozy, and the burger is amazing. It's one of my favourite place to go out for drinks or eat out. It has very relaxed casual quirky interior makes feel comfortable. Friendly staffs and highly recommend to pop in.
Damn cool place. So close to my home and has great vibes. Drinks and food are on point. The cauliflower was soo delish. Mackerel, steaks and burgers are damn good.

Great burgers, seal of approval by my 6 year-old, very friendly staff and a nice cider, my wife had the tapas and loved it. Can't say what it's like in the evening as I haven't been there but it's always full when I walk past so must be a good sign
