Food was really tasty, and they have great options for vegan and gluten free. The cocktails were a little disappointing, as didn’t taste fresh, but were otherwise still nice. Friendly staff, and enjoyable restaurant experience.

I have never been to Zizzi, I always walked past it not sure why considering I love pasta... I digress.... came here after a boring work event which had minimal food leaving us haangry... I had a train to catch so we opted for something quick. Service was fine, it was a Wednesday night, there was space.. we are seated downstairs. I didn't see a lift so not sure what the position is re accessibility. Service was nice, everyone was cheerful. Food cake relatively quickly. I had a strawberry or maybe it was raspberry and lime drink... it was awful... tasted of nothing... it was still there when I left. I had a goats cheese ravioli... can't remember the actual name. As I am trying to cut down went for an under 600 cals option. It was quite nice to be fair. It looked small but I got quite full whilst eating.. not sure If it had anything to do with the 4 glasses of prosecco I had before hand.. but either way I didn't leave hungry. The restuarant itself is nicely decorated and quite a chilled vibe. Good for catching up with friends. Il go again. Sorry didn't take much pics.

On the whole, our experience here was a pleasant one. Initially, we were served by a waitress that we found rather rude and abrupt, and we considered leaving. Then a bubbly waitress came over to take our orders and we changed our minds. We were also served by a young man who was friendly and professional too. The food was quite good and I enjoyed my double tasting special pizza. Can't remember what my daughter had but I know she enjoyed it. My wife's friend had the spaghetti bolognese which was fine but a little small. I would go back to this restaurant.

I've always liked this place, been many times. The food is reliably good. My daughter is vegan gluten free and she's catered and there's plenty of choice for veggies which I am. Nice layout with cubby holes if you want a bit more quiet. Staff are always excellent here. I'd recommend it.

great food, decent service (yea you have to wait a bit in peak hours), good atmosphere with nice oven and indoor decorations, toliet hygiene nice as well tho the male female sign ain't on the door but just next to the door. Reasonable price for central London area. p.s. be careful ordering the free garlic bread from membership as only the regular one can be free, not with mozzarella.

Brilliant for a post show meal. Went on a Tuesday so west end was probably quieter overall, no problems getting a table. Food was served quickly without feeling like we were being rushed. Fair portions and reasonable price. Will definitely go again before a show.

Fantastic food as a person with celiac disease, I appreciate places where I can eat tasty and my choice is not limited to one dish. Nice service, despite the fact that the application for allergy sufferers is poor, nice lady waitress helped with everything. I recommend 🤤

Lovely seating area downstairs. Food was out of this world and service was great. No rushing you through starters to your mains. The pork meat balls are on another level.

Arrived late afternoon to be told 45 minutes wait for food. Despite this, we had drinks in a matter of minutes and our starters arrived in about 15 mins. There was a longish wait for our mains, but the wait was more than worthwhile. Food was hot and tasty. Our waitress was friendly and engaging. Can't remember her name, but she said she was from Poland. Would definitely recommend and I can see why it was so bus.

Great food and service. Delicious vegan rainbow lasagna. Also the rainbow carrots with spinach were good. Would have been nice if they had a vegan side salad option (the current side salad has ceasar dressing and cheese, both not vegan).

Still one of my favourite pizza in London, I'm Italian and I don't like napoletana pizza, so this a really good alternative, everything was good, attentive service, just 2 bad things... too much oil everywhere, especially I the courgettes, and the tiramisù no, no way, so far from a really Italian tiramisù. Price are ok considering there was no service charge

They don't have just "gluten-free" options. They make delicious gluten-free food! So happy to discover!

We had dinner here Sunday night. Good experience overall. Some plates were out of stock. The pizza were very good. Tiramisu was not great, too smooth and with too much sugar. The deserts were average. We enjoyed our time here though!

The Gluten free Blogger: Fantastic gluten free food yesterday. As a Coeliac the gf pizza was delicious and good service! It took ages to find a seat mind, but it was worth the wait....

This Zizzi is probably the best in the central London (2019). Although it is in the basement, but nicely decorated and one cannot feel that there are no windows with outside view. It is conveniently situated for many theatres and points of interest. Food is very good and service is quick and polite. Booking is recommended and I'd say necessary. It had been refurbished recently and still good in 2022.
