We really liked the food here. It was quite close to place of stay.
Their mutton biryani was more of Bengali style with egg and a curry. We didn’t like the curry as in my opinion it didn’t go well with the biryani.
Otherwise the food and the ambience was good

The reason I rate this restaurant five stars is, firstly ,because of Mr. Khaled and his great hospitality . Secondly, the food is very delicious and had a special taste. Finally, I especially thank Mr. Khaled and all the staff of this restaurant for their wonderful smiles and excellent service. 👏🏻✨

The staff here were very attentive and were quick to make suggestions. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was relaxed but upscale. The butter chicken was different than what I am used to, and had a lot of coconut in it. I would suggest cranking up the heat level, but overall especially for the cost, very well worth it.

Needing a meal within east walking distance of Aldgate East tube, we found the Red Chilli. We were really pleased with our choice. The staff were friendly and polite, and the atmosphere and decor were really nice. The food was freshly made, great portion sizes and delicious. My only gripe, and this has nothing to do with the restaurant or the staff, was the loud and obnoxious group of four foul mouthed drunken middle aged men in the corner - what is it about guys, beer and Indian restaurants where they feel they can act this way? I think the staff were patient with them, but their behaviour and language was frankly unacceptable - but don’t let this put you off. I would happily eat there again. Thank you.

Amazing place, great food, good price. For a place called Red Chilli, food was not that spiced. Maybe I should have requested it, but usually in Indian restaurants is the opposite story. Amazing meat samosas but the lamb shack with rice and nan was even better.

This place its a hidden gem.. I'm from Chicago and everyone told me the UK has the best Indian cuisine.. and let me tell you. This place does.. staff I friendly. The manager or owner I don't know who he was. But he came out to greet me. It was a very nice touch. The food is excellent. The place is just warm and cozy. Thanks for the excellent service and food

A beautiful Indian restaurant very close to Tower Of London and Tower Bridge. We visited for a PYO (Progressive Youth Organisation) friends gathering. Great decor, clean and very spacious in restaurant. The staff were very friendly and kind. The starters were beautifully presented very tasty and hot. Main courses followed straight after. We had a set requested menu which was prefect for our group palette and restaurant made it specifically to our needs. The food was tasty, hot and delicious. The empty plates and smiles proved everyone andvery happy. If you local looking for a nice place to eat please do pop in you wont be disappointed and the prices are very reasonable as well.

We were sat down in the cozy corner table next to the bar. The food was very well presented and tasted even better, drinks amazing as well. Staff were friendly and attentive. I only took pictures of the starters and drinks cause when the mains arrived it looked so good and I was so hungry that I completely forgot about it 😅. I love the little “hob” that keep the food warm on the table. It wasn’t the first time we went there and for sure it will not be the last. Keep going guys you’re doing a great job. 👍

We dropped in very late after a long day of travelling and were met with lovely hospitality and very good food. The meal was excellent and we left the place smiling; the night turned out great thanks to the food and wonderful servers and chefs. What more can you ask for?

Where should I start. Once we arrived, we felt like home. The stuff treated us with such a respect, they were smiling all the time and they were very kind. We ordered chicken tikka masala, chicken korma and chicken nuggets. Let me say it was the best meal I've ever had. Passion coctail drink tasted delicious too. I really recommend this place to everyone. Hope to come back again soon.

I loved this place. £12 for a substantial prawn dish at a table with linen tablecloth and linen napkins is incredible. Especially as it tasted so good. Can't wait to go back. This is my first 5* review in ages!

What an experience! Family run restaurant, with care, loyalty and value. I've tried many Indian/Pakistani/Bengali Restaurants... this one is now on my list to revisit. Food was great, very fresh, made with passion, and we ordered enough dishes for 11 people, starters, mains and sides! Kebabs, Samosas, Chops, Mixed Grill, Prawns, Chicken, Lamb, Fish; every dish was made to perfection. Nothing was too much or a hassle for the owner or staff; everything was arranged and catered for. I just want to thank Ahmed for making an extra effort for my sons 16th birthday. I had a very good feeling from the moment you answered the phone and took my booking, and my gutt feeling was spot on!! I appreciate your time and loyalty to me as a customer, and because of you and your family, I am now a valued one, me and my friends and family. I will see you again in the future... !!
