Amazingly fresh gelatos with different and unusual flavours every day. The queue is worth it. Maple Berry and Bannoffee are my favourites. Highly recommended!

First gelato in London!
Having ice cream in a cold weather is a great feeling and something that's just bliss, rather difficult to express. The chilly weather outside and the sudden craving for ice cream, I instantly searched for some ice cream near me and landed here.
I took the chocolate flavoured gelato, my all time favourite. It worked perfectly to satisfy my craving at that moment.
I was not much satisfied with the place though, it was empty and I was the only one in the store. The name having luxury gelato, made me expect a little more from the place. I guess more crowd would hinder any such thought.
Service was friendly. Ice team was rich, creamy and fresh with a number of sorbets and ice cream in offer. The atmosphere was welcoming and the were tables clean

Snowflake Luxury Gelato is the main creamery in Soho and it has such space! Don’t be fooled though it can get super busy. The staff are lovely and their ice cream is great, fresh, tasty, traditional.
TIP: Do try their Lemon ice cream it is delicious and sweeter than you would expect!
Popped into this trendy looking place for a quick ice cream. We were craving for some ice cream in this cold weather. Ordered some ice creams and some hot chocolate. The ice creams were great, made from 100% organic milk, locally sourced milk. The hot chocolate was equally good.
The place was recommended to me by a few friends so I thought I had to give it a try. I honestly expected more, but overall it's a good gelato place. More options than your regular ice cream shop, which is nice. But nothing "that" special.
I went there with my 2 sisters, we ordered a coffee snowdrift, nutella crepe and a brownie snowdrift (not pictured). I had the coffee snowdrift which is comprised of 2 scoops of ice cream and it comes with an espresso shot with extra coffee powder sprinkled on the ice cream, for a coffee lover, I was in heaven! I had a taste of my sister's crepe it was very soft and warm and drenched with nutella. Lovely experience.
Always a good time for gelato. Slightly expensive but it's prone to happen when you're in London. The staff said that it was the best gelato in London but I say it could've been better!
If you’re like me, and have an undesirable need for dessert following a meal, than Snowflake is your top place for a Soho-based after-lunch. At the time our group popped in it was only the one lady madly scooping out gelati, so it wasn’t the speediest. I helped things out though by ordering the ready-to-go gelato basket (£4.20). I couldn’t quite recall what flavour she told me it was (vaguely recall Tiramisu being thrown out there) but it was delightful. A smooth consistency and balanced sweetness to whisk you away somewhere more pleasant. Waffle basket was a chocolately crunch for a bit more sweetness. With the special bowl, there’s a white chocolate egg, along with nuts, berries and a fruit compote. The fruit was fab. I was pleased for sure.
Creamy, rich gelato in the heart of London. Various flavours to tease your tastebuds and well worth the price. I tried 2 scoops of different flavours but was filled after the first scoop- this was after a large meal at a neighbouring restaurant.
Definitely recommend the parlour and wouldn't mind going there again.
Their sundaes looked amazing, the portions were huge and the staff also customised the desserts for us. I wanted a scoop of dark chocolate instead of vanilla in my dessert and they were happy to replace it. However, the sundaes weren't anything great - they were quite average. Their gelatos looked nice but unfortunately we didn't try any.
Snowflake does a range of gelatos and sorbets and the extensive menu offers really yummy milkshakes, waffles, crepes and sundaes. Halima was absolutely spot on, we didn’t even manage to finish two between the three of us! At £15 each, the ice cream afternoon tea was great value for money and a fun novelty treat perfect for the summer. The only negative was the limited seating in the Selfridges foodhall – it was rather cramped with all of us and our shopping bags!

Cute little ice cream emporium in Soho. To be fair, ice cream is not a thing for me. Never been a fan of desserts in general but I guess if you were going to go for ice cream, this probably would be the place you go. Obviously there are the options of just dropping by the coop and picking up some Ben & Jerrys, but if you are out and about in the summer evening, wanting something refreshing after dinner, I can see why folk would hover over the silver trays of exciting flavours. Its like the coffee revolution going cold and icy. People actually sit and hang out here. What is the world coming to with all these places where there is no alcohol to keep you seated. Anyways, I followed an ice cream fiend into this place and she gives her seal of approval, so who am I to argue.

The place has amazing sorbets and gelato with an amazing variety of flavours. Also all the flavours are handmade and fat free & dairy free.

We all know Soho as a dining hotspot with so much choice that at times, it takes longer to decide where to eat than the actual meal itself. Recently though, thanks to Jennifer from @chocolatetours, I've also discovered that Soho also has a under-appreciated ice cream scene and I want to take this opportunity to highlight them.
Handmade daily with organic milk from Somerset, Snowflake is as artisan as they come, using only the best ingredients to produce some of the best gelato in London. Don't take my word for it though; just take one look at the numerous Great Taste Awards they've gained in their time and it's clear these guys know what they're doing.
The gelato is so smooth and creamy, it shouldn't be possible but thankful it is with my personal standout being the sea salted caramel. For those who are after a less guilty treat, check out their sorbetto where my recommendation would be the mango flavour which is awesome.

There are some interesting flavours like popcorn, but they are pretty standard. Definitely a place worth trying out. 2 scoops for £4.40 & 3 for £5.50!!

I've never ever liked pistachio as much as I've loved lived heir pistachio gelato. I just want more and more and more of it.
I tasted about five flavours and all of them were amazing until I tasted this.
He pistachio just blew my mind. Incredible!
Best tasting Gelato in central london. It's very creamy, soft and the flavor a are spectacular. Their toppings are awesome as well. I definitely recommend it as they have decent portion size for the money you pay!

When it’s sunny it's best to have some ice cream or sorbet at Snowflake Luxury Gelato. ? They only use organic milk and seasonal ingredients. They have two more locations besides the one on Wardour Street in Soho. ? Ice cream is so delicious and there are many varieties to choose from, like mint chocolate, amaretto, sea salted caramel or stem ginger. ? All are hand made in the store everyday with natural ingridients only. But my favorites are with pistachio and dark chocolate. Stop here to have some 'gelato' as they make taste the flavours from Italy.

Apparently their gelato are made using natural ingredients and organic milk & cream. They also have the dairy-free and gluten-free options.
Try the pistachio flavour. Yum.
Snowflakes for a HOT day in London!. I sampled about 8 different gelato flavours before choosing the first time I went to Snowflake Gelato. It was so hard to pick just one or two! I've been here twice because it's just THAT good. I also highly recommend a chocolate mint drink, if you dare dance with all those calories. .... Made with organic milk and cream and all natural ingredients the gelato here at Snowflake not only looks spectacularly luxurious, but tastes it as well. The Boyfriend chose the vanilla, he believes to make a true judgement you have to try the classics. It was lovely but for me was overshadowed by the Fior di Latte which was creamy and delicous. The banana boat was the easiest option for 2 to share, classic flavours of chocolate, strawberry drizzled with real sauce made with strawberries. Finished with chocolate curls, believe me it satisfied our taste buds.
I've been here many times to eat the sorbet here and it is delicious! They have such a great range of flavours, even dairy-free ones which I go for every time.
I recently tried the waffles here (I chose Luxury Maple), served with maple syrup, fresh blueberries and strawberries and choice of gelato - dark chocolate sorbet. It was so good!
I purchased it as part of a Timeout deal so it also came with a hot drink. Unfortunately they had run out of extra dark hot chocolate so I settled for a pot of Earl Grey tea.
My friend went for the Classic Snowflake and had chocolate gelato with fudge sauce. He said it was the best waffle he had ever had :)

Ideal during summer and winter. If you want to have a little treat in the center of London I will advise you to go to this place which is really cool and well located in Soho. Indeed, you can order low calories sweets and ice cream from the waiter, who will have a pleasure to help you to choose what is the best for you. Ice creams are a little bit expensive though, I paid around £5 for a cup of ice cream, but the place is really cool and neat so it encourages you to come back.
Also you do not need to queue a lot there which is a big plus for a place located in Soho.
I had to sample about eight different flavours of gelato ice-cream before I could settle on one, because each of them is extremely delicious and unique. I have visited this place twice, and highly recommend it. One should also try the chocolate milk drink, because it is yummy. This is one of my regular places to visit in the area, and everybody should try it at least once.
I had a great time here and I am glad they invited me to try the Snowflake Gelato. This is the best place for desserts. The service is efficient and very fast. The staff is also very friendly and humble. They are warm and make you feel very comfortable. I am surely going to visit this place soon.
The products here are all prepared from organic milk and cream. The ingredients are all naturally obtained. The gelato looks amazing, but tastes even better. I ordered the fior di latte, and it tasted heavenly. My friend chose the vanilla one, because it is his belief that one must try the age old classics to be able to make an honest judgement.
This restaurant was recently opened in this area, and it is truly a blessing. Pancakes, crepes and all kinds of other comfort food is served at this place, with an aura of relaxation and ease. The window displays are beautiful and colourful, and I come here whenever I have a craving for gourmet ice-cream.
This is my favourite place for desserts. From a wide range of options on offer, this place proves to be a good choice for after dinner indulgence. We always order the banana boat as it is the most convenient dish which can be served with two people.
Oozing with chocolate, what makes this dish the victor is the dash of strawberries.
Do visit this place if you want to have a truly blissful dessert experience!

What’s better than a delicious, creamy gelato on a sunny London day? Each time I’ve been through Soho on my food adventures (see my reviews of Burger and Lobster, Bubbledogs, Wahaca and Wagamama), I’ve been teased with this store front on Wardour Street…
I would always pause, drool through the window like a puppy, and wonder what was in ‘luxury’ gelato. One day I popped in just to have a quick glance to tease myself further.
Not only did the gelato look silky smooth, but also the interior was sleek and sexy too!
On the last gorgeous, sunny London day, I decided the curiosity had to end. I made a date with Mr. Sunny for dinner and GELATO!
Mr. Sunny and I were overwhelmed with all the unique, mouth-watering options.Stracciatella, Amarena, Honeycomb Crunch, Pistachio
I sampled, verrrry thoroughly, many of the Chef’s Specials and other flavours… Nugget, White Chocolate and Strawberry, Oreo Biscuit, and Dark Chocolate Sorbet. It was soooo tough to decide.
Mr. Sunny picked the Coconut and Pistachio.
And I had the Nugget and Oreo Biscuit…
Now I understand what luxury gelato is. Snowflake hand makes their gelato in their Soho and Bayswater boutiques each day. They use the freshest ingredients, and you can taste the difference!
I was excited about also sampling their new Spring flavours, floral Violet and Rose Petal Gelato, but they were sold out that night. So, I decided on a chocolate shake combination of chocolate mint and chocolate chips with luscious lashings of chocolate on top. Did I mention that it has chocolate? I drank it all. Wouldn’t you?

Pancakes/crepes, a sense of wellbeing, uncomplicated comfort food. Snowflake Gelato appeared out nowhere in the lively area of Soho. The glass windows clearly lit up the metropolis of the gelatos with beautiful arrays of colours.
Been passed this place many times on Wardour Street, but never seemed to have the “gelato” craving. I finally took the chance last Friday night.
The furniture is plain white leather upholstery and walls to match. Provides a relaxing dessert lounge.
When the “Bronte” arrived it looked exactly like the photos in the menu. The crepes were paper thin with a slight crisp, without being too buttery. The drizzled pistachio sauce was rich, nutty and truly indulgent. The gelato, was velvet smooth, luxurious with natural flavours shining through. The sprinkled pistachio nuts gave it that extra texture.
The refresher snowfloat stood out even more, lemon and lime soda served on top of crushed iced with some raspberries and a scoop of lemon sorbet. Make sure you mix the raspberries with the drink to truly appreciate all the flavours. The lemon sorbet fizzed inside my mouth with the sharp tangy flavours. Exactly like it’s name it was refreshing and delightful.
I visited Snowflake on a very cold day in November. Our hearts and belles were warmed with delicious light fluffy waffles, fantastic Tea Palace tea, lovely gelato but the highlight - definitely the chocaffogato - HOT CHOCOLATE WITH A SCOOP OF GELATO in it. So delicious.
Good service and a good place to grab a sweet treat after a night in Soho. Highly recommended.

If Willy Wonka went into the gelato trade, there would probably be any number of Oompa Loompa's running a place like this.
A very clever blogging friend, Lady Loves Cake, has been invited to try out Snowflake Gelato and very generously invited me to join her for an afternoon of dessert treatery. There are two outlets; the first in Bayswater on Westbourne Grove and one on Wardour St in Soho which is where we are. The interior is all bright and shiny and white leather banquettes and bright stools line the back to provide some seating to while away our afternoon.
There's an extensive sundae, waffle and drinks menu and this combined with the largest gelato counter in London doesn't make it particularly easy to make any kind of decisions.
After a lot of umming and aahing I go simple - a scoop of Snowflake Guilt Free Pear and one of Hazelnut. The Guilt Free range has no added sugar and Baby Loves Cake decides it's entirely suitable for her and whips the spoon out of my mouth to have a taste for herself!!
The hazelnut is divine, not too overpoweringly sweet but nutty and delicious. But it's the pear one that takes my breath away - it basically tastes exactly like a cold perfect pear! Willy Wonka would be so impressed.
Snowflake Gelato have a molten chocolate tap (yes you read that right, MOLTEN CHOCOLATE TAP) and it is exactly as amazing as it sounds.
Lady Loves cake has opted for a Choc Affogato which is a gelato nestling in a pool of this hot chocolate. Chocoholic heaven. I may have snuck in quite a few sips when she wasn't watching.
The waffles were hot and the strawberry gelato made us feel terribly virtuous (at least one of my five a day surely?).
We balanced out our desserts with some teas and had an extremely enjoyable afternoon surrounded by sweet treats and watching the world go bye.
The hot chocolate alone is worth a significant detour from wherever you may reside. It's also open late into the evening so my advice to you is to take a pass on any desserts offered to you in other establishments and high-tail it here. Save a lot of space though - you'll regret it otherwise!

I was blown away by the quality of their hot chocolate and vanilla ice cream. It was like a dream come true for my taste buds.
The hot chocolate was rich, creamy, and indulgent, and the vanilla ice cream was the perfect complement to it. The combination of warm and cold, chocolatey and sweet, was just divine. I can't recommend it enough.
The shop itself is small, but cozy and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the desserts looked absolutely amazing. I can't wait to go back and try more of their offerings.
The only downside was the price, which was a bit steep for a small cup of hot chocolate and a scoop of ice cream. But in my opinion, it was worth every penny for the quality of the ingredients and the deliciousness of the final product
I did 3 visits to Snowflake Ice Cream shop on my 5 day stop in London. Why I give only 4 stars at places that I had great service and very good ice cream VERY GOOD two times. Because on the afternoon of 06.01, I had a very bad service and it was sad to experience that in a great place like this one is. Also it was the same girl that took my sons hot chocolate two days before throw it a way as we where looking at what it have. This time she said that I need to have a big box under 3 different flavours. It was recommended by the staff at the first visit and I had that the second time and tonight I just walked out. I tried to tell her this but I was not going to have an argument over ice cream.
We love this dessert place! We come here every month as we know it will be open till late and the desserts are always good! My favourite is the brownie! The gelato is always delicious too!

I've visited this dessert shop on a few occasions, usually choosing a waffle or pancake. On this visit I opted for a Lotus Biscoff Milk cake. My friend chose the apple crumble.
Initially the milk cake had a lovely sweet milky Biscoff flavour, but after a few more bites it started to feel sickly sweet so I didn't eat it all.
My friends crumble was served piping hot (with a stingy amount of custard - but the server was happy enough to provide an additional pot). The portion size was perfect with the right amount of fruit and crumble

But surprisingly, even under lots of pressure and stress , these guys are well organised and deliver customer service with full smile and vibe. Great team out there.

Coming with friends for dessert after dinner, I tried their White Chocolate 🍫 Pistachios, which is quite tasty ( slightly sweeter than my preference) However, it tastes good with the chopped white chocolate !!!
Recommendation: White Chocolate Pistachios
Good selection - however need bigger pots for large, I’m not saying give more ice cream, when you give three scoops, they start melting and going on top of the table , you need a bigger pot

Tried the sticky date pudding advertised and it’s delicious - generous amounts of dates, soft moist pudding, with just the right amount of sweetness. It is paired with a scoop of ice cream of your choice. Had the hazelnut ice cream and it’s creamy and smooth.
Excellent service, comfortable and clean environment. Highly recommended to try.
I ordered the avocado ice cream, it tasted like real avocado. I love this flavor and it looks soooo cute!!! If you come by snow flake must try this one. The avocado ice cream is 9.50£ . I’ll definitely try others flavor someday. The store was clean and relax. You can get some ice cream and chill with your friends . It has many seats . Enjoy 😊
