Absolutely awesome place to dine out and have the best platters and drinks at reasonable prices, optimal hygienic conditions and with a really friendly and professional staff not to mention the prompt and punctual service as well.
mazing experience! As a solo traveler from America I met amazing people from across the world and had an insane night. Can't wait to go back and do it again! Cheers!
Inside was extremely crowded and tables were near. Sometimes I couldnt hear my friend properly. Not a grate place for talking calmly:( Water is free💃 There are 3 different menu for brunch, lunch and dinner.
🍽Gross fed beef burger: it was delicious but beef was a little bit overcooked. Bread was extremely soft, I like it. Salad and chips were amazing. It was 14£
We visited this place for a weekend brunch and it was an amazing experience. The ricotta cheese pancake was one of the best I have ever had. The coffee was outstanding as well.
Amazing food. Polite staff and great service.
Had a 10 minute wait with two kids but we rocked up there without a reservation and the place was busy
When we got our table, had great service and awesome recommendations
Try the Korean Fry chicken, the Burger and the Chicken Schnitzel. Just the best. For my drink I had Watermelon Schrub... ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Guys
One of the best breakfast spots in London. Food was amazing and the staff were friendly and polite.
It was very crowded but we were seated within a matter of 10 minutes only.
Had a dinner at Granger co. with friends. Food was wonderful with nice ambience. We enjoyed our food a lot. However, it's just a service need to be improved as service is bit slow. They don't book table, you have to walkin
One should definitely visit.
Near underground station- Notting Hill
“Granger and co” Every Bill Granger restaurant reflects the spirit we like to think of as ‘Australian’: sunny, easy-going and generous. Bill opened his first restaurant in Sydney’s Darlinghurst in 1993. It soon became loved for its legendary breakfasts, served at the famous central communal table, where locals and travellers, families and friends, continue to be welcomed.
One of the best breakfast spots in London. Diverse me u with a good selection of food, aswell as tasty smoothies. The ricotta hotcakes and the tea smoked salmon are absolutely incredible! Would definitely recommend them both.
Expect to wait before being seated, as it is always busy!
Good service and excellent breakfast!
4/5 ⭐️ coconut toast
4/5 ⭐️ chili egg on brioche bun

Judging from the giant queue outside Granger & Co. on a Sunday morning, I guess that Bill Granger’s fame has spread to London. Located on a cute street in Notting Hill, the packed restaurant is the perfect place for Sunday breakfast and brunch. Surprisingly (and if my memory is correct), the menu is pretty much exactly the same as Bill’s in Sydney, although there is a restaurant here in London as well called Bill’s which is unrelated to Mr. Granger. We didn’t have to wait too long to get in (no bookings here!), but I do pity the poor people waiting outside the entire time we were having our meal. The queue didn’t seem to diminish at all, but to me, that’s a sign of good food inside.
Perfect spot for sunday brunch. Even though we had to wait in line for about an hour, it was totally worth it. Everything was amazing and delicious!
Finally got to try what everyone said as the fluffiest scrambled eggs in London... It looks really beautiful and smooth from pictures. There are a couple of sides you can opt for as add-ons, and we had fairly simple ones; Avocado Salsa (£2.80), Sliced Avocado (£2.80), Salmon (£4.80). I didn't like the rock hard sourdough, egg was alright but wasn't as fluffy as I picture it to be... A little rubbery kind of texture, but it's fine. I happen to love the avocado salsa more than anything else...
Perfect breakfast!!!
We visited Granger & Co. for brunch , the place was packed with a long queue, but it was well worth the wait!
We had poached eggs with avocado and bacon & then cheese pancakes to finish!
The food was delicious, everything we had was great; the place is very nice & cozy but the service wasn't that great!
Waitresses can be a bit friendlier :)
I visited this place for breakfast as they are famous with their ricotta cakes and photogenic scrambled eggs.. i think its so overrated nothing special about them ... these dishes can be found in any regular cafe that serve ...
We waited for about 30 minutes to get a tables on Tuesday .. we ordered 2 from the hotcakes and they only got us one ... also we called the waitress to ask him about the toilet and he got us the bill .. that shows that they have a hearing problem
The cafe was so small filled with tables squeezed together .. i didn't really enjoy my visit and i don't recommend others to
An amazing place with a cozy sitting area. The food is more than delicious with amazinf dishes. The service is impeccable. To be visited and revisited.
Granger & Co. serve one of the best brunches in London. I tried two dishes the fantastic Fresh Aussie (salmon, avocado, poached eggs and two slices of toast) and the ricotta hotcakes. The former clearly stole the show for me, while the latter served more as an expensive desert. Don't get me wrong, the hotcakes are fluffy and the amount is generous. Their texture is unmatched by any other pancakes I've ever had and the syrup adds a sweetness that fits perfectly with the banana slices.
Nonetheless, the Fresh Aussie takes things a step further: the joint-venture between avocado and cherry tomatoes (quasi-guacamole) contrasts in taste with that of the salmon. The poached eggs help you cleanse your palate, while giving you another protein to fill you up. To sum up, unbelievebly good. Not to miss. Only downside: a little bit too pricey, which is understandable due to the hype.

The line, during the weekends is absolutely worth it. No wonder they don't accept reservations on those two days of the way
We had brunch with some mimosas and everything was great even better with the so nice service!
Definitely, goind back
We went there on a Sunday morning and had to wait for about an hour (11.00 to 12.10) because they don’t take reservations. The queue got even bigger around 1pm. We missed the breakfast menu (after 12pm you have to choose from the lunch menu). Fortunately, most of the brunch items are still available on the lunch menu.
Regarding food, ricotta hotcakes were really delicious. They served with a banana and honeycomb butter. Despite looking thick, they tasted light. Scrambled eggs and coffee were good.
I would recommend Granger & Co for breakfast despite the big queues, but I have to say it’s overrated compared to other brunch options in London.
Very much talked up brunch spot in London- it'd been on my list for some time. As all the popularity dictated, we had to line up for half an hour before being seated forcing us to choose from the lunch menu. The favourite brunch items are still very much available though. I thought there could have been more variety among the brunch options. Apparently they have so much confidence in their ricotta hotcakes, they remain the only sweet option. Although every diner seemed very satisfied with this choice. I boldly chose the newly added cavatelli pasta with basil, roasted tomatoes and feta. It didn't disappoint. My companion also enjoyed her off the menu avocado on toast and chia bowl. The best coffee we've had in a long while! Would have jumped to a 5/5 if we'd have got a table sooner, been able to sit for brunch and if there'd been a more extensive menu list. But all in all a very pleasant dining experience that is meeting the hype
Who knew it was this difficult to find a good place open for breakfast in central London at 6am on a Sunday?
The insanity starts with the 2 sisters spending an all nighter catching up on "The Good Wife". 4am trip to primrose hill to see the sunrise and view the Balloon Regatta. (They look like waterspots in the pictures this dreary morning) Walk across to the zoo where only the zebras were outside.
Nothing open at 6am in the area for breakfast. Came back to Hyde park. Lots of dogs and birds, even saw the early morning swimmers at the Lido, but nothing open even in Kensington at 7am for breakfast.
Finally with an 8am opening time, a few more options popped up on the screen.
Grangers has been on my wish list for awhile. We reached at 8:15 and despite its 60+ covers, there was still a queue outside.
Since it was just 2 of us, we were seated very quickly as majority of the waiting clientele seemed to be large groups of 4 and more.
We had to wait a bit for our order to arrive, but we didn't mind. We avoided the highly recommended coffee so as to be able to sleep on arriving home. But the home made almond milk was great. (Don't tell anyone, but I added a bit of sugar to my milk)
The coconut bread was oh so good, almost like a dense tea cake. Toasted with a bit of salted butter & o was in heaven. Yummy bacon & chipolatas & jasmine tea smoked salmon. The mushrooms were brilliant. The harissa we ordered for flavouring, really want needed as every dish had lovely flavours of its own.
Packed up some more coconut bread to bring home for tea when we woke up. Definitely have to go back for the ricotta hot cakes & the coffee & try their lunch/dinner menus too.
Loved the place!
Extremely popular brunch spot right in the heart of Notting Hill. We went there on a Sunday morning and had to wait for about 20min, but the staff was super attentive. The queue got even bigger by the time we got a table.
Regarding the food experience, I must say the wait is totally worth it, as the food is amazing. I got to taste the ricotta hot cakes (Without a doubt the best ones in the world, make no mistake!) and the mind-blowing eggs! They certainly do not look like the traditional scrambled eggs, but for sure they are better!
I seriously recommend Granger & Co.!
Granger and Co is one of those restaurants which will guaranteed instantly throw you into a good mood. Awesome crowd. Great vibe. Excellent location. Whatever you order from the menu, you can be sure to expect a mind-blowing type food experience. Let us introduce to you, the best breakfast you’ve ever had. Period. You’re welcome.
(...) The menu ranges from sweets to savoury to traditional to healthy treats. If you’re not big on the breakfast scene, have something from Bill’s Classics and you’ll live happily ever after. Or, if you’re more like us hungry people, have that, and add something from one or more of the other sections as a side (yes, you should do that). Toasted rye, avocado, lime, coriander, poached egg. Ricotta hotcakes, banana, honeycomb butter. Scrambled eggs (creamy, soft, the best ones you’ve ever had), homemade sourdough toast and a side of smashed avocado topped with fresh lemon juice. Non-fatty bacon (at least it seems (and tastes) healthier than the regular kind). Bitter, not too foamy cappuccinos. Strong ass espressos, just the way you like it. Feel free to end (or start) with a refreshing acai bowl, topped with banana, berries and homemade vegan granola. Clearly, there’s something here for everyone, and we sort of envy Londoners for having such a place to start your days with. Chit chat with any of the uber friendly staff, catch up on emails, read the paper or meet with friends. For all the ambiance junkies out there, this place is cozy but in its own, casual way. Light, bright, minimalistic and vibrant. What else to say? This place really is something.
Forget the regular fish and chips Briton kind of scene—when we think of London, we now think scrambled eggs and ricotta pancakes. A new benchmark—this one is for the books, and officially considered the standard against which subsequent breakfasts will be measured.

Really really popular spot for brunch, as evidenced by the permanent queue snaking around the restaurant. We had time on a sunny Sunday and decided we would finally brave the line and try it. We only waited around 10/15 minutes and really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere.
Having lived in Sydney, I had to go to Granger &co when in London. The ricotta hotcakes are to die for. It is super cool and relaxed. Doesn't accept reservations so we had to wait for about an hour in the cold... But...Contrary to some other places in the city, it does live up to the hype bc it is that good!
Granger & Co. always tops lists of best brunches in London, so I was really excited to finally get down to Notting Hill last weekend to try it for myself. Unlike the other venues, the Notting Hill branch doesn’t take bookings – so be prepared to wait. We headed down for 11.15 am, hoping to make it in time for brunch, but unfortunately by the time we got in we’d missed the breakfast menu altogether.
Love love love Granger's! I am a sucker for the ricotta hotcakes! They really do live up to the hype, I think it's safe to say they're the nicest pancakes I've ever had. I've also had and loved the sweetcorn fritters, and have tried the chicken schnitzel, wouldn't really rate this dish. The decor is lovely and staff are friendly. Deffo check this place out, just make sure the weathers nice, as you'll be waiting outside on a weekend!
Great place for breakfast. The service was good. I ate the ricotta hotcakes, banana & honeycomb butter and sweetcorn fritters, roast tomato, spinach & bacon; they were both very delicious!
Scrambled egg, early grey tea, avakado are delicious. Fast and good service. But wait for a long time outside. A little bit expensive. Also its very popular.

You need to get there SUPER early if you want to avoid the queue, but even if you wait, it's worth. The food is fantastic although it takes a while to arrive.
It's wonderful for a casual meet up with friends. Your wallet will suffer, guaranteed, but your tummy will be happy.
Go. Now.
West London has got plenty to choose from when it comes to weekend options, most importantly brunches. Almost too many in fact that I never know which one to pick. That’s probably because I’m so damn fussy too. This time I was given a narrowed down location, Notting Hill and this meant only one thing – Granger and Co! Everytime I ask my buddy Google for the best brunches in London I see this Australian restaurant on the list. Having arrived at around 2PM on a Saturday I was expecting a crazy queue around the block which apparently isn’t uncommon. We were lucky though because the main crowd had gone by then and we were in within 15min – winning! If you go during actual brunch hours 11-12PM, you will have to wait at least 45min because they don’t take reservations.
It’s safe to say that Granger & Co‘s reputation precedes it the world over. The Auzzie all-day eatery can be found serving up delicious stacks of ricotta hotcakes (more on these later) and other breakfast delights from Tokyo and Seoul to Sydney and Honolulu, whilst its loyal following in London has led to two new outposts this past year, in Clerkenwell and Kings Cross respectively.
Not that this means that the queues outside the original Notting Hill spot have diminished in any way though, as mum and I found out when we headed over for a late breakfast on a Monday morning, cleverly thinking that we would beat the crowds. We ended up waiting outside for close to half an hour for a table (at 11am in the morning no less)… but boy oh boy, was it worth it!

Serial restaurateur Bill Granger must be doing something right; he’s got restaurants all over the world in Sydney, Seoul, Honolulu and Tokyo, and he’s just about to open another Granger & Co. in Kings Cross. We popped down for brunch at the Notting Hill outpost one Sunday and were greeted with a rather large queue; clearly a popular choice. It’s a charming spot with a really lovely energy about the place; relaxed and jolly.
The restaurant style and menu were almost exactly that of in Surry Hills. Having been gone for almost four weeks, it was comforting to have a little bit of home while being so far away.
What a lovely breakfast, everybody was really nice ! Fantastic meal, the oeufs pochés and the saumon were exquisit. Finally a true nice brunch !

Australia has probably the best breakfasts in the world. While I was there I was going out for breakfast almost every morning and loved the diversity in dishes and the quality of produce. Last weekend on a sunny morning the boy and I decided that it was time to find something similar in London so we headed over to Granger & Co, an Australian restaurant in Notting Hill, to try their famous breakfast. We both went for the "Fresh Aussie" option on the menu, along with freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee. A quite healthy option with fresh kale, beautiful tomatoes, cured salmon, avocado and poached eggs. Also really enjoyed the coffee which was of good quality.

It was with some reluctance that I let myself fall in love with Granger & Co. Its clientele are mainly privileged yummy mummies and fellow generation Ys of a pedigree distinctly higher than my own - but the food is so good that even my cynicism was crushed.
I went for lunch and had the chicken and pancetta meatballs, cicchetti and spinach swimming in a buttery, lemony broth, covered in parmesan and lemon zest. A perfect combination for a spring day - summery citrus flavours paired with comforting broth and hefty meatballs for weather that was beginning to warm up but wasn't quite at the humid height of summer. Meanwhile, my dining companion went for the prawn and chilli linguine, with rocket leaves sprinkled liberally over the top. Again, a perfect spring dish, with generously juicy prawns and a good level of heat from the chilli.
We shared three desserts. Firstly, a pot of chia seeds soaked in almond milk and coconut yoghurt, perfectly complemented by summer berries and pomegranate seeds. Secondly, the moistest cheesecake I've ever had, flavoured with mango. The top was like a gilded jewellery box, glazed with a golden mango jam and studded with ruby-like pomegranate seeds. Incredibly addictive! And thirdly, a giant pistachio pavlova, topped with a cloud of yoghurt cream, passion fruit seeds and crushed pistachios. The perfect way to round off a meal that smacked of spring and heralded the promise of summery days ahead.
Good food! Nice portion, tasty, great atmosphere, very cool and trendy Australian restaurant. Only downside is that we have to cue, they dont make reservations so you might wait for 30m/1hr depending on how many people you're with(easier if it's just two of you)
"It is all about the vibe". July - I have been to Bills in Darlinghurst and Sydney. My daughter went to Granger and Co a couple of times when it first opened and recommended the restaruant.
Saturday lunch - small queue outside but it moved quickly.
The food reflects what is in his cookery books.
Light refreshing simple food.
We enjoyed courgette chips with tahini yoghurt; crispy salt and pepper squid; quinoa falafel with hummus, courgette and flat bread. And coffee. Coffee that tastes like coffee. We are staying in Kensington and good coffee is lacking.
August - had early dinner. Not as busy but still busy. Enjoyed a turmeric chicken curry. And good coffee.
Pity Granger and Co are only on the East coast of Australa.
Great Aussie style breakfast cafe, Allpress coffee also travels well.
Bloody beaut breakfast!. As an ex-pat, I am always looking for a good Aussie breakfast - so I trekked across London to try out Granger & Co
Although I had to wait in line outside for about 15 minutes, I didn't mind and the proprieter himself (I think) came and I was seated at the bar in no time at all. The place was heaving and there were more people lining up outside as I went in.
A delicious (but small) cappucino was put in from of me as I awaited my scambled eggs with sour dough and a side of avocado (Sour dough and avocado side dishes being generally unheard of in a typical London cafe).
IT.WAS.MAGNIFICENT. A full half of a deliciously ripe avocado, creamy scrambled eggs (there must have been about 4 eggs in there) and two slabs of authentic toasted sour dough. Heavenly.
I had to have another delicious coffee to wash it all down.
There is a good, humming atmosphere, not too noisy - just a nice buzz. Service was fast and friendly.
Happy to pay the 18 quid - considered it money well spent. Will definitely return.
Just came back from Australia and the brunch we had was mostly in keeping with the good Aussie quality. Fantastic silky scrambled eggs and perfectly crispy bacon. Good decor and seemed kids friendly. Only complaint was that two staff couldn't tell the difference between a cappuccino and flat white (one even bluntly asked whether I knew the difference before consenting to returning it?!). The flat white, when it came, was also rather average.
Granger doesn’t take reservations and the lines around normal meal times are impossible. SO, we took this opportunity and rightfully so, guessed there wouldn’t be a line at 6pm on a Saturday. The vibe was definitely more family, and way less buzzy than the brunch weekend vibe we had previously experienced. What we ate: We wanted the shaved sprouts with hazelnuts app but they were out…. Linguine, prawn, chilli & rocket: The portion was on the small side, and it could have used more shrimp, and a bit more seasoning. Once we added a decent dose of chilli flakes it became more interesting but likely wouldn’t order again Salmon salad, coconut caramel dressing: Salad with mint, grapefruit segments and salmon. Light and tasty, refreshing and reminds me of Thai food. Or maybe makes me crave Thai food as we will be going there in 10 days
...food is simple but delicious. Nothing too challenging, but fresh and zingy and full of life. The creamed corn, which comes with the chicken schnitzel and fennel slaw (£14.70) is a knock-out. The usual cloying sweetness of corn is forced into submission by a perfect dose of not-too-hot chilli and the umami of the coriander in the slaw....
Situated on Westbourne Grove, this trendy brunch spot in Notting Hill is a must if you love casual dining and fabulously yummy food! Started by an Aussie, Bill Granger, he's brought the Aussie 'cafe culture' to London, and because of this, he is my hero. I've been missing the Australian cafe culture ever since I moved back to London from Perth (WA) three years ago, so when my friend took me here, I fell to my knees in thanks. Not literally - that would be weird.
I’ve got a Bill Granger book. Bill’s Basics. He’s smiling on the front of it. He doesn’t look English. He’s too happy. I liked the idea of his fabled Aussie breakfasts and the pictures are good. I haven’t quite got round to using it. And I am not covering the breakfast offering, which looks great and needs a whole blog of its own. I have tried to get in quite a few times, but every time I wanted to go, it was at what I would call “normal” eating times and with the no-bookings policy, there is always a long queue.
My ricotta hotcakes were served with banana and honeycomb butter and they were utterly indulgent.
It's a must, loved the food, the coffee the staff are so friendly
The "courgette fritters" is AMAZING also the ricotta hot cake or pancake unfortunately you can't have a reservation only walk in.
Great place to come for an enjoyable bite. The atmosphere is buzzing and the waitresses are accommodating and polite.
I chose to go for the chicken schnitzel with crumbed parmesan cheese and a fennel salad and creamed corn. The schnitzel was great and the parmesan crisper perfectly adding intense flavour. The fennel salad and creamed corn were delicious as the fennel washes you palate and the creamed corn proved a delicious sauce to go with the schnitzel.
The shrimp burger Teeya had looked gorgeous and the dressing that came with her salad made for a pleasant surprise!!
I was a bit disappointed with the presentation of my green juice as it looked like it had been poured slap dash all over the glass. All in all good food!
Went for dinner with a friend. They don't take reservations so we got there by 7 pm. By 8:30, the place was full and people were turned away.
We are both vegetarian. While the options were limited, they were delicious. Loved the ravioli, the aubergine dish and the chocolate dessert.
Service was fantastic!!
Overall, a good experience.
Make sure you get here early if you want to have breakfast here on the weekend...queues usually extend around the block! The Australian themed menu at Granger and Co. offers quirky, yet relatively healthy food. The Ricotta hotcakes are a must!
I live nearby and I have always been curious about this place because it is always full. I went a Satuday morning and I had to wait for at leat 30 min. But it is worth the wait.
We ordered the full aussie breakfast that comes in an abundant dish with perfect and creamy scrambled eggs, mushrooms that seemed to be cooked in a kind of worcestershire sauce, tiny sausages, delicious bacon and Italian style crusty bread.
All delicious.
We accompanied this with a beetroot juice (little small for the price) and finally a incredible plate of banana and honey pancakes filled with ricotta. Were spectacular!!
This place is such a delight. It has extensive options and all the dishes are well cooked and served. The food we ordered was delicious. On another upside, the portion sizes are so HUGE, we could only leave it to make space for desserts. Only downside, no advance reservations! Will be back!
I had one of the best Sunday brunches of my life, a couple of days back at this restaurant. We called for some scrambled eggs and a shredded chicken salad, both of which were brilliantly prepared and very nicely presented. The only negative thing about this place was that the prices are a little over the top, apart from that, it was an amazing experience.
I happened to visit this place the other day and it has impressed me greatly. The eggs and pancakes served here are second to none and taste absolutely delightful, enough to make you a repeat customer here. The staff is friendly and the decor very pleasing to the eyes. I highly recommend it.
Even after crashing this place without a prior booking we were accommodated withing a couple of minutes of our arriving. The food they offer is amazing and amazingly delicious. The staff and their service is incredibly amazing and very efficient. Very well groomed. coordinated and very cooperative. Brilliant variety to choose from. The decor is good. The ambiance is decent. Recommended.
I had a lovely time dining at this restaurant. The menu is quite extensive and has a lot of options to choose from. The service is good and quite prompt and consistent. The food is delicious, fresh and very well-prepared. The crispy duck in plum sauce is a must-have here. The only complain was that the dish was lacking a salad or side. I would definitely be going back.
I had a wonderful time dining at this place. The food here is extremely delicious. All the dishes we ordered were perfect and absolutely delectable. The banana fritters are a must-have here. The atmosphere is also very lively and not at all stuffy even though the place is usually packed with people. I would definitely recommend this place and go back to enjoy another meal.
I visited this place expecting a good Brunch and was not at all disappointed. The place was bustling with people when I visited and had a great vibe to it. I ordered the ricotta cheese pancakes and they were extremely delicious. The location of the restaurant is also great. I would definitely return for a great time.
I have visited this place a few times for brunch and it has never disappointed me till now. The setting is quite lovely and the atmosphere is always a pleasing one. The quality of food has always been very good though not the best compared to my other previous experiences.
I visited this place expecting a good breakfast and I was not at all disappointed. The scrambled eggs are one of the best I have ever had! All the dishes we ordered were extremely delicious. The place has a lively atmosphere with groups of friends and family having a great time. I would definitely recommend this place.
I came to this place to have lunch on a weekday, and there was a huge queue so early in the afternoon. There was a wait of over twenty minutes, but we were seated in one of the best tables of the place. The ambiance was very lively and catchy, and we really enjoyed the place. The menu was so nice and everything was extremely delicious looking. We had the scrambled eggs which were perfect, as were the hot cakes with bananas. It was such a delicious fare. I am definitely coming again.
A memorable breakfast experience at this place. The service was prompt, and quickly after we found a table, And made the order, our food arrived. And everything was so appetising, The Aussie breakfast was unreal, All wonderfully prepared, we loved it. The staff was all friendly, and moved around quickly, my coffee took a bit of a time to arrive, but otherwise, the experience was wonderful.
Granger & Co is definitely a place you must pay a visit to. This place happens to be located in an amazing are and is very happening. If you are looking for a relaxing kind of an environment then this place would definitely work for you. It is amazing in its own kind of way. The service is very efficient and the staff happens to be very cooperative and well coordinated. The food is delicious. The only advise would be, get your bookings done prior to your visit. Try!
I really love their breakfast options. I went for scrambled eggs and crisped bacon. Decor was soothing and simple. My only complaint was that our waiter did not know the difference of cappuccino and a flat white coffee. We ordered a flat white coffee and it was just average. Would still recommend!
This place serves fabulous breakfast. The baked beans are wrapped in delicious butter and are pleasurable to absolutely anyone. The service staff is well trained and seems super friendly while they also guide you through the detailed menu.
A must visit if you are looking out for some delicious breakfast!
Earlier today, we had a very delicious breakfast. We had ordered scrambled eggs, hot chocolate and a few other meals which turned out to be the most amazing meals we have tried. We were six adults and a kid and every single one of us were satisfied by the end. Amazing staff, amazing food. Way to go guys. Cheers.
This place does not take any reservations and the queue keeps on increasing with time. So we went to this place a little early on a Saturday evening and got a table soon. The atmosphere of the place is such that you can easily bring your family to this place. Food was appetizing and service prompt!
This place does some brilliant Aussie style brunches, and I absolutely love it, because it reminds me of home. it has a nice feel to it too, and the food tastes divine. Had a good variety of food too, tried a lot of dishes and everything was so yummy. Will go back soon.
This is a great location for any restaurant which wants its customers to relax. This place is always jam packed with people who clearly enjoy their time here and are regulars. This says quite a lot about the popularity of this place which is well justified by the delicious food offered here by a very friendly staff. Highly recommended for a great time!
Located in the heart of the country this place has alot to offer and is stunningly beautiful. The decor is absolutely fantastic and very fancy. The ambiance is very cheerful and energetic. They offer a brilliant service and as per the generosity in portions of food, I can say that it is excellent value for money. Recommended.
This is one of favourite places. I went there and had to wait but that was quite expected. The service was top notch and the sweet corn fritters that I had were an absolute delight. The coffee was also good and I had had a pretty good time there. I will definitely go there again.
I had a wonderful experience here and it has become one of my favorite places. The food here is delicious with hearty helpings, which leave you feeling satisfied. The service is great. The atmosphere of the place is lively and the place is usually bustling with a lot of people, along with being extremely relaxing. The place does not take bookings. I would definitely recommend this place.
I have visited this restaurant at another location before and was looking forward for visiting again when it opened here. The restaurant offers great quality food, with great service. The interiors of the place are excellent. The coffee here is quite good. The food is always well-presented here and is quite fulfilling. This place is worth the long queue outside.
The food here is excellent with it's freshness and wonderful flavour. My personal favourite is their coffee which is just awesome (there is a lot to be said for good coffee!). The ambience is refreshing as it is open and very comfortable. This place offers a wonderful breakfast and would recommend anyone who hasn't tried it yet to go for it.
I went to Granger &Co on a Saturday morning for brunch. The atmosphere is very nice, quite high-end, and screams "healthy", which is nice when you're looking for a nutritious and light breakfast. The service was good, and waiters very friendly. I went there with three other friends. Before going, I had contemplated the menu, and already knew what I wanted to try: I love eggs, and the fluffy consistency of the scrambled eggs here made them definitely my first choice. And I was very happy that I made it. They come with a side of sourdough toast, and you have options to add different things on the side (avocado, smoked salmon etc...) I really enjoyed it. My friends had salads, which they were very happy with. This place offers really interesting ingredient combinations, so it's nice if you want to change from the typical home-salads a bit. If you want something sweet to finish your meal, I really recommend the Ricotta hot cakes --delicious! Really good place for breakfast or lunch!
Fancy and nice place in Notting Hill area. I have been to this place with a friend, because we were both curious about the Australian Cuisine and wanted to try it out.
The atmosphere is quite elegant and dishes are well presented. We decided to have some grilled calamari, which were quite tender.. but the portion was quite small. To drink, I had a Bellini. Nice and fruity. Prices are okay. I would recommend this place for brunch.
We were driving in the area looking where to leave a car, and luckily my friend spotted a place to park right in front of Granger&Co. We went it without hesitation -- the restaurant looked elegant and inviting, and it being totally packed also seemed a good sign.
I am not exactly sure what is so Australian about this place (what is Australian cuisine anyway?), what I do know is that the chef made exactly the same thing that i would've made for myself should I find myself in the kitchen at that moment: my lunch of a very generous-sized avocado beetroot and quinoa salad was so good, that I've been having almost exactly the same thing at home 3 days in a row since I visited this place! The original salad comes with feta cheese, yet my order was kindly tailored for my Superfoodie dairy-free taste, and came with a gigantic avocado instead.
The super-heathy green goodness bowl was very filling, however my friend (who's eaten what looked like an excellent salmon salad) suggested we go for tea and dessert. I resisted but succumbed in the end and ordered a lovely-looking gluten-free polenta cake with berries on top. The cake was ok, thought nothing too special, and in any case I was too full on a salad already, so barely ate half of the polenta, hoovered in all the berries, and wrapped the rest to take away.
Be aware veggies don't come cheap: my salad cost about £12.5, and the salmon version was almost £15. But I am guessing it's that sort of place where one could spot the likes of Elle Macpherson or Robbie Williams sipping their cappuccino on a sunny Sunday morning?!..
Coffee is really good here. I like the relaxed atmosphere. In spite of the queue outside one does not feel under pressure. Waiters are really efficient and helpful. The sweetcorn fritter with spinach, bacon and a side of avo salsa ( suggested by the waiter) was delicious. I loved the crisp corn kernels.
Two words - ricotta hoecakes. Not to be missed but melt the butter first before pouring on the Maple syrup. Also best shared to spare yourself the calories. Great breakfasts. To avoid a queue go mid week or after 2:30pm... Or feign an Aussie accent on weekends with the Aussie manager. Tends to speed the process.
After working I never knew I would cherish my weekend so much… So after a long week of work, I just need to find some place to relax on a late Sunday
Granger and Co fills that spot.. I heard of this place for a long time.. Its one of Australia’s famous Bill Granger restaurant.. He has outlet in Tokyo, Sydney and London
My cousin who and friends who lives in Sydney say you must have their ricotta pancakes..
So let’s see how it goes…
First up the calamari with salt and pepper and spice mayo.. The calamari is sweet and tender.. But unfortunately the batter soaked up soo much oil that there was a pool underneath all the calamari…
The corn fritters was abit too dense for me but the corn are nice and sweet and the cumin roasted tomato on the side and bacon is nice… Just the flavour of the cake wasn’t right
Next their full Aussie Breakfast
This is delicious… Look at the scrambled eggs! How did they do it! Super soft, cloud-like and tender.. Just perfect texture.. Bacon is smoked adds that nice savoury kick to your breakfast and the avocado salsa is just right
Finally, their infamous ricotta pancakes
At first I didn’t thought it will be this big.. But wow it was big! However, the pancakes were rather soft and fluffy.. The ricotta adds that denseness to it which was nice and the condiments of honeycomb butter, ripe sweet banana and drizzle of maple syrup just makes it all heavenly..
I would say Granger and Co classics dishes are the one to go for such as the Scrambled eggs with sourdough, Ricotta pancakes and the Full Aussie really delivers for me but the fritters for short..
However it is really a place to come enjoy a nice lazy weekend with your friends or even your partner..
It’s a bit pricey but a hundred percent worth hyping up for the quality of food, ambience and the service. We went here for Sunday Brunch, and were greeted with smiles and a very patient, super friendly staff which were quick to suggest and help, prompt with service, and even slight modifications we wanted.
It’s a bit pricey, yes, but is it worth it ? A hundred percent as one of my mandatory London experiences.
Was helped and served by Ilyas and Sebastian who were absolutely lovely along with the rest of the staff.
You are going to leave smiling from here :)
Great Coffee, nice environment. The scrambled eggs are fantastic and the Aussie Salad breakfast is very good.
The staff are great - there is one guy on ground of house that is just brilliant and really make you feel welcome and at home.
Great place for a quick bite or a long brunch.
The food was impeccable as well as delicious. I had scrambled eggs but they made it look as well as taste amazing one thing you gotta know its that it’s always crowded so be mindful to wait a bit but the atmosphere inside is amazing the staff are extremely friendly and helpful with all that they have to do. The only bad thing that I realise is happening that the waiter’s are forgetting a lot of people’s drinks getting the food before which should be the contrary so if the restaurant could fix that it would be perfect. Thank you for this experience Granger and Co
Came for breakfast on a Saturday morning. The restaurant is very busy, but as it was just the 2 of us we were lucky to get seated at the bar right away. Really friendly and attentive service both by the guy managing the flow at the door, as well as the waitresses. Food was absolutely delicious, even if a bit pricey, was worth the treat.
This is my local, I’m
Literally here for breakfast lunch and dinner sometimes.
They are famous for their banana ricotta pancakes.
The chicken schnitzel is amazing too!!
The courgette chips!! The salmon!! And the chicken with lettuce cup starter!!
This place is super popular, you can’t however book. It’s literally a matter of going on a week day to avoid long seating waits! It’s definitely worth it though. Highly highly recommend
Breakfast was delicious. We ordered a variety of foods… scrambled eggs, avocado toast, ricotta pancakes and coffees. Food was served promptly and hot. Ingredients were fresh. Service was friendly and professional… Faton made our morning start off on the right foot! Look forward to another visit.
This place is excellent.
We decided that this was our place for brunch, one lazy Thursday morning.
No queue as this was in between brunch/lunch crossover.
The vibe inside is classy as you’d expect from this area.
The highlight for me was the porridge and tea.
The flat white was also delightful.
Our guy was very attentive and made key recommendations and was polite and respectful as well as courteous.
Definitely worth visiting and will go back.
5/5
Fun atmosphere and great food. Staff is super friendly. Perfect Notting Hill neighborhood restaurant. I had the shrimp and tuna fishcake which was quite good with pesto and aioli. Great variety from seasons to beef and burgers to chicken. Fun drink menu too. And they take food allergies seriously with a special allergy menu.
This place is super cute and I see why it is so popular. The staff was definitely unfriendly, but it could have just been a super busy day. However, the food was delightful. I got the whipped scrambled eggs on the sourdough toast and it melted in my mouth. My friends got iced coffees (not pictured) and the ricotta pancakes (not pictured). The iced coffee was great but the ricotta pancakes were the star of the show. They were so fluffy and delicate. Would definitely come back.
The breakfast is beyond 10.. I love to have my scrambled eggs with salmon and sour dough bread. Even I could add ginger to my orange juice! I came just before 9am on a Tuesday and it was half-full. Got filled 30 minutes later. My go-to breakfast favorite in London ❤️
Warning: wait is inevitable 😎 you cannot book so you have to get to the restaurant, and leave your details. We waited for about an hour but there are lots of little shops etc to look around in the neighbourhood so an hour passed by quite quickly. The atmosphere is buzzing and staff were all super friendly, trying real hard to serve, and even though it was very busy, the team did great job being attentive. The fried rice was on point together with kimchi - definitely recommend with poached eggs, the Bloody Mary was delicious and perfect way to start the day.
I highly recommended Granger and Co. Notting Hill. The cafe’s good for family, friends and colleagues for gathering. The atmosphere makes you relax and enjoy your food. The staff was friendly, helpful and kind.
Went for dinner; lovely, we both had seafood. Fish cooked to perfection, and my seafood cake was topped with a tasty mayo sauce.
BUT, their homemade pistachio ice cream was the BEST pistachio ice cream of my life! Buttery, nutty with chunks of pistachio sprinkled throughout.
It has become one of my "best dishes" of a lifetime!
Granger should sell this at the grocers.
