📝: Located in Nova, Timmy Green is a bright open cafe with lots of glass windows, allowing for natural light to enter. The cafe captures the Australian brunch scene, with a calming interior amidst the bustling London city.
❤️: Can never go wrong with a Granola Bowl with Greek yogurt and fresh berries. Also had the Beef Burger. Juicy beef patty, melted cheese, and fresh veggies in between grilled charcoal buns.

Very cozy place in Marble Arch area, perfect for breakfast or brunch, very friendly staff, we tried the salmon royal it was great! I loved the charcoal toast with eggs and avocado! Definitely recommended!
Had a pleasant experience at daisy green. Love the simple yet sophisticated underground decor. Fast service and excellent flavor.
Had the avocado on charcoal toast and the salmon royale - loved them.
Fun kitschy cafe where we had delicious food and coffee. Had the avocado on charcoal bread which was yum, coffee delicious but the ambience was my fav!
they have the best banana bread that you couldn't find anywhere!!! even though I'm not a person that likes banana but still would go for it again and again. also, love all the avocado dishes xx
One of the best cafes in London! Amazing food, great service and good vibes! If you want a taste of Melbourne with a London Town twist, then this is the place you cannot miss! 😀👌
Absolutely divine food. As an Australian I miss a proper delicious breakfast. The food here was just like being back home in Sydney with the coffee to match
I really don’t know how I’ve only just discovered this, but there’s a cosy cafe in Marylebone dishing up an Aussie-style brunch (almost) all day, every day…. Not quite hidden but such a gem, Daisy Green sits pretty on a corner of Seymour Street in the heart of Portman Village.
Brunch at Daisy Green? It’s among London’s tastiest I reckon or at least that’s how I recollect my yummy time dining there. A total treat (and a treat I’ve craved more than once to eat again since my visit a couple of weeks ago) was the Fancy Bacon Roll. What makes this bad mama jama such a fancy feast? Well, the roll’s a paratha roti that’s topped with a heap of back bacon and two free-range poached eggs with a crust of crispy onions smothered in The Ribman’s Holy Fuck Hollandaise and fresh chillies (£12, 14.50 with avocado – I recommend it with the avo).
For most of you who have been following our exploits after arriving in London (again) about a year ago, you will have realised that we gave up the ghost on trying to find a decent Aussie brunch way back when. People I trust gave Bill Granger’s place the thumbs up (but we don’t do pretend sleb chefs) but I think I just stumbled upon a nugget of gold in an area I would never have through to look – Marble Arch.
Here's a hidden gem away from the nightmare of Oxford Street. There is a good selection of teas and coffees. The flat white was excellent. Good array of cakes. Seating here is fantastic, the area downstairs is huge and uniquely decorated - feels like you're stepping into Alice's Wonderland. Service was fantastic and with free WiFi this spot is likely to become my new work-spot
One of the nicest hidden brunch venues in London. Also does great coffee and froyo. Secret garden is very cool!
Healthy, innovative food, juices, and smoothies. The staff are friendly and helpful, and everything we tried was delicious.
Psst… Hey! Have you ever wondered what it’d feel like to visit Alice’s Wonderland… while on acid (we’re not condoning acid)… while eating some banana bread and sipping a coffee (we are condoning eating some banana bread and sipping a coffee)? Well now you can find out… Kind of.
Last week I was invited to celebrate the opening of Daisy Green of Portman Village. The entire Daisy Green and Beany Green concept is thanks to Prue Freeman, who decided to give London a truly healthy option after being impressed with the popularity of Starbucks and Nero plus the lack of places offering healthy homemade food in the city
A hidden gem deli cafe tucked between Marble Arch and Oxford Street, suitable for quick bites.
" A street food buisness concept which is focus to change the perspective of a dirty Street food to a high quality upmarket healthy food " as stated by the Aussie founder Prue Freeman
Surely this live to its concept offering a simple menu that includes wraps, smoothies, croissants, porridge, eggs and their own made coffee blend of Brazilian and Rwandan beans.
A quirky modern art decor that in away feels like an Alice in Wonderland, white and colorful splashing throughout the place, It's feels like your a home away from home. Also, a friendly and attentive staff.
Ordered a banana bread and double mechaitto, what to expect? A thick warm toasted banana bread drizzled with honey topped with butter, moist crust from first bite with nutty banana flavour. It actually wasn't heavy when I was done but a balance bitterness of mechaitto was needed to break it's sweetness.
Final Verdict: Enjoyed the atmosphere and quality of what I had, will surely come back again.
Very friendly staff along with trendy and healthy food menu plus artisan coffee makes this Aussie cafe stand out from the rest. Perfect Location and lovely ambience add to the experience. Must try!
Great place where to enjoy coffee and bring your laptop or friends with you.
Ambiance is quite homey and casual... from the outside the place looks just like a very pretty house. The furniture and walls are quite original and detailed with colors, and drawings or accessories. COFFEE. Nice, warm, well-presented and light. Prices are okay.
Do not miss this London experience.
This is one of my favourite spots to meet friends for brunch. Tucked away behind Oxford street, at the marble arch end, I know it only because I was fortunate enough to live in the area. The coffee here is ok, but what you really go for is the eclectic 'Alice-in-wonderland-meets-an-acid-high' decor (downstairs), the healthy menu options, fresh juices and salads, and incredible array of fresh baked goods. Oh, and the fro-yo. Go hungry, because it'll be a case of your eyes being larger than your stomach!
My personal breakfast choice is the baked eggs, you just don't see them on menus often enough. But be prepared that they come a little under done. In the summer, you can sit outside with your frozen yoghurt and if it's raining you can hide away downstairs enjoying a cup of tea and some cake or one of the lunch salads.
Next time you're on Oxford street and want some peace and calm away from it all, stop by. You'll get service with a smile, a decent coffee, and an escape from all the chain shops!

Psst… Hey! Have you ever wondered what it’d feel like to visit Alice’s Wonderland… while on acid (we’re not condoning acid)... while eating some banana bread and sipping a coffee (we are condoning eating some banana bread and sipping a coffee)? Well now you can find out… Kind of.
When you first walk into Daisy Green all seems pretty normal, very airy and summery, but normal. You have your fruits, wraps and general tasty looking food on the left with the coffee machine straight ahead with the big ol’ menu up on the wall. Standard stuff for any coffee shop worth it’s salt. It’s only once you start peering over the descriptions of the food that you start to realise that this isn’t your average coffee shop. Here’s what went through my mind in the time it took me to read the description of one item:
Bacon & egg wrap? Pffft, you mean Blah & blah wrap ammarite?.. Oh it has cheese in it as well? That’s still pretty bor… and… spinach? Ummm, ok. I suppose that sounds interes-- with chilli pesto?! You wot bruv?! I got to try this...
It’s the big red (orange?) neon arrow to the right that leads the way to Wondacidbanaffeeland… It starts off with the fairly tame effort of black and white pinup models plastered all over the stairs… which lead down into a basement with fake grass, garden furniture, arm chairs, floral paintings, more black and white pinups on the walls, a giant game of Connect Four and a hanging cartoon bunny’s head... There’s even a little open air area towards the back with another set of tables and chairs in an arch/cave hybrid.
The whole basement area screams WTF in the most fun and oddly comforting way imaginable. It’s very rare to see such a new spin on the independent coffee shop scene nowadays, with almost everybody going for the dark wood, organic rabbit food and twirled moustaches approach.
Let’s move on to the food stuffs. The coffee (like Soho Bikes) is served in a handleless glass (Why does everybody hate cups now? Did the inventor of cups say something racist?) and although not as creamy as Soho Bikes, it’s just as flavourful.
The bacon, egg, cheese, magic & spinach wrap on the other hand actually confused the shit out of my tastebuds. You bite in and all you taste is the expected bacon, eggs and cheese with a slight hint of spinach… then the chilli pesto steps off the bus, drops it’s suitcase on your foot (I have no idea where I’m going with this) and slaps you on the back like that uncle everybody has who doesn’t know his own strength.
At first I wasn’t completely sure that I even liked it. I took a sip of my coffee and sized up the wrap once more. I took another bite and this time the pesto was much more up front about it’s intentions and blasted my taste buds with flavour… and it was so bloody tasty. It could be argued that some may find it too spicy first thing in the morning but like I said in a previous review, I’d be happy to eat curry for breakfast so that didn’t bother me at all.
All in all, I would highly recommend Daisy Green to literally anybody (well, not people with fears of grass, Connect Four or pesto) and will certainly be returning to try their frozen yogurt.
PS: If you’re a blogger this place is abso-f*cking-lutely perfect to sit down and write. Get down there and get your… write on? Is that right? I don’t even care.

Daisy Green is just like some of the cafes I used to frequent in Wellington. It is vibrant, has bright decor, a fantastic and varied menu, good tea and great coffee (made from their own roasted beans). The service was, quite frankly, even better than those places – they were just so friendly, like they’d just stepped out of Home and Away and you found yourself waiting for Alf Stuart to walk into the room (yep, I did just write that).
Daisy Green opened in May last year after a series of food trucks and becoming well known for its frozen yoghurt. The focus seems to be on fresh ingredients and good service, both of which are at the heart of Australian/New Zealand cuisine.
Here’s what we ate:
Berries, super creamy yoghurt and almonds
Totally lush toasted banana bread
Delicious granola, berries and yoghurt
I do believe there was also a green smoothie, good coffee and lovely tea floating around but I forgot to take more than a few pictures that day. Oops.
This is one that I will likely become a regular of. I’m slightly obsessed with Marylebone lately, it’s also near Hyde Park so you could probably takeaway some of their luscious banana bread for a picnic in it, and the service will bring me back to a place like that time and time again. One to take anyone to.
Daisy Green of Portman Village can be found at 20 Seymour Street, London W1H 7HX. Nearest tube is Marble Arch. We paid under a tenner each for a very satisfying brunch and endless refills of our tea cups.
[Oct-2023] Better than what I expected. Days Green dinner offers coffee pastry and breakfast, although it's limited. I got the smoked salmon royal, savor and tasty, recommend. The dinner has Three seating areas, one outside, another inside, and one on the lower floor. BTW they don't accept cash and the ordering from the menu starts around 7:30 AM
Very nice brunch location close to Hyde park. Reservations are a must if you don’t wanna wait in front of the restaurant.
They offer various breakfast options - you can choose between sweet or different options with bread. We had avocado bread with poached egg and the fancy bacon roll. Both was delicious!
Service was friendly and fast :) we enjoyed our time for breakfast a lot.
Be aware that most of the sitting possibilities are in the basement. You have to use the stairs to go down.
And it’s cashless ;)
Wonderful neighborhood cafe that I found by accident. Very warm and friendly hospitality and the food looked great - and the white chocolate cookie WAS great. Also the coffee was hot and delicious (which is not necessarily the case in every cafe) If you don’t want to go inside to order the second one you can do it via the QR code and this happens really good! Was a great experience!
I really spent a good time. Food was great and the service was outstanding. I recommend to install or place somewhere at the corner an Air purification to filter cooking smell. Overall, it's a great place and I will re-visit again.
Great little cafe, seating outside, inside and downstairs, lovely floral vibe with fresh flowers on the tables. Staff were courteous and helpful.
Our coffees tasted great as did the banana bread and white chocolate and macadamia cookie. - flavoursome and not too sweet.
A very cosy and pretty place with a wonderful and chill atmosphere. Very friendly staff and excellent service. The coffee and food were great! Thank you. I highly recommend.
Cozy little cafe tucked in a corner close to Hyde Park. Came just in time before the crowd is here, though it seems to have a decent number of seating, including on the basement.
Staff were very friendly and coffee was one of the best I had. Great way to start the day!
I did a bottomless brunch here with my friend. Breakfast was lovely and the service was amazing! Not stingy with the Prosecco which was awesome. Would definitely recommend but a bit pricey.
Small and cozy place.
The brunch was amazing.
We Got the Smashed avocado with scrambled egg and Smashed avocado with poached egg. And one rainbow cake. 2 coffee for 47£
The avocado was perfect
The service was fast and food did not take long even though it was so busy.
Sat on the bar on the ground floor. They have more tables but downstairs not wheelchair accessible.
My husband and I stopped in for breakfast on a weekday and were seated right away. You order and pay via QR code, so not much service is involved. The ambiance is fun and pretty. The food is fresh and tasty. I tried the yogurt granola bowl and a chai latte. My husband tried the salmon roll and the banana smoothie. All good!
Definitely my new fav brunch spot. The buttermilk pancake was very delicious and moist! Coppucino was great too! It will be easier and cut the waiting time if you make a reservation in advance :)
Cozy location with high quality, super delicious food. We had the fancy bacon roll and smoked salmon royale - so yummy! Also loved the green smoothie. Our waitress Giulia was so much fun to talk to, made great recommendations and made us feel at home there. Definitely will come back 😍
thanks Daisy Green for an extraordinary breakfast experience in London
Same as other Greens places, their brunch menu is pretty good. This place gives a very cosy vibe. We had their sweetcorn fritters which was really nice! Banana bread is always epic
It was amazing! So delicious food! Wide selection of food and for everyone. Smart way of ordering online, cosy atmosphere, friendly staff.
Had breakfast there, they have a wide choice available between sweet and salad. I had the “Healthy start” and a detox juice, I loved the food quality and taste. The place doesnt have a lot of tables at ground floor, so maybe there is a bit to wait but is definetely worth it. Recommended!
Really great spot for a date night. Great feel there and the staff were nice. Big enough you’ve got room, but small enough that it feels personal. I had a chicken parm that went down perfectly.
Australian coffee shop with a very interesting, quirky vibe. We were recommended to visit through family in Australia and we weren’t disappointed. Great to find a coffee shop that does proper coffee.
A very nice and cosy place. Besides a small front garden and a bar, it also features a lower floor with a lot of room for sitting. The location is awesome because it is 10 minutes walking from Madame Tussauds and 3 minutes walking from Marble Arch. The drinks are fresh and tasty and the meals are simply delicious and awesome. It is also a modern place, so you can order and pay through your phone.
