Food. Service. Atmosphere all absolutely fantastic. Highly recommended
Absolutely divine food with exceptional service and reasonable prices for central London, well worth a visit.
Elegant, modern and lively ambience, the food was fantastic and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. You eat your meal at your own pace, no rushing and the overall experience was great value. We’ve taken guests there several times – this place doesn’t disappoint.
Crab and sweetcorn bon-bons with brown crab mayonnaise was an unusual offering but we loved it. For mains I had the provencale lamb roulade with confit onion and herb stuffing. The dauphinoise potatoes and minted pea salad were lovely! Don’t forget the pistachio souffle to finish – wonderful!
Interesting menu, food very well executed. Well planned food presentation, and that leads to a more enjoyable meal
A nice little french restaurant with some of the most attentive staff I've seen, classy, a lovely experience. Prices are high but also the quality of food was really great, and the portions, while at times depending on what you ordered might seem small, in reality they fill you up pretty well so that's actually good. Everything was really tasty and would love to come again and try some different things. The pork belly was divine, and so were the pheasant sausages.
Great food and tasty I really enjoy food👍🏻Highly recommend!!
Good food, nice range of options on the menu, fair price. Pretty busy when we went on a Thursday lunchtime, giving it a nice atmosphere.
Fantastic food! The cheese soufflé is a particular favourite of mine. The interior is beautiful, the staff is friendly, and the range of vegetarian and vegan options is wide. The only downside is that this venue is not accessible for wheelchairs/people who have trouble climbing stairs.
Staff was very nice, they tried to bring our food as quicker as possible and our wine glasses were never empty 😅 I had seasonal dishes: pumpkin soup, which was very creamy, duck leg, which was nicely cooked, but mashed potatoes were a bit more gingery, than I expected, and, finally, the desserts! I had plain Christmas bread & butter pudding, it was simple, but good, but my colleagues had wonderful Chocolate & Citrus cup! It looks amazing 👍👍
Enjoyable lunch with friends. Excellent service and nice vibe. Food and wine good and cost not outrageous for the area. Would go again. Would rate four and a half overall if I could.
Great place with a nice vibe. The food was good too, although the escargot was cooked in a different way. The pear desert was my favourite. Service very good and very friendly. Will definitely try the private rooms they have at the lower ground floor, they looked great to organise a party.
Food and service were both of very high quality.
The cheese soufflé starter was crispy on the outside and smooth inside, full of cheese flavour. The chicken liver parfait was tasty too. We ordered extra bread to go with it. The confit duck leg had crispy skin and very tender meat, and was served with a warming bean and chorizo stew. The pistachio soufflé dessert was spectacular. So nice!
We were sat near the kitchen in the basement and could see that all the kitchen staff were very experienced. There was no talking and everyone seemed to know what they were doing. Our waiter was also highly attentive and professional. Dishes were served promptly and water topped up without having to ask.
My partner and I came here for Valentine’s Day and we’re not disappointed at all. We started with the baguette with dips - soft bread with perfectly matched dips to go with. After that our three courses came, which we were very satisfied with after finishing. My chicken liver spread with bread was delicious and the chutney that came with it complimented it so well. My salmon was also cooked perfectly and came with a nice sauce. The pistachio soufflé was also delicious. Would definitely come again!
The appetiser and main was amazing!! Dessert could better though!
Great set menu and very tasty desserts! 2 times in a row for my parent’s anniversary! My favourite is the duck and pistachio dessert
My girlfriend and I went here for our last night in London before returning across the pond. We had scallops and a burrata for our starters, and shared a steak for 2 for the main. For dessert I had a pistachio soufflé with chocolate ice cream. After a bottle of wine and a lovely meal, which was provided with excellent and friendly service, we returned to our hotel, sad that we will have to wait until our next trip to London to return for another meal.
