Amazing location overlooking the Thames River and an iconic view of the Tower Bridge. Great set of staff, very comfortable seating, great food, very beautifully decorated. Overall a great experience . Can’t ask for more.
Very nice location next to tower bridge riverside, ambience is great, service was quick food was tasty. Nice place to get togther for friends family and couples.
Really liked it here. The beef steak was particularly good. It was a great experience primarily because of the inherent location. Worth a visit next time you are around.
Grilled chicken in mushroom sauce and crab pie were delicious and worth the money. Good quantity and a nice location to have dinner right by the river bank.
Fantastic service and great food Many thanks to all the staff they were very nice and friendly it was a great experience well done everyone concerned
One word - wow! I had one of most memorable meals which I would just go back and have again! We had ordered the sirloin to share between two people and it was one of the best steaks I have ever eaten! I could not the fault the presentation nor the taste! The staff were also friendly.
Went here for a lovely meal after a long day at the Tower of London. The restaurant has such a great atmosphere and the food was simply amazing!! I went for the roast duck breast and could have had a second serving it was delicious! The fish parmentier is definitely worth it if you enjoy fish. Waiter was absolutely loving advising us on the portions and which wine was best to accompany the meal. Will hopefully return one day, menu is simple but food is great :)
We were a group of ten people who booked a table at this lovely restaurant for a friends birthday. The restaurant was conveniently located near London Bridge station and right by the river! The view was spectacular. We had to wait a bit for some of our friends to arrive and so we ordered a bottle of wine to start with.
The waiter was really friendly, and quite funny. The wairer told us he was happy to help if we didnt know what to order from the menu. He seemed to know the menu in and out and also suggested what to order incase we were really hungry and had a bigger appetite.
We ordered the Beef Bourguignon, the Steak Frites, the half grilled chicken which came with fries, risotto vert and a few other dishes. They had plenty of options for the vegetarians which was good. The food was served in less than 15 minutes, and was quite delicious. The Beef Bourguignon was the dish I wanted to try as I learnt that this was a traditional french dish. It was tender pieces of beef with mashed potatoes and was so so so delicious. My friends seemed quite happy with their meals. Since it was my friend’s birthday the waiter gave her a free glass of champagne or some sparkling beverage. They even brought in the cake singing happy birthday which was quite nice of them. I was really pleased that my friend decided to choose this restaurant to dine at for her birthday as it was really worth every penny we spent.
Brilliant food, friendly waiters and a great location. Will definitely be visiting this restaurant again!
Côte is right on the river, so we sat near the door for a waterfront view. Every table was adorned with a pot of Bonne Maman preserve
Côte certainly delivers what it promises: very tasty traditional French fair at very reasonably prices, we paid about £15 a head.
Went for a Lunchtime meal with a colleague, it was a nice experience all round. Service, food and atmosphere were all decent, nothing amazing but would go back and try a few more options.
Providing a taste of France all over London, this is perhaps the best location of Cote Brasserie, with the river providing an added sprinkling of romance to the ambiance.
The service is terrific and very accommodating, adding a touch of class to the experience and making you feel extremely welcome. As you expect the menu is distinctly French with a variety of meat and fish dishes for reasonable prices.
With the river alongside adding to the general charm the restaurant exudes, this is a great spot for a date or special occasion.
I had a lovely dinner here with my friend. The place is busy and service is attentive.
The food was tasty and the presentation was great.
I've tried the mussels in white wine and pan roasted salmon which was very tasty. My friend had the roast seabass fillet with chives and tomato concasse sauce. We both enjoyed the food.
I would recommend this place for good food at a reasonable price.
We have been here several times and love the French menu. My friends and I like the Moules Marinieres and I always have Fish Parmentier- very delicious.
You can have bread and olives, fougasse, pate, and a huge range of mains too. The chocolate mousse is delicious and when I last went, because there were 5 of us we were given free shots of an amazing apple flavoured liqueur.
Staff were very friendly as usual and service was speedy. You can take advantage of their outside sitting during the summer. Great value and there was a great atmosphere. Although our waitress had only worked there for a week she was attentive and nothing was too much trouble. All specific requests were remembered which makes life so much easier. All in all a great experience
London Bridge on a Friday night is a busy place indeed and its is particularly tough to find a decent restaurant where you can walk in and sit down straight away. With an extremely hungry companion in tow and despite my scepticism for chains we pitched up at Cote Brasserie by the Thames and were seated within minutes. So far so suspicious.
I am happy to report however that the food stands up to scrutiny and is surprisingly good. There's a Cafe Rouge round the corner and the less than stellar Horniman pub and restaurant but a stones throw away but this place is a cut above, and my companions assure me that it has always been thus.
Skipping starters I go for the pan fried pork belly with potato, creme fraiche and chive purée (mash potato to you and me) and caramelised apples with a calvados jus. The pork belly is perfectly cooked, the crackling crispy and salty and the meat falls apart to the touch. The mash is wonderfully creamy and the whole works together in complete harmony. My companion chooses roasted duck with potato gratin and griottine cherry sauce and although it has to be returned for an extra few minutes as it is slightly too pink this is another triumph. The succulent duck is a particular highlight and has an almost liver quality to it and a remarkable depth of taste.
For dessert the creme brûlée is a delight with the caramelised top making way with a firm spoon to the vanilla creme patisserie below. Delicious. My other companion chooses the tarte aux pommes with vanilla ice cream and enjoyed it so much they were unwilling to share it!
I don't often find surprises in London Bridge but this French chain restaurant provided a pleasant one at that and is certainly worth a visit.
A few weekends ago my boyfriend and I had a nice meal in Cote Brasserie in Hays Galleria. It was a pleasant day and we fancied sitting outside and having eaten in a Cote restaurant before we chose to eat there. Lovely setting, and although there were quite a few people eating outside it didn't feel too busy. It felt stylish and chilled, could have sat there in the sun looking at the river all day!
The staff were all professional, attentive and friendly accommodating all of our needs. The food arrived quickly and we couldn't wait to get stuck in. Michael had a steak and I had a half chicken, both with garlic sauce (we adore garlic) and fries. The meals were enjoyable, not amazing but of a nice quality and standard. The steak turned out a little chewy so quite a large lump was left over unfortunately. We also had desserts which were lovely.
Good value for money, nice staff, pleasant location. Not overly amazing but a place I would return to.
Located only a two minute walk from London Bridge station, this restaurant is one of my personal favourites. Its exquisite location, along the river, makes the atmosphere all the more romantic. The food is great and prices are very reasonable. The calamari squid is extremely delicious and worth a try. Service is prompt and the staff are polite and efficient. It features both outdoor and indoor seating, making it an attractive place for one to go on a date. The ambiance oozes romance, where one can enjoy a candlelit dinner.
Cote is your experience of France in different pockets of the UK. It's like a reward every time you go there for a meal. And that comes from the moment you step into the restaurant. You're taken to your seat, made sure it's comfortable... basically given the semi-royal treatment.
The food was absolutely marvelous since we were enjoying the best of the regular menu as well the Sunday Roast. And with a view that can only come with an outdoors seating at the Hay's Galleria, our lunch at Cote was the onset of many to come.
Really enjoyed the steak for two. Decent wine pairing and a great dessert menu.
Would definitely recommend the food.
A nice but chilly view of the river and city.
Would go again in summer for the outdoor seating in warmer weather.
Great food and a wide selection to choose from, the calamari were melting in your mouth and the beef bourguignon was excellent. We were served by Charlie who was very welcoming and attentive. Nice view of Tower Bridge. I recommend!
Though they have many outlets.. My first visit here. Food did not disappoint. We enjoyed our meal and portion was decent. Service was decent. Cozy indoor on a cold evening was a good option to come here. Not too crowded and able to enjoy our privacy somehow. Would definitely check out other dishes next time.
Gorgeous views, outdoor patio was perfect on a beautiful sunny summer day. Food exceeded expectations, for being in a tourist area. Perfectly prepared salmon and lamb
My food and wine were excellent. The stad is very friendly and a fast service. Nice view in the HMS Belfast and good atmosphere. Recommanded.
Really wonderful. The staff are very accomodating and attentive. Orders are delivered very quickly. Quality of the food is excellent, lovely coffee. Nice space, very spacious and well thought out. Enjoyed it and will return ASAP while in London.
Good service and food. Have a 2 course menu for just £16.95 which is well worth it. View of Thames fantastic
The team are always lovely, kind and welcoming. I met a member of the team who used to work in the St Paul’s restaurant who immediately remembered me. The team member who served me was super attentive and is a huge asset to the restaurant. I look forward to visiting again.
What's not to like about this restaurant.
From the minute we walked in we were warmly welcomed. My request for a quiet area due to being deaf was met. Each member of staff that waited at our table was relaxed, happy and knowledgeable.
The food chosen by our group of 4 was delicious. I opted for Prix Fixe which is such good value.
We will definitely be back. ☺️
Lovely place to eat facing the beautiful Tower Bridge 😍.
Great and very fast service,
Food came so quickly.
Food tastes ok, we had crab toast and beef burger.
