Our first time here, took a while to get served. However when we did Matthias was very attentive, professional and polite. Food was delicious? Cocktails were punchy. Please compliment our waiter on his excellent customer service.
Never fails to impress. Great food and service, thoroughly enjoy eating here every time. Had the sharing player for two which was great. The lobster roll was probably my favourite though you can't go wrong with whatever you order
First timer, got the combo with medium burger and a lobster roll .. the burger was simple, beef and tomato, pickles, cheese, and lettuce. The lobster roll comes in a brioche bread with butter on the side .. the best of both worlds

The restaurant is big and clean. Ambiance is great. We ordered whole lobster and classic 8oz burger. The lobster was delicious but the burger was somewhat dry so it was disappointing. Chips are super crispy (yummy)!
I came just after opening on a Thursday. It wasn’t too busy and the service was excellent. I was greeted by the manager who is very clearly passionate about their job and was very lovely and happy. The same can also be said about the servers who were happy to chat. Naturally, the food was excellent and arrived within about 10 minutes of me sitting down. I ordered the Lobster Roll and it was absolutely delicious. It was lovely to see how passionate the manager was about the menu and definitely hyped the Lobster roll up to me! I came alone and finished my visit in about 40 minutes so an ideal time to come for a quick bite to eat.
Delicious food, fresh Lobster Roll, kids menu is valuable, cost only between 8-10 pounds.
We were celebrating a birthday there and the staff has been very helpful. The lobster was great, we had the grilled one which was very tasty.

Davide was absolutely patient and very attentive to our request. The team was very brilliant, from receiving us in a very pleasant manner to even making those witty and lovely comments about details most people won't notice. The food was impeccable - the best burger I have had in ages! and the drinks were just perfect! Would surely visit again; was worth the trip !
Mathias our waiter was so nice. The food was great. They kept checking on us all the time. All are friendly. A bit pricey but loved it!! Came here with my family and had the combo for 2.
Favourite B&L in london to come to, never too busy, we were once seated 45 minutes before midnight on NYE - Staff are great - we were assisted by Matthias today he had a great knowledge of the menu and recent changes to it and reassured us it would just as good as always. Lobster linguine was really good even I like the previous version of it better.

Matthias greeted us with a warm welcome as we came and sat at our table. He gave us plenty of time and was patient with us when we were selecting the dishes from the menu. He regularly checked up on us to make sure we were happy with our food and if we needed anything extra. He wasn’t too pushy. Probably one of the best waiters in come across. I will definitely be back as long as Matthias is working here.
Mathias was so attentive to our table. He had exceptional customer service and made my partner feel special on his birthday. Oh yes and the food was also exceptional. Well done Burger and Lobster. We will be back

Delicious meal. We loved the calamari then burger and lobster kids meal, and lobster salad.
Matthias our server was excellent and made it a special day for our son’s birthday. Only downside is that at the age of seven he now has a taste for lobster!
