Romulo Cafe And Restaurant - London - Photo album

We are in London visiting friends and were treated to this wonderful restaurant. I was very pleasingly surprised to be at this restaurant. The ambience was exceptional and me very proud to be a Filipino. Thank you to the late Carlos P Romulo. The food was very well prepared, the presentation was imp
Amazing food! We went for my dad’s birthday and the service was really friendly and they sang happy birthday to him. It was great to see elevated Filipino food that still tastes like home. The sea bass and soft shell crab was my favourite. Great balance of flavours and the fish was perfectly cooked.
Came for the Friday tapas feast. I prefer the regular al a carte menu, but I would recommend this to people who are unfamiliar with filipino cuisine. There's a huge selection of tapas, which includes traditional fili dishes and some new modern takes by Romulo. I highly recommend their chicken sisig
I went here with my friends for a pre birthday celebration. My friends had never had Filipino food before and now they avid fans! Beautiful restaurant and lovely staff, the food was 5 Star 🌟 The first thing we had was the calamansi juice and the warm soft pandasal, we then ordered all of the starte
Amazing dishes. The Filipinos I went with said it was really authentic and elevated even further. The oxtail and tripe were a winner for me.
First time visiting a Filipino restaurant after wanting to go for ages! We were able to easily book a table via Google and the lovely owner even reached out directly to me too to let me know that Friday's have changed to tapas and bottomless drinks style to allow customers to try everything. We had
Lovely food. Incredibly strong flavors. I’ve had a lot of Filipino food, but this was a heightened experience. Enjoyed learning the history of Carlos Rumolo and his family. Definitely check it out! And the ube Cappuccino was delicious!
Amazing food 🤤 They give you warm fluffy pandesal and butter to start, which was a very welcome surprise. We ordered the beef kare kare, crispy pata, chicken adobo, and garlic rice to share between 3 people. It was very filling and left no room for desserts! (And we are big eaters) The chicken ado
The food here is terrific. There are flavors in the food you don't get anywhere else. It's truly authentic. I got a mock cocktail that was the most amazing drink ever and looked so beautiful. The servers were patient and helpful. Can't wait to come back.
My first Filipino food journey with romulo cafe london definitely exceeded my expectations! We went on Friday for All You Can Eat Friday Feast. The buffet only cost £38.5 per person. I love most of the dishes on the menu. Will definitely come back again!
They offer the common traditional Filipino dishes. I was hoping for a wider selection of main dishes though. Unfortunately, probably due to weather, it was very warm inside the restaurant. Overall, it is a nice place to try Filipino dishes if it is your first time.
Food was amazing just a tad bit too hot in the restaurant but we went on a super hot day... the ube martini's the best cocktail I've ever had in my life
We’ve eaten here many times before so it’s about time for a review. On this occasion we tried the Friday tasting menu which was incredible in flavor and in value. All 15 dishes were delicious and some we went back to multiple times. Best pandesal in London. The table loved the sizzling chicken and a
A lovely quaint little Filipino restaurant situated less than 10 minutes away from Olympia Station. The interior was beautiful and filled with plenty of Filipino-inspired paintings and the table decor was gorgeous. Staff were very attentive and always came around to ask if there was anything we need
Fancy and chic location, the service was impeccable. We loved and would absolutely recommed the The General's Spring Adobo Chicken - the meat was so tender and the sauce was delicious with some garlic rice! All the other dishes were overall good, but it was either a little too much sauce (beef, ox t
