This review is for a delivery order, placed on a Tuesday evening in late October. The delivery was quick and the food arrived in good shape. The chicken sandwich was great. Fresh ingredients, big slab of chicken, nice amount of spiciness. The hot wings were decent, fairly vinegary, fair a bit of batter. The ‘naked’ wings really are quite plain so you need a sauce with them. We also had some coleslaw, which was good, with a pleasant ginger bite to it. Prices are decent overall. I’d say, overall, this place excels at its chicken sandwiches but the wings are nothing to get excited about. Good spot for an easy meal.
Great food served by friendly and helpful staff. The atmosphere would also have been good if not for the gaggle of delivery riders hanging around and constantly getting in the way - made it feel like I was eating in a takeaway which is not what I wanted.
Just randomly popped in here for a snack, got 2 burgers, chips and the kung pho disco wings!
Maaaan I have to say I well impressed with the food!
The burgers were seriously good and the wings were banging!
The service was equally as good as they explained the menu and were very helpful.
I’ve dined here numerous times over the years. Great spot in Dalston for Korean infused food.
Super fresh, scrumptious, amazing flavours that kind of makes it feel healthy coz the chicken is so not oily and the sides are so crispy and fresh 💕 We had tenders, the k burger, and the water melon salad and green slaw and definitely loved it all!
Rating for the Meal Kit...out of this world!! Well it's like you're back in their lovely restaurants....if you're handy with deep frying there is no reason to mess it up -- very clear instructions and be quick when placing your order as they sell out in minutes! We had the K Pop and The General plus 8 wings and 4filets and 3 sides - in a way home eating is better as we ate over 2 days! No way we could finish in house and enjoy the variety we had .... can't wait to order again
Chicken was very crispy and tasty, service was quick, price is on the high side.
Only negative was the music which was not kid friendly.
As a fried chicken fanatic.... I absolutely love this place but if you had one chance to go here- go on a Sunday where they serve a WHOLE deep fried chicken with 2 sides for £30 pounds and it is absolutely delicious. The burgers here look fantastic too. Good vibes, good food but make sure to book.
Great upbeat soundtrack set at a good volume level. Music ✅ mexinese cocktail was more-ish. ✅ fried chicken with various sauces and inspires slaws. Food ✅. Nice folks ✅
Had a really nice meal for a friends birthday. Food was good, portion sizes were fair and the staff were on it too considering there were 12 of us!
Food was absolutely amazing we had buffalo wings, Kung pao wings a burger and a few sides it’s safe to say we will definitely be back again. Great service too super efficient and waiter even recommended some of his personal favourites which were a great choice.

If your looking for a lively little venue to take your mates, or a cool place to take that date of yours. The plan for your meal being to get some tidy lil cocktails and have some great food, then look no further than Chick'n'Sours.
Situated on Kingsland Road, it's a small venue packed not just with people but a real charm. It's always popular so book a table to avoid disappointment.
The venue has a familiar Shoreditch/hackney feel, yet these guys have made it feel real and welcoming, rather than just another hipster haven.
The cocktails are served up in dinky old school beer glasses (those from the 60's will recognise them). And speaking of 60's, the plates have that pinched from your nans house mis-matched feel about them. Trust me It adds to the quirky fun vibe.
Now the real reason your here...the food.
Now you'd think no surprises here it's just fried chicken, but you'd be wrong, Carl & David (the lads behind this cracking venture) have thrown in a few curve balls, my fave being the Szechuan aubergine (look at my pics, it's the bowl).
I went for disco wings in hot, these are as messy as they are tasty but well worth the battle with the supplied wet wipes, unbelievable flavours.
The sandwiches (chicken burgers) are the tastiest going and as unique as their awesome names suggest. My image is the Seoul Destroyer.
What you see foodwise are my faves, this place being a favourite of mine I tend to stick with what I love, but as mentioned earlier there's a curve ball.
The menu is revamped and includes new dishes two of which I had but was unable to get a worthy pic of before they were man handled by the girlfriend.
The cucumber (yes really), and the chicken toast (think prawn toast but this is way more tasty).
And finally the service, unlike a lot of restaurants, the team here really give the impression they actually want to be here and are not just happy to see you. They make you feel welcome and just magnify the atmosphere greatly.
Book a table and thank me later.

Came in to get out the rain left with a full stomach. The chicken was so good. Seasoned really well and fresh. The beef dipping sauce fries were also really tasty. Staff were willing to help, super friendly and clean toilets. Will come back soon :)

Tastiest fried chicken you’ll ever have in the area! 🍗 Tenders are juicy and the batter is so light and crispy. Absolutely delicious. Staff is also going above and beyond to give you the best service possible. I’ll definitely come back.
