Peter Morrell and his wife enjoy the food and atmosphere while dining with a friend in this charming Italian restaurant. They say that the road to hell is paved with good intention. As so it has been with a good friend who we keep promising to meet for dinner but never make time. However recently we named a date and as she lives in North London and we are South of the river Camden Town was nominated as a mutually convenient location to meet.
I came from Taiwan and this was my first meal in town. My wife, kid and myself had a wonderful dinner here. Food was nice, service was super friendly. High recommend.

Only downside is the portions could be slightly larger
Oh my god! This place is incredible. I am so happy that we discovered it 😍😍 the service was incredible! The food was amazing. The portions were insane. We had great starters and the food was just perfect. They were happy to customise/slightly change meals for us too and we had their homemade sangria which was incredible.

One of my absolute favourite places to eat, amazing pizza. The pizza chef is consistently perfect. You get a feel of eating real Italian pizza in this restaurant.
Situated on Pratt street which is opposite the Blues Kitchen if you are standing on Camden main road. I think the nearest underground is Mornington Crescent, but it’s not far from Camden station either, It stands out because of its classy vibe which is very different to everything around it. These guys have been going for over nine years now and has weathered the COVID storm. The owner Marcello is such a great guy who will make you feel at home the moment you book or walk in.
Admittedly I have not tried anything else on the menu as yet but I will do and will add that to the review but this write up is based on my numerous previous visits and the consistent good service and food.
They have a well stocked bar and Peroni beer on tap. The interior of this place is really nice but if you are brave enough to sit outside in the winter and you can just watch the world drive by.
One good thing about this restaurant is if it’s your birthday you can get a free meal if with a party of two and above, drinks not included of course.

Went there with my husband for lunch to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Food was delicious and portion sizes were just right. It was a bit quiet but to be expected for a Saturday.
Our go-to Italian restaurant! Leticia consistently provides a good dining experience. She goes the extra mile, remembering our orders with precision and always welcoming us with a big smile and genuine kindness. The food is not only superb but also comes in huge portions that offer good value for money. We've been coming back regularly since we discovered it. Highly recommended.
A small Italian restaurant, just off Camden High Street. Excellent transport links, bus stops nearby. Seating outside, if preferred. There are menu 'specials' each day. Great menu, with variety of pasta dishes & pizza. Good place to take young children. The service is excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable, the food is excellent and very authentic. Overall if your looking for home cooked Italian food for the whole family then I'd definitely recommend this restaurant.

This photo probably doesn’t do this restaurant any justice but I had to leave a review after coming here. I went on a Saturday evening after opting not to go for your typical Camden food market stalls and it was rather quiet at around 9 in the evening. The pasta is all freshly made and tasted delicious, staff were courteous and the vibe was super relaxing. It’s a small restaurant, really felt like you were in Italy and was super cosy. Noise levels were good so I had a good time catching up with friends without having to scream at each other. The portion size was also generous for the price and I left very satisfied. Will come back again for sure.

If you want really good homemade Italian food, at an affordable price, this is your place. Staff is also super nice, and they have discounts on cocktails, which are pretty decent. Don't forget to ask for the specials!
Looking for somewhere to get something to eat before the cinema with a friend and a colleague, this was a pretty good place. Guy serving us was friendly and our food came fairly quickly - was hot and fresh, pizza I had was really good and even Ida liked it. Would definitely come here again.
I visited ll Sugo Monday evening for the first time after coming cross it in Camden while on my birthday and I'm glad I did . The food was beautiful nice and fresh . Still really hot when it came to the table and the water and chef couldn't do enough for my on my birthday . The made my up a little birthday cake followed by a few birthday shots . Couldn't recommend this place enough . Really friendly professional staff and lovely food .
5 star from me will definitely be returning when I'm in the area.
The tapas and mains here deserve five stars, the calamari fritti and calamari alla diavola are to die for, the portions are ridiculous, you will leave stuffed! The staff and atmosphere are super welcoming.
What let's it down is the dessert, they look great but don't taste great-that said you won't need dessert.
Don't expect an Italian restaurant, it's more of a mix between Italian, Spanish and Portuguese which is not necessarily a bad thing.
Can't recommend the calamari highly enough and the risotto con pollo, as well as the sea bass!

The food is so good. Must try the weekend special. Everything is nice from starter to dessert.
We had an excellent early dinner. I had the linguine al salmone, pizza and pollo milanese. the portions are generous and the food was delicious!!! they did not skip on the portions of meats. drinks were delicious and the service was great. everything came out so quickly. and not to mention the prices were so affordable!! Will definitely be coming back when we visit London again!
