In a nutshell, a very sophisticated place buzzing with a lot of people!! The food looked yummy, we tried the desserts and it was amazingly yummy !! Perfect place for a date , to catch up with friends or have a peaceful meal with family !

On a cold London evening we craved for some Italian desserts, while walking down the road we came across this Italian place and were enchanted with the sophistication and poise of this place. We entered the place and asked if it was alright that we just pop in for desserts ! The guys obliged and we ordered for some tiramisu and Torta de mele (a warm apple tart with vanilla ice cream)

The tiramisu was homemade and was presented really well, the dessert just melted in your mouth and exploded a variety of flavors, the coffee wasn't prominent but the flavors were well balanced with the dark chocolate taking the front seat. The textures were very good and just melted in your mouth. I would definitely recommend this place for tiramisu lovers !

The warm apple tart was something that did not feel value for money, it was prepared well but just didn't have the wow factor in it for me to fall in love ! Definitely worth a try if you like this kind of desserts !

The place was packed and the service guys were stretched but they went about it quickly and professionally catering to every table as quickly as they could! A bit of smile could have added more warmth to the entire experience but then we had no complains !

The prices are a bit on the higher side, we paid around 14 pounds for 2 desserts !

Bon appetit !

I am a regular at Isolabella. Visit this amazing place after work every day. This is like my home. My favourite dish is their lubster aka lobster but sounds cuter Linguine and their amazing T-bone without its t-shirt

My favourite Italian restaurant! It has a nice and relatively classy environment. Good service even when taste card is used. My favourite is their lobster linguine.🍝🩐 Their fish soup is a great choice too!

Great Italian food especially for not having had any in the last 5 months while in Afghanistan. We made friends with the locals at the adjacent table and the said that this is a really good hole in the wall place that isn't well known and rarely visited by tourists.

Lovely restaurant serving food from various Italian regions. The portions are big and the food is fairly well priced. The only issue I had it's that they used bacon instead of guanciale or pancetta to make the amatriciana but apart from that the seafood was fresh and the pasta cooked perfectly!

I had my birthday dinner here and can attest to the fact that is a perfect place for big group dinners! Their service is lovely and staff are so friendly and give you great recommendations. They have a good veggie selection which I love! I would recommend their cannelloni (if you love cheese) or their funghi pasta. Their tiramisu is also really good albeit a bit overpriced. Overall, I had a lovely time at Isolabella and I look forward to coming here again!

Such a wonderful place, everyone was just lovely, especially a Portuguese waiter, he was very friendly, helpful and patient with us. The food is tasty, good portions and very well presented, good timing in between starters and mains, we also had desserts that were delicious. Price are good! We had 2 bottles of Prosecco and still was a very good price each.

Had a great meal at Isolabella. I ordered the sea bass. All side dishes are extra at around £6. The sautéed potatoes were excellent, Prices are acceptable, a meal for 2 with drinks came to £78. The good thing is there is no service charge. Overall a very enjoyable meal. Located at the top end of red lion street. Quite busy during a recent visit. Had the chicken pasta which was very good. Would certainly visit again.

Lovely little traditional Italian restaurant with authentic Italian-speaking, polite waiters. I would definitely class the restaurant as ‘higher end’, however I have noticed it caters to all crowds; from lunching families all the way to office folk for brunch! Seemingly always busy around peak times. The food is authentic and the portion sizes healthy; the buzz of the crowds tightly packed (table to table) in this lovely, little restaurant speaks for itself! I have visited twice. Both times I ordered the Bruschetta starter; crispy toast with garlic and balsamic tossed, fresh tomatoes. One word; Heavenly! However beware if you’re not a garlic fan!
not for the faint hearted! (: Mains: Grilled sirloin steak with a side of fries and cream and mushroom sauce at my request (as opposed to pepper corn, steak sauce) The steak was flavoursome, albeit a tad bit fatty and as a result thereof a bit chewy. The mushroom sauce was delicious, as were there crispy fries. (Please find Photos below) Another time I had the Veal in tomato sauce,- also delicious and tender, however the meat portion was significantly smaller than the steak was, and the tomato sauce a bit bland for my liking.

Had a really nice evening here with my friends. Good service from the start: offered complimentary olives which was a nice touch. However we asked for medium rare for our sirloin steak but it came out medium-well done, and the sauce wasn’t great. The food was good otherwise. I appreciated not being fleeced on service charge. This was very refreshing for London - which is why I gave 5 stars despite the steak.

Cute little place. Spacious. Great for groups. Service was excellent and a good varied menu. Had their specialty fish lobster linguine - lobster was a little tough but great flavours. Out of the way of the hustle and bustle.

Went here to celebrates a friends birthday. There was a large party of us (34). The restaurant and staff couldn't have been more helpful, in that they allowed us to put up banners and pictures of the person whose birthday it was, also throughout the evening they were really attentive and nothing was too much for them. Service wasn't rushed so it made for a great dining experience as well allowing time to chat to friends between courses (we were probably in the restaurant for 3 hours). The food was plentiful and really tasty and everyone in the party sat near be seemed to think the same. If there was one criticism (and it in no way affects my thoughts on the service and staff) was those who had ordered sides had to wait for them whilst the staff served everyone their main dishes. However with 34 of us you can't expect to have everything at once. I am just amazed, as I always am in restaurants, how the chefs managed to get everyone's main dishes to come at the same time, especially given there was 34 of us !!!! Another thing which shows how good this place is was I noticed that there was very rarely an empty table and there were customers coming and going all the time we were in there, not sure if they had booked or reserved but that is always a good sign. I would also add that the price I have shown below would be an average across all 34 of us. Some had more expensive meals whilst some had Wine to drink whilst others just had beer

Eating 1pm on Friday is probably not the best time to judge the atmosphere of a restaurant, so 3* may be a little unfair. From the moment I arrived, the service was superb. As I was short on time, I went straight for a mains, whilst my two guests went for two courses. I had a steak with sautéed potatoes and it was very good. Whilst I can't remember the prices, as I was a guest and my colleague was paying, I can remember that I thought the prices were good value for London.

Had an excellent meal here. There was a large choice on the menu and the dishes were well presented with lots of flavour. Service was pleasant. It did start to get busy at around 6pm on a weekday so I'd recommend reserving a table in advance.

We had the best Italian meal ever. I had sea food linguine with lots of seafood and my niece had the cannelloni. The profiteroles melted in your mouth and the chocolate sauce was gorgeous. The staff were very attentive. We had a fabulous evening.
