It is probably the best value for money for a Turkish/Lebanese deal I've found in London specially in Notting Hill area. The food is amazing, tasty very well prepared and you really feel those guys know what they're doing! Really recommend tge lamb shish or chicken if you're not found of lamb. And so cheap! Great experience
Today I’ve got a really good little number for you here and I’m very excited to tell you all about it!. You might have trouble believing me that you can have an excellent meal for five people in London for a total of £61.60 but as, I have found out, that’s perfectly possible!
Well we started by just about getting a seat in this extremely hectic restaurant.
Looking for something a bit different we thought we'd try some Turkish food.
We started with a plate of houmous and was treated to refills of the bread ad nauseum.
We decided to go for the special mixed grill as it had 5 different meats, on a bed of rice with salady type stuff and sauces.
Dare I say, the meats were very succulent and even though they were grilled.
There wasn't enough rice for the three of us, but the meal was for two, one wish would be that the platter was adjusted accordingly.
As soon as we finished we were treated to a clean table and exquisite service.
We ended with Baklava, sweet, sticky and sexy.
The bill rounded up to about 12 quid per person with soft drinks.
Defo a place to visit if you want to eat quality food real quick. We was in and out after 3 courses in an hour.
It does get busy. So get there early to bag a seat or expect a wait

It was raining, it was Wednesday, a friend was meant to be cooking but both of us had finished work late; we were tired and just didn’t fancy slaving over a hot stove. She suggested something quick, local, cheap and Turkish. I frowned, but thought, hey, go with it, and see how it is.
I‘d been to the Elgin pub on the corner many times for its copious range of ales but had never noticed the Turkish restaurant nestling next door before.
The place was packed and buzzy, quite amazing for a Wednesday night I thought. We had to wait a short while for a free table, they don’t do advanced bookings, but that gave me time to watch the cooks at work and inhale the sweet smells of the sizzling fresh lamb on the open barbecue. We were seated within 10 minutes by the polite and efficient waitress and handed the menus.
BYO with absolutely no corkage charge was an instant bonus. Tickety bloody tick as my editor would say. My evening's companion popped to the gourmet fishmonger next door, which also has a fine selection of wines, and returned with a Sancerre, not great with meat, but one of my favourite wines on God’s earth.
For starters we ordered the mixed meze for two comprising hummus, tabouleh, ezme and cacik for a mere £6.00 served with warm pitta bread. A most generous portion with extra bread on demand at no extra charge. The tabouleh was the stand out here with super fresh fresh parsley and crisp onions, the hummus rich and tangy and all mopped up in less than ten minutes.
For the main two of us ordered the Lamb Beyti combo at £11.50, a mix of grilled lamb cubes and minced lamb kebab served on a bed of rice with salad, including super peppery rocket. My other dining companion ordered the grilled sea bream at £11.80, again with rice and salad. Both were appetisingly presented, the meat was tender and juicy, the fish crunchy on the outside but soft and flaky inside. The bill for three of us, including starters came to around £40, an absolute bargain in this part of London.
The beauty of this place is its simplicity, a short simple menu, superb efficient service and prices well below the local average. No wonder it was packed on a midweek night.
Amazing food, great service. We ordered lots of food and enjoyed every dish. The best part was the price! Smashing value for money. Go for the bass!
I came here the previous night with a friend of mine who had been suggesting to me to go to this place for quite some time and I must say I was very impressed. The prices are quite reasonable for the quality. Try to get a reservation as there can be quite a queue due to the amazing food. The staff is quick and efficient as well without being intrusive. Definitely recommended.
If you do not have time to eat in here and want to grab a quick kebab snack then this is just the place to go to. The have amazing Turkish style kebabs. They will very nicely pack your food for you. They offer a salad along with the kebabs. I would advice them to offer more variety in the salads being offered.
This place is a delight. We had some really well cooked and delicious kebabs here. They do not serve wine or beer but thankfully has open bottle policy! The service is delighting as well. Only downside is they do not accept CHIP and SIGN credit card, but CHIP/PIN one. Our card was accepted everywhere else!
If you are looking for a quiet place to enjoy Lebanese cuisine then this is just the right place for you to visit. I appreciate the humus and the doners. They were a treat for my taste buds. I enjoyed the servings that was offered to us. It made me feel pretty full. A must visit!
I am a regular customer of this place for over two years and will keep visiting this place even more. My order consists of special mixed kebabs all the time. The meat in it is cooked to perfection and it is always consistent in taste and extremely delicious. The staff as well is very prompt and pleasing. The only let down is that the restaurant is running in a very limited space.
I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. The restaurant offers Turkish cuisine and does so beautifully. The food is delectable. The portions are gigantic. The food is a great deal of money and at such prices, it is a steal. They let you bring your own wine which is fantastic. They offer complimentary breads that are fresh and savory.
My recommendation is that this place is one of those that you will not only get value for the money that you pay but just about everything. You will get good food, good service, neat and clean environment and big servings of food. A very unique thing about this place is that it allows you to get your own booze to have with your food.

the food was really good. after eating from this place, i definitely have a new favorite of Shish kebab and chicken beyti. My suggestion would be to include more varieties of rice rather than just plain rice which is available here.
The place is really popular with the local people for its amazing food and service . The atmosphere is nice and welcoming . The kebabs here are out of this world , a must try if you go here . I'm a regular here , and will of course be going back soon !
I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. i am a regular here and can vouch for their consistently good food and excellent service. The meat is done to perfection and well marinated. The portion sizes are generous and the prices are also reasonable. The only downside being that the place is small and the seats can get too crammed.
Want a yummy kebab experience which is better than the local kebab stand? This is the place that you have to visit in that case. Though the prices are a teeny weeny bit higher than the normal but it is worth it. The mouth watering kebabs served with white rice, mixed salad, yogurt sauce and a spicy salsa dressing call for a wholesome meal. I appreciate the clean and comfortable seating and the best part is that you can even order at your place. The variety on the offer is simply amazing. You must visit this place.
This restaurant is a perfect introduction to Turkish cuisine for novices like me. The barbecue chicken and the lamb shish were both exquisite.This restaurant is a paradise for meat lovers. The service is swift and the staff is friendly. The portion sizes are gigantic and the place offers a great deal for money.
It was the first restaurant we visited in this city and its certainly going to be the last as well before we leave. I have dined twice at this place by now and both times went for their mezze appetizer. It came along with extremely delectable bread. I also relished their salad.
We found this restaurant a couple of months ago when we were looking for a place to have some Turkish BBQ. This is a great place to have some pretty amazing BBQ's, if you're not looking to spend too much.
This place doesn't serve alcohol, but the best part is that you can get your own liquor.

This place serves some top quality food in the city.It is a bring your own beverage place and so you must make your arrangements beforehand. The place is quite popular and has the tendency to get packed.This reflects on the service, which tends to get a little inconsistent but you should visit the place for some amazing food.The dishes are prepared to perfection and the taste is brilliant.

The restaurant is perfect for a quick bite to satisfy your need of superb Mexican food. The falafels are savory and so are the desserts. The prices are reasonable too. The restaurant is clean and the service is efficient. It is the presentation of the food that may be a little disappointing though.

I have been on a hunt for perfect Turkish kebabs and it is finally over when i came to this place. This place serves real authentic Turkish BBQ dishes just the way i wanted. The kebabs are melt in your mouth. Simply delicious! Service is quick and the decor is very stylish. From now on, i will be a regular customer of this place.
This place is wonderful and has everything going for it . It always has a nice crowd that would swear by its food, it's so wonderfully yummy and cooked to perfection that one would go back for more , the service is impeccable too . I recommend this place to everyone .
I recently visited this place and can safely say it was the best restaurant that I have ever dined at. The staff warmly welcomed all their customers and was pretty helpful. Some of the recommendations made by them were excellent choices and I strong recommend you all to try this restaurant.
I go here at least once in a month with my spouse. The meals here are very well priced and extremely delicious. The service is also very quick and efficient. All that we have sampled until now has been of the freshest order. Our personal favorite was the kebab sharing platter. the best bit is that one can bring their own wine here.

Whilst many Eastern countries lay claim to inventing the kebab, the best I ever had was in Turkey. This Turkish kebab house in North West London comes in at a close second.
It’s a tiny little place with rows of perfectly lined sticks adorned with meat and vegetables all marinated and ready to BBQ on your left and tables to the right. It’s fantastic to see into the kitchen and watch the theatre of cooking take place. There’s alot of great choice and traditional Turkish food, I was lucky enough to swap forkfuls with my friend as I had serious food envy when her chicken combo came out, a mixture of chicken shish kebab and chicken wings. Mine was a much richer ‘yogurtlu chicken shish’ which was nice but immediately required a side of rice as there was so much sauce. All of the flavours were delicious and the service was prompt, almost too prompt at times as we were told we could stay at the table up to a certain time as other people were waiting. What can we say? It’s a popular place but my friend had just ordered some extra food as he loved it so much and then had to rush eating it.
It’s a BYO wine or beer place but I would rather respect their beliefs and stick to the apple juice instead.
Everything is reasonably priced, food delicious, service great just a shame about the time issue.
The first impression of Fez Mangal is how clean the restaurant is. The service was very good, nothing too much trouble for them when ordering main meals. Soft drinks are served, but no alcohol is served. The owner will allow you to bring your own alcohol to drink on the premises. The food was fantastic. I had a lamb shish kebab witch was cooked to perfection. I highly recommend trying the Fez Mangal.
Very nice and clean turkish restaurant in Mayfair. Food was good and authentic, especially their mezze plate and the chicken cooked in yogurt. The service was extremely nice and friendly and the restaurant has true turkish vibes.

Went with a couple of work colleagues to this Turkish restaurant the other day. Lovely little restaurant and located very conveniently at walking distance to the tube station. Service was lovely and I ordered the yoghurt lamb shish which was my first time trying it.
The meat was tender and particularly enjoyed the sauce though at the end I couldn’t finish all the meat. Would love more vegetables along with the dish but a very enjoyable dinner overall!

I’m not the biggest fan of London restaurants, the hype around them usually doesn’t match the on-the-day experience, and frankly, I can count the good meals I’ve had in this city on fingers of my right hand… Fez Mangal is definitely up there, if not the best yet.
From the shared started for two with the smoothest hummus and the most flavourful babaganoush, through to fabulous starter salad and cacik that left us seriously considering eating napkins dipped in them once the bread ran out (not that there wasn’t plenty of it to start with), all of the food left us colloquially ‘gobsmacked’.
The freshly grilled sea bream was no less spectacular, probably the best one I have had, even when abroad.
The food was simple, honest but bursting with flavour.
Nice food, good value for the portion size and quality. Staff quite disinterested. £95 for 2 adults and 3 kids.
Delicious! The hummus here is spectacular.
I had the spicy chicken beyti kebab and was really good it comes with two different sauces and wow, the combination is amazing.
Love Fez and I’ll definitely be back soon.
Something that I actually find amazing is that they let you bring your own wine or beer. Great place, great food, and good service.

Very nice place close to Portobello Road. The restaurant inside is very characteristic and you can feel the Turkish atmosphere. The waiters are very helpful and polite. The menu is varied and the food is of good quality; generous portions and excellent ratio quality/price. Recommended.
