this is yet another well executed food festival from Monkey Bar. The food has a greater chance of winning your heart than your favorite team. The festival is on for quite some time so do give read through & try out their offerings.

Kaffeine is simply one of the best places to get a quality coffee in London. The service is always good, quick and effective. Never had a bad coffee from here and sometimes dabble in the snacks (recommend the savoury scrolls they have)

Coffee holds a large degree of fascination for me.  Mainly because it seems almost holy to others (not me).  I wondered at length why it is intrinsically needed for some to live a normal life.  It is not even that they need it to give them an extra kick when they are tired, to help them concentrate or to help them focus on the task at hand but it is required just so that some people can enjoy the bare modicum of everyday activity.  Without it, some people become snappy, cranky or lethargic.  For others, it has no effect whatsoever.  I am one of the latter.  Lucky me.

First time in this cafe, a nice coffee place after shopping in oxford street or having a break after exercise. The mocha i ordered is pretty nice. The cocoa portion is just right.

Went there after work for a good cup of coffee and a Portuguese tart. As a Portuguese myself, I have to say: the cake was really good. The coffee was a bit to strong for me. The prices are okay and the staff is amazing: always with a smile on their faces. I would recommend it!

In the space of ten months, my outlook on London coffee has flipped on its head. Good cuppas can be found! You have to know where to look. The irony is that the best coffee places I’ve stumbled upon are usually Australian/ New Zealand owned. Usually independent too, with hip staff, exposed wood interiors and top brews. And another one for that list with all three is Kaffeine in Fitzrovia.

Great flat white. The Portuguese tart is rich and creamy custard, great start to to the day. Americano has nice sweet notes without excessive bitterness

Trust this place for your coffee fix or should I say Kaffieine fix! The small cafe is bustling with people and life! They make their almond milk so it's ideal for vegans. I often resort to a basic capaccunio or an espresso. It is a little pricey than its counterparts. I have never tried their treats so cannot comment on the same. The service has always been warm, and the convenient location adds to the fun!

It was recommended by a coffee lover friend. I just had a single espresso coffee. It was really strong and bitter, not one my favourites but I guess it really depends on people's tastes right? It was really well served along with a free shot of palate cleanser offered by the waiter. It is a great spot for coffee experiences.

Read in NYT this was the best coffee in London and had been meaning to stop in. Had a latte and a toasted banana bread. Coffee was nothing special but the banana bread was on point. Staff were above and beyond-very impressed.

The best coffee I've had in London yet. I'll be highly surprised if any other cafe comes close to this! They make their own almond milk (sugar-free) and have perfected their almond latte. Strong coffee and good flavour in the almond milk. Will definitely be back, my personal favorite.

I love the atmosphere. The staffs were really friendly. It was peak time when I came so it was super duper busy. I had a skinny latte, apparently they didn't do any syrups here but hold on that was a drop of latte from heaven.
Though whatever the sandwich i had was called was rich with toppings and cheese, the bread was too crispy (i think) for the dish. But it could be just me really..
I did not regret spending money here.

Cozy cafe just a few minutes walk from the Holiday Inn Regents Park Hotel. Small cafe with lively ambience (completely full on a Sunday morning 10am).

We ordered a chocolate croissant, cappuccino, hot chocolate and a ciabatta with fried egg, turkey sausage, aioli, and gruyere cheese. Both the breakfast sandwich and the croissant were grilled to perfection.

The ciabatta bread was soft and fluffy with a crispy coating. The croissant was freshly baked with the perfect amount of chocolate.

Both the cappuccino and hot chocolate were delicious.

Excellent cafe for a nice filling breakfast.

As far as Cafes go, this is about as good as it gets! This is up there with Monmouth coffee for the best I've had in London!! These guys know how to do coffee so it's no wonder this place is always packed to its tiny capacity.

For our weekly coffee and cake venture we tried Kaffeine's famous 'blondie', their deliciously rich brownie, a white choc and peanut butter cookie and their healthy, sugar free raspberry cake. All were super tasty without being too sickly. I love the range from classic naughty treats to some healthy ones too. They also had a huge range of sandwiches, wraps and quiches too for those looking for a savoury option.

The only downside of this place is the size.. There's only a few tables inside, and due to the popularity, your table is being eyed off from the moment you finish your last sip of coffee so it's not necessarily the place to go for a long, lazy Sunday afternoon cafe experience.

All in all though, this place has fast, friendly, service, tasty food, and most importantly delicious coffee and I'll be adding it to my regular list for sure!

High Sydney Standards in the West End. If you've experienced Sydney's best cafes, you will already know what it means to say the following. Kaffeine has teleported the best of the essential Sydney cafe experience to the West End.

The format is very simple: perfectly made flat whites (superior antipodean version of the latte), mind altering freshly made orange juice and superb sandwiches. Lightly toasted and completely delicious Focaccia (with sea salt and olive oil crust) sandwiches are served for lunch. Kaffeine's breakfast sandwich is made with Ciabattini, including poached egg, English bacon, spinach and tomato salsa. The ingredients are perfectly selected, prepared and combined meaning that the taste experience of sandwich eating is elevated to high caliber restaurant dining.

Service has been cheerful and efficient each time I've visited and the interior is casual and understatedly classy. What's not to like?

The only comparable cafe heaven that I've found in London is the wonderful Pantry in Wandsworth. So now there are two very good reasons not to compromise your breakfast, brunch or lunch standards.

John was very excited to check out the third wave coffee shops in London. Our first stop in London was to Kaffeine and it set a very high bar. Different from back home? 1.) A more approachable space inviting customers to spend time - not in cozy leatherette couches but on casual wood benches that ease being on your feet without being so inviting you want to set up camp. 2.) Great food. With exception of Lucky's Doughnuts inside 49th Parallel and Revolver most of our coffee shops have pretty terrible food. I was delighted at the quality and variety offered at Kaffeine. I had the Beef and Guinness pie and despite being a tough customer on a good crust I was not disappointed. No dried out scones here! 3.) Crazy friendly staff. It was very approachable. We had a lovely chat with the staff once they had cleared out their customers and they helped us map out other MUST SEE coffee shops in London.  Fantastic shop. Don't miss it. It's a great reprieve from the hustle and bustle and in a good l

A couple months back while back home, thanks to my family, I ended doing a coffee appreciation course. Basic things, how to make a perfect espresso, latte art, etc. The long story short I'€™m know really hooked with coffee, so decided to visit recommended places and blog about coffee.  Blame it on the coffee My first visit Kaffeine , independent Australian/New Zealand coffee shop, not surprisingly as the Australian coffee culture is huge. The man behind is Pete a Melbournian, who after researching for a cool coffee shop he decided to leave his job at Lord’s Cricket Ground and dedicated to his new venture.  The shop has a rustic approach, long counter, a couple tables with bar stools in front and some stools and tables at the end which are in fact empty boxes. They sell food, some baguettes and foccacias, and muffins, brownies, and other sweet treats. You can also have a guest coffee

Glorious blue sky summer days means the pleasure of making the most of the great outdoors but also taking the chance for a relaxed lunch. Kaffeine is a very popular cafe with queues coming out the door at busy times. Wooden panels and crate like tables make up the small seating area with some high stools near to the counter. There is a bench outdoors too. Kaffeine serves up one of the best smoothest coffees and one that I would return for. The Americano decaf was served in a matching black cup and saucer with soy milk. The food is displayed in the counter fridge and includes toasted foccacia sandwiches, baguettes, tarts and salads. As the food is seasonal, Kaffeine has a menu that changes each week. The vegetarian tart on offer on this particular visit was roasted vegetables in a Gruyere pastry with saffron cream. The pastry was thin, light and crispy. Parsnips, aubergine, red pepper, onion and courgette made up the chunky filling. It could have done

It's been a year ago, I'm from Indonesia, I visited London for a school trip and at the time I'm separate from my group in Oxford Circus its been a while to walk around. Cause I'm a coffee person, I cannot far from coffee, Then I found a coffee shop its quite small then. Its so unforgettable cause I don't speak English well, but the barista such friendly person ask me nicely and finally I choose cafe late, the coffee just made my day.

Once one of my favourite hidden gems this place has now become one of the more popular coffee places in London. I'm not usually a coffee person but the coffee here is so well made that I have to make an exception.
Another exciting feature about this place is that they have a weekly menu based around what's in season. Last time I had a Foccacias with panchetta, plumns, spinach and brie and it was very food. If that's any thing to go by I'm sure each week you can find something good to munch on.
They also serve incredible baked goods, I always check ahead to see when they're serving the banana bread as its my favourite.
The service is very good last time I went I had to go to an ATM to withdraw cash and they let me sit down and enjoy my meal first.

Kaffeine is a real gem hidden between Oxford Street station and Goodge Street. It's the tiniest little place, so if you're heading there around lunchtime then be prepared not to get a seat, it fills up very quickly with people from the surrounding offices. But if you do manage to winch yourself to one of the booths, or up on a stool to eat at the bar then be warned: you will be elbow to elbow and getting pretty cosy with a lot of strangers because this is a great lunchtime option.
They have daily changing specials and exciting, interesting sandwich options (inc. the intriguing inclusion of roasted rhubarb in a cheese and ham baguette). I went for the pie and salad, at £7.90 this seemed reasonable, and I wasn't disappointed. Again, the salads are all pretty inspiring, making choosing which ones to go for quite difficult. The pie was salmon, and absolutely perfect; the crust not too heavy for lunch.
They take their coffee quite seriously (courtesy of Square Mile, naturally) too, so if you're a coffee geek then you'll be happy in that respect.

When it comes to coffee in Central London, the areas that immediately spring to mind are Soho and Covent Garden with the Fitzoria area falling some way behind. However that’s where I headed to earlier this week when I visited Great Titchfield Street’s Kaffeine.

I arrived a few minutes before opening time and waited as the four or five workers set up, which kind of surprised me. Five people working in a rather small coffee shop at 7.30am? Seemed a little overkill to me considering they had more staff than tables but what would I know?

As the interior is so small, the first thing I saw upon entering Kaffeine was their counter top which had some seriously good looking snacks packed in. Croissants, rolls, pies and an especially tasty looking fruit salad all adorned the glass and made it kind of difficult to decide.

Being my usual indecisive self I asked one of the guys behind the counter to help me out and was recommended their breakfast pie (For the life of me, I cannot remember what was in this thing, apart from baked beans and bresola and can’t find it on their website) which I ordered along with a glass of coffee (seriously guys what’s wrong with serving coffee in cups?).

I took a seat at the back wall facing back into the shop and was taken aback at just how tiny Kaffeine’s tables are, if you can call wooden boxes, tables. The seats at the back are fine for placing a cup- sorry, glass of coffee on but how the hell am I meant to eat the pie when the table is at arse height when sitting down? There are elevated tables along the central wall but with elevated tables comes elevated seats and as I’m a short bastard, I tend to avoid any seats that make me look like a bearded toddler with my legs dangling down.

After I’d finished internally bitching about the table height I looked up and noticed that the place seemed quite busy already. It hadn’t been five minutes since the doors opened and there were two people sitting at the higher tables, a couple sat beside me chatting and a queue of three people. I guess I spoke too soon when I thought that five staff members was overkill at 7.30am.

My attention was brought back to the boxes masquerading as tables once the breakfast pie and coffee arrived and I was left trying to fold myself forward to actually get to the damn pie.

At first glance the breakfast pie looked like it’d be a pretty standard pie but once I tried to actually crack it open and taste this bad boy I realised it wasn’t going to be that simple. Whether it was due to the heating process, the actual crust itself, or the blunt cutlery supplied, actually getting inside the pie was a bit of a problem. It took several seconds of prodding, slicing and practically thumping to get at the insides but I’m extremely happy to say that that’s the last complaint you’ll have from me about this pie.

Although I (annoyingly) can’t remember what was actually inside, I can remember being surprised with just how savoury and spicy it was. That’s not a complaint however as all the ingredients complimented each other perfectly and I was left even enjoying the crust that tried it’s best to prevent me from having my breakfast.

The coffee on the other hand didn’t strike me as anything special which is a shame. It’s not bad by any means but the fact that it’s a stones throw from places like Daisy Green and Soho Bikes is a pity as I’d much rather walk the extra five minutes and get a coffee at one of those places.

I’ll definitely be going back to Kaffeine as that pie deserves another visit and if you’re in the area you could do a lot worse than trying Kaffeine’s coffee, just don’t expect anything mind blowing.

This place is a gem. The Parmesan pesto scroll was fantastic. Get it toasted! Poached eggs with hollandaise and sourdough was clutch too. Coffees are a must! I got the oat flat white and my partner got the honey oat latte. Both excellent. The service staff are very kind as well — they spilled my coffee a little while serving it on the table and immediately offered to redo it. Amazing experience and have been back EVERY DAY since I arrived in London.

This is a little sparkling coffee gem in London. I ended up here because it seems the only coffee place that has the correct opening times in weekend published on Google Maps. I was already triggered before, when I walked by it I noticed something I liked... The review is based on several visits last week. It is popular, many moments you find a line for ordering. Lot's of different people come here to drink coffee. The food counter also shows very nice dishes. The capuchino was a little cold, but the espresso was perfect. The coffee itself has a good flavor, and in served in nice cups. It is quite expensive. Staff is very friendly and tries to give you the best experience. It is a clean and small place. Together with a espresso they serve you a glass of some flavoured stuff; a bit strange to me, but it tasted good in combination with the coffee

I used to go to Kaffeine multiple times a day when our office was in Fitzrovia. This was one of my favorite spots in town. Great coffee, food, pastries and atmosphere! The staff is super friendly. The baristas are well versed in coffee and the art of making it. They had multiple amazing collaborations with some of the best roasters in the world (such as Coffee Collective from Copenhagen!!!!!) When you’re out and about in Oxford street on your shopping spree, take a moment to get off the bustling high street to the side street to get a relaxing delicious coffee at Kaffeine!
