First proper restaurant visited in London. Came in for a pizza but had the mushroom risotto instead smothered in parmasan. Nice cosy feel good service and great coffee.

Papa Roma is a hidden gem in a silent street. The ambience is very basic with some amazing cork art on the walls. We ordered Pizza and bruschetta along with Prosecco. The pizza was authentic Italian in taste and very well served our purpose of coming to an Italian restaurant.

Apart from the food, the staff was very friendly and polite. I would love to return back to Papa Roma for a quiet time while I satisfying my Italian taste buds.

Loved the food and decor. Music was rather loud when we arrived but they kindly turned it down for we could talk rather than shout. Very attentive service with helpful advice and did their best to cope with gluten free food. Real Italian lemon sorbet which was good to find. Tropical London prices.

Nice little Italian restaurant, staff was kind and helpful, food was good. We tried calzone and spaghetti, pretty large portions and all tastes good. Tiramisu is a must here! Coffee was traditional Italian dark roast, nothing exceptional. Not sure if it is below or above average pricing, but we spent around £35 per person.

Lovely family Sicilian restaurant (ideal for the caponata fan, but plenty of other choice). Not too big and slightly off the beaten path - but worth heading off the main drag for. Properly tasty pizza, and the pasta is chunky and wonderfully flavourful. Great value too.

Small Italian restaurant in good location, freindy welcome, we were first in at 5pm but soon followed by other, basic tables but all food was nice. As we had three people on table of four, they used the gap as a cut through, stepping on me 4 out of 6 visit, not saying anything, when I asked for him to go round his attitude changed hopefully because he was embarrassed and not annoyed. £30 to £40 ahead.

We love Poppa Roma. Fourth time back in London, and we always seek out this restaurant. The food is authentic. The portions are large. The people are friendly. Prices are affordable. We will be back again and again.

Very nice and rustic place for Italian food close to the tube station, good and friendly service. We loved the pizzas, thr lasagna, the veal and the salmon, panacotta was not that good unfortunately.

Really needed a veal escalope, and did this place deliver! Served with some of the best baby potatoes with rosemary and chilli. Really lovely place that feels like a proper family run Italian.

Nice Italian restaurant near the Natural History museum. We booked in advance on the web since we did not want to miss our entry to the museum. The staff is very nice, and the food is also nice. I would maybe miss a bigger variety, but the quality is undoubtedly good.

Absolutely amazing food! I had the spaghetti and my daughter pizza and both were simply amazing. The people were very nice and we had a very good time.

Today I visit this place with my family. It was delicious, wonderful atmosphere, you can feel like in sunny Italy. The pizza and pasta with shrimps is the best.
