Amazing food. Super fast service. Staff is really nice. The food was really nicely spiced, unlike other turkish restaurants where the food is so plain, the dips, bread and salad served before the dinner came in was really nice aswell. Loved their turkish tea.
Great service and tastes are fantastic. Mantı which is the traditional Turkish meal wonderful. The taste that I miss 💓 the restaurant is so crowded especially weekends.
Went to this place on a spur of the moment. I was not disappointed!! The food was amazing with lots of flavour, the bread they give with the oil drizzled was amazing I would go back just because of that!! It's well presented and welcoming, which is a bonus!
My favourite local Turkish restaurant, me and my family love it here! Staff are very lovely, warm and friendly which makes it more welcoming. Food is so good, you will not be disappointed. Manager is always there talking to customers and checking if everything is ok, service is great. Very happy with this place:)
Good food, good atmosphere and good service. Husbands' chips were not thoroughly cooked, and they promptly replaced it and apologised without an issue. I had the seabass, which was cooked really nicely, but I forgot to take a picture as I was so hungry, so I captured hubbies salmon instead, but I highly recommend the sea bass. Good for a special occasion.
We ordered Adana kebab, lentil soup, manti, imam bayildi, and hot & cold meze plate.
Mezes were tasty, Adana kebab was average. Lentil soup was good and the portion was huge.
Manti was good as well but it has extra oil, so, didn’t like that part. They serve you complimentary bread and salad while you wait and some tea after your meal.
Overall, the service was normal and friendly, however, be aware the service charge.
Amazing quality food. My go to is the Fistik Kebab - they are always so generous with the pistachio! So tasty, so good! The atmosphere in the summer is lovely as they have the front completely open and seats outside. The desserts are lovely and the texture of the food and flavours make the prices absolutely worth it!
The only downfall of this restaurant is the forgetful staff. Always something missing that I have to ask twice for. And the bill I always have to get up and ask at the till as multiple waiters asked for the bill will continuously forget to bring the bill or card machine. As a regular here this is quite frustrating - but alas, the food is too good to pass up on!
Great vibe and the food was nice. Decent portions. We had breakfast, food came quick and the service was great. Everything cooked perfect and we had a lovely time.

Took the family here for my sisters birthday. They seated us in a private area of the restaurant which was really nice and spacious for the kids to be free and for everyone to take pics by a flower wall away from the other busy parts of the restaurant.
The food was lovely and well presented, we ordered a few platters with sides and lahmachuns for each of our 3 tables.
The service was fine but frustratingly they enforce a service charge if you have a group of more than 10 people which is cheeky because you’re not told this beforehand. If you’re bringing them so much business from a large group in one go, why should you be forced to pay a service charge? They would have to had to serve the same number of people as separate groups if your big group didn’t come so it’s actually easier for them to serve you and they should actually give you a discount! So I reduced the service score because of this.
I wanted to try Hala after seeing their online scores being quite strong over the years. I found their platters are nice but the platter options, prices and quality were a little better at Kervan Sofrasi in Wood Green in my opinion.
I was celebrating my friends birthday. The staff were so kind and helped make it a really lovely experience. They were so discreet and were on it when it came time to make a fuss for my friends birthday! The food was great and came quickly, the decore is beautiful in there and the staff were so kind! Would recommend a trip to Hala for delicious Turkish food!

I came here with a big group of around 12 of us, the service was impeccable, getting bread and salad of the highest standard too.
We went for the sharing platter for four, all the meats were sensational, particularly the wings and the lamb chop, I could have had these for days!
Overall a wonderful experience (also very reasonably priced for what you get) I will most certainly be back
Amazing Turkish Food!
I’ve eaten at a lot of the restaurants at Green Lanes and Hala is by far the best.
The restaurant had a refurb a couple of years ago and now is the size of two shop fronts.
The food is super fresh and tasty! I also order the sharing platter so you get to taste a bit of all the meats. They also do a fish platter which is good too!
There is lots of staff so there’s always someone near to help.
Definitely recommend!!

We had a good time, it was quite busy as you would expect on a Saturday night. We were told it would be 10 minutes for a table but we only ended up waiting for a couple of minutes. It had a friendly atmosphere inside and the service was really quick. You get a portion of Turkish bread and salad for free to start. We ordered the chicken shish and the adana kebab + curly fries as a side. It was all quite tasty, I wasn't a fan of the chicken though as it didn't have that much flavour. The curly fries in particular were really good. For dessert we had complimentary Turkish tea and the tres leche cake. I did want the soufflé in a pot but it was finished - gutted. I would go back for sure just to try it!
Myself, my family and friends have always celebrated their special occasions here, this is truly my all time favourite spot for traditional Turkish/Kurdish cuisine. All of my experiences have been a quintessential journey to the Middle-East. A must go to if you're near Green Lanes.

Went there for my brother’s birthday ,after we ordered they did offer complimentary salad, bread and 2 different souse . Food was delicious. We did get dessert after food and kunefe and soufflé in pot was amazing, complimentary tea with desserts. Staff is very helpful and friendly.Definitely coming back and gonna recommend to my friends as well.
We ordered Adana kabab, chicken and lamb shish, manti, hummus and fries. Adana kababs we’re AMAZING, really juice and flavorful. Manti and lamb shish were really good as well. Hummus was ok. They serve you complimentary bread and salad while you wait and some tea after your meal. Overall, great service and great food!
5 stars are not enough for this place! Amazing place. To start with ambience- great ambience, a bit loud but the great service and amazing food outweighs it. Beautiful tables lit with candles.
About food, everything that we tried in this restaurant was ultimate and super amazing. The person serving our table was humble and wonderful. Desserts are spot on. Good portion and good wine selections. Can’t fault it. It’s a must try. Thank you for making our dinner evening so pleasant.
Went to Hala for a turkish grill, great service and the food was delicious a sharing platter for 3 between 2 of us was a bit too much. However enjoyed the food the lamb ribs and shish are the recommendations not really a fan of the koftes the place is open till late which is a plus as not many restaurants are open and hs a great vibe.
Lovely little gem of a place. The food was tasty and the staff was very attentive. I would recommend and go back.
