Lovely little restaurant tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Oxford street but only 2 minute walk away.
Restaurant is underneath Wigmore Hall Theatre, my friend and I stumbled on it after a day of shopping the food was really reasonably priced and it had a great wine list! I would definitely recommend!

Book a reservation and we are in a sort of the private room to celebrate. The vibe in the room is different than outside and we really enjoyed it. Its quiet but full of vibe, table outside would be more british pub feel ( noise) The food can absolutely match top restaurant standard. The masala scotch egg is so good that we reordered and it is only £7. The pork collar is also cook perfection and u can taste the sweetness of the pork, the caramelisation of the grill, and extremely tender and full of flavour. The only sort of complain of the food is the chips. They are fried a bit dry, and the potato inside is just too dry. The drink are also very reasonable priced since they are a pub, their drink will not disappoint you. I will highly recommend you to book a reservation to sit inside the room if you prefer quiet environment.

Ideal for visiting foodies and picky Londoners: here you can find modern British food at very reasonable prices, plus excellent service. The mushroom tacos were an expected gem, good cheeseburger, Eton mess was about average but it is fine as they do not focus on puddings. Menu slightly changes from month to month, to reflect seasonal availability. They also serve hoptails: Churchill's cigar is strong and mildly sweet thanks to the caramel notes.

We ordered arancini, grilled cheese sandwiches, some fat chips and one passionale as a drink. Food was absolutely delicious, flawless service and great location. One of the best grilled cheese sandwiches we’ve ever had!

We went looking for pies and stumbled on a recommendation to The Wigmore. Such a fabulous upscale English pub. The food and snacks were excellent with an Indian fusion to it. A simple menu - the pork cheeks and chicken pie were expertly prepared. Sides like chips and scotch eggs had the right touch of spices and curry sauce to it. The chocolate dessert was also excellent. A great place to grab a quick drink or linger for more. The service was fantastic, super hospitable and prompt - we showed up without a reservation but were seated right away. A truly enjoyable experience.

It’s a gorgeous venue, which used to be a bank. The food was very competitively priced and service was incredibly attentive. I went for a midweek breakfast and it was very quiet.

Lovely bar as part of the rather nice The Langham hotel. Madge is celebrating 10 years since her divorce from Paulicarus...so I have to treat her. I am having Thornbridge Lord Marples from Derbyshire..she is working her way through two bottles of rosè. Super starters including a toastie, crab crumpet and scotch egg. Then super mains, haddock, pie, veggie heritage "Jasper" carrots and a burger. Chips to "die" for, really crispy outside with a mash like inside pulling awsy. Great ambience, lovely facilities. Good music. Super service from our Croatian waitress. Finished with Port, coffee and desert. (Lemon meringue pie and millionaire choc.)..all for only...aarghh£€$

Delicious fare at The Wigmore. Ordered a bunch of snack dishes with my partner for dinner and a couple of beers, which was a delight. Scotch eggs were divine and hummus dip was nice and fresh. Tasty and great decor to boot. Would recommend.

The Wigmore offers a fantastic ambience. The service exceeded our expectations, with highly attentive and professional staff. We ordered a burger and a slow-cooked pork collar. The food was delicious and fresh, leaving us thoroughly impressed. Additionally, catching a Rugby match there added an extra layer of enjoyment to our visit.
