Lovely place across from Aldgate Tube. Such nice people, very friendly and the food was lovely. There was 6 of us and they kindly put some tables together so we could sit together - a lovely gesture. We only had sandwiches and salads but it was really nice. Highly recommended for a quick bite.
I've truly enjoyed delicious lunch from Peter's Cafe. I had takeaway jacket potato with tuna and cheese. The portion was very big, - such a good value for money. The owner (Peter) was extremely friendly, as were all the staff. We had some egg with bacon/sausage sandwiches comprised of the freshest bread. We discovered that all the ingredients: eggs, bread, and bacon are delivered each morning.

Amazing little gem. We came for breakfast and we weren’t disappointed! Great range from a Full English to breakfast muffins or porridge. I had poached eggs on toast with bacon - the eggs were cooked perfectly on top quality bloomer bread. Cannot fault it!!
For me, one of the best Cafe in London. Always coming here, when we visit London! It's a cosy little and familiar cafe, attentive and helpful staff, fast serving and the English Breakfast always a great taste! We can highly recommend this cafe to everyone
