I have been to cacciaris many times, however my most recent visit was rather memorable. The service is good and the place is quite beautiful from the inside, the ambience is very good and the food is good and hearty.
I had the leek and potato soup, the burratta with parma ham and vegetables, and the diavola pizza. The soup was nice and thick(perfect winter soup) it had hints of Truffle oil and had a very subtle flavor of leek. The burratta was very fresh and the parma ham was top quality. My pizza was very very good, I can't remember the last time that I had such a good pizza. The crust was very well baked and the pepperoni was very fresh and spicy. To make the meal even better I ordered the tiramisu which was just perfect, it was cold and had the right amount of sugar in it.
My experience at cacciaris was very good and I will dine here again very very soon. I suggest all you foodies out there to try this place.
Funky little place - check out the menu and toilets lol! Love the piadinas and the pasta. Lovely service too. I would recommend the linguine with seafood please.
Everything was lovely. The ambience was familiar, the staff attentive and knowledgeable and obviously the food was really tasty (the black truffle tagliatelle was especially delicious, and the tiramisu was also really good).
Because I'm Italian we don't normally go to Italian restaurants as I'm pretty good at cooking, so we usually opt for other cuisines when eating out but I'm glad we gave this restaurant a go. We've been living in the area for over 10 years but this was our very first time and we had a really nice evening.
We'll definitely be going back. Recommended 100%
