I finally got to try the hot stone!! It was super delicious!! The team was super helpful regarding my partners allergies and offered alternatives so he could also enjoy the hot stone. Ezsther & Aaron were brilliant. Es was super knowledgeable and kind. She recommended 2 really delicious cocktails. Aaron was hilarious and really attentive. It was the best way to end my birthday :) Super super happy
Good food, i really liked the lava cake. Service was a little chaotic, but it is understandable because we were 20 people. The floor was really slippery, a bit dangerous especially on stairs. Drinks were a bit of a miss.
Great Place, Great People, Great Food! Steak on stone experience is nice. Portion is good, reasonable pricing. We ordered Steak with fries, Fish n chips and Steak on Stone experience.
I confess I was not really feeling well when we stopped by this pub, still I liked it. I’m not keen on fake flowers as deco but the place was nice. We were given the main menu and not informed that there was a lunch special for more human prices, this was not nice. However, the food was good (bbq ribs and tomato&onion salad), the place clean. Service was nice, but the waiting time was a bit long.

My wife and I dine out often, this includes Michelin star establishments, internationally and locally in the US. Our visit to Steak and Company Gloucester Rd, is now at the top of our list for dining experiences. This is largely due to our server Aaron, he truly was one of the best we have ever had wait on us. Aaron is very knowledgeable of the product, had very friendly conversations with us, and made the perfect recommendations based on our taste and cut preferences. Upon ordering a expressso martini for desert, Aaron said he would make it personally as he “makes of the best”, he was not wrong in that either. I must add, the other waitstaff and runners were amazing as well, as was the manager who came over to talk to us. Shout out to the chef and his staff for steaks that were coooked to perfection, and we can’t forget to mention the hostess who was the friendliest ever. We cannot wait to go back to this restaurant, it is a gem in London dining scene. The entire restaurant team that was working during our visit, are great ambassadors of the company.
YOU MUST ORDER THE FILET HOT STONES, CHARRED BROCCOLI AND NONALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. I was blown away with how delightful this meal was. As a steak lover who only eats well done steak, I loved cooking my steak on the hot stones...it took 2 but they were gracious with getting me a second stone. The drinks were so good that I drank 3 of them. The broccoli was charred with such a delicious flavor that made it the best broccoli I have ever eaten. My hubby had sirloin, fries and broccoli as well. He too enjoyed his meal. The service was good. Not slow. Not fast. Just right to allow you to enjoy your meal. My only suggestion is that you do not order the bread. It is too expensive for the few slices you receive. Oh and the manager was super nice...as was the host. The host was friendly and really set the tone for our visit. We will definitely visit again if we're in London.
Second time we’ve been here, great food and service. They do seem to have re branded a bit now and the prices have gone up. Disappointed that they now only have 2 steaks that you cook on the stone. However would still recommend.
Steak here was delicious so was the chips and burger. The service was so humble and waiters are very polite. I will definately be coming back again soon.

When the replacement steak arrived, it exceeded my expectations in every way. Cooked to perfection, it boasted a juicy tenderness and a mouthwatering flavor that made my taste buds dance with joy. It was an absolute delight, and I savored every bite.
What truly sets this steakhouse apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction. The waiter’s sincere effort to rectify the situation and ensure my dining experience was exceptional left a lasting impression. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and quick resolution were exemplary.
The overall ambiance of the steakhouse was cozy and inviting, complementing the delectable cuisine. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, providing helpful recommendations and catering to our needs throughout the meal.
Despite the initial hiccup, I left the steakhouse with a full stomach and a smile on my face. I highly recommend this establishment for its superb customer service, willingness to make things right, and, of course, the outstandingly delicious steak. We liked coming here so much we visited twice for the amazing lattes, once for lunch, and once for the evening cocktails. The food was stellar, plated beautifully, and delicious. The waitstaff were so nice, helpful, and appropriately attentive. Also this cocktail menu blew my mind. It's like a little story book that takes you thru the different areas of london and has a coded guide about the flavor profiles and the type of glass in which it is served. It's not open for breakfast (we tried bcs of the lattes), but I can recommend this place without any hesitation for any other time of day!
American (Texas) Traveler in London. The steak was so good. The Matinee cocktail was perfect. Croquets were scrumptious.
It was an extremely nice experience and the starters were excellent (carpaccoo & prawns).
My daughter had mac n cheese and she was extremely happy and like never she finished all of it.
My husband had ordered a medium rare sirloin whereas I ordered a medium rare rib eye - one was more medium well done and the other one was medium. Even though this tiny incident even though we didn't raise it directly, the waiter saw our disappointed face and offered to have them changed, but we confirmed we were ok; still, they offered drinks on the house which was an extremely nice approach.
The atmosphere and the customer service were excellent and the meat cooking point passed as if it didn't happen.

I've been to a few Steak & Co. but this one hit a home run, aka, knocked it outta the park... yes I'm American and those are baseball phrases.
First off the restaurant was slow and I walked in around 5:30pm for a solo table for dinner. Another table was sat at the same time. I payed attention to their service/food as well.
The service was good. Waiter was attentive and quick with everything. The host did a really nice job greeting, seating and checking in on the experience.
The food was excellent. My appetizer was the Burrata, the mozzarella was soft and creamy inside, yet firm on the outside. The spiced tomato puree and peach chutney pair very well with the aged balsamic and olive oil. Mixed together on a warm soft sourdough... so good.
28 day aged Ribeye was cooked perfectly medium rare. Nice sear on the outside, small amount of fat and melted in my mouth. Couldn't have been more pleased with it.
I added a side of the tomato & red onion salad, it was a nice version of something my mom makes. The tomatoes we flavorful, juicy and cold, mixed with a little bit of red onion, olive oil and salt... simple yet tasty... I would have have added a touch of the aged balsamic if I thought of it then.
I will definitely be going back to this Steak & Co. location whenever I'm in London.
Visited here the other night on our trip to London and the food is really fantastic! My partner tells me the steak was absolutely delicious and I can vouch for the fish and chips! The only thing I’d say that was lacking on the night for us, was the service. Not particularly attentive and waiting longer than necessary to order considering the lack of diners in the restaurant at the time. However, the food as I say, faultless! Perhaps an off night on the service standard but I absolutely would recommend a visit.
I had the Burrata with Spiced Tomatoes peach chutney and sourdough bread as starters and the Lobster Mac and cheese as the main. It was absolutely delicious 😋 The food came really quick and the service was great too. My cocktails were passion fruit martini and passion fruit bubble tea, I really enjoyed them both. Will definitely visit again soon.
Great location to our hotel, this restaurant is in a nice neighborhood. The food was great. We had the ribs and a steak, with a dessert.
