Me and my husband visited the Camden outlet of Honest Burgers one evening as we were craving for a good burger for dinner that evening. Both of us went for the chicken burger along with some beer. The chicken patty was good but we felt that the bun could have been a little softer. But it was a good experience overall.
I went to this little restaurant in Camden purely by chance when looking for an after hours place to eat in the area. The name pays tribute to the food but the service is not five stars. The rosemary chips are really different in a good way. Would definitely go back when I crave for a nice burger.
Good size burgers and a generous portion of chips. The onion rings are amazing as well, if you order both dont plan to walk too far straight after!
Honest Burgers lives up to its name, simple, honest, to the point burgers. Flavour is good, good quality ingredients, quick service. For me, the star of the show were the rosemary chips, taste is something quite unique and made me a fan of them almost immediatelty.
You know that moment when you take a first bite into your food and you go like "oh man! This is what heaven feels like" yup that happened!
Absolutely divine and juicy and tender burger. One of the main motto of my trip to London was to try out beef burgers from various places and I couldn't miss out on honest burgers.
Since it was a busy morning at Camden it took some time to be seated but boy oh boy was it worth it!
The meat so juicy you could taste the grill its been on and that's the best taste. I was in love!
The fries supplemented the burger really well and onion rings were good as well.
I was a happy customer! Kudos to the management.
So I was in Camden town and I came upon this little place called HONEST BURGERS. Being a vegetarian it was a little too easy to find the right burger because they only had one option ! However the burger was absolutely delicious , had the right taste and was served with crispy fries ! The ambience was good for a small place like that. The service was excellent , they were really humble , polite and very quick ! The cost came to be around 33 pounds for 3 people . Since I'm a huge cola fan I ordered KARMA COLA to complete my meal . I would say a good place even for the veggies if they are satisfied with the burger they offer ! Rating it 4/5 just due to lack of options for vegetarians rest it was great ! Burgers Vegetarian
27th August marked Mr Hyde's second National Burger day. We chose to spend it at Camden's late night market and after trying a few small dishes, we ended up at Honest Burger. This was the second time I'd tried the burger joint, the first was when they were a single chain in Soho. Now they're a London wide chain bringing mouth melting burgers to the likes of Brixton, Tooting, Liverpool Street and many more.
We visited the Honest Burger branch in the heart of Camden Market. It has a bar-like atmosphere where you can sit in front of the kitchen and have your burger served directly to you. Watching the burger barman creating your dish is a bit of a show and makes for a good atmosphere...
One of the dozens of times I went to Camden Town (just love the place!) this last months I found ou there was a honest burgers there. After loving the one in Leicester I took my boyfriend here who loves burgers but can be a bit picky. Just like I had before he fell in love and agreed that were the best burgers he had so far. We had two honest and onion rings and they were perfectly cooked, the fries were perfect. I would say that this is even better that the one in Leicester square because there are less people! The space tough still very small and that's why it doesn't get the 5!
Honest Burger Camden menu is simple and straightforward – choose from a chicken, beef or a veggie burger, with the beef burger coming in three variations. It didn’t take long for us to settle on Honest’s namesake beef burger – the Honest Burger – which came with lovely, sweet onion relish, crispy bacon and mature cheddar. Mr. Greedy Cochon had ordered the beef medium, I went for medium rare. Unfortunately many burger joints don’t do rare, which is my preference – and when ordering medium rare, some places tend to put too much of an emphasis on the “medium”.

This burger place is often mentioned amongst the best burgers in London and I have to say that it will definitely not disappoint. The burgers are delicious! However I have to admit that it was the chips that did it for me. I love chips so much and these ones were lovely. They were crunchy and had delicious herbs on them that made them even better! I also like how they have an open kitchen area so you can see your food being made. If you are in Camden you should definitely try them out, although it may be a bit of a wait to find seating space, as the place gets quite busy.
Best burger restaurant in London! Prefer this one but the one in Soho is great too! Love the atmosphere and the service. The most important: the burgers are amazing!! My favorite? Cheese :)
As much as I have raved about the patty and bun being the best burger joint this side if the Atlantic one must also give an honourable mention to the one that comes a close second while they are quiet a few who can contend for second I chose honest over the rest... Wanting to eat it for a while I only managed to eat this one at the fag end of my stay in Londin and didn't mange to go their again bit after one visit I can safely say I still crave for a good honest burger pun intended :)
Saturday afternoon with the boys
Good size flat top burger, nice an juicy but a slightly greezzy.
If you like a fatter burger, you should like this.
Decent chips- think chippy dregs but nicer
I could do with a milkshake though.
Honest has to be one of my favourite burger joints in London, great tasting burgers, very consistent, and there is always an intriguing special to get my filthy hands on. However, such is it's popularity it's often unlikely to get a sit without at least an hours wait. So Was great news for me that they have now opened not 5 minutes away from me in Camden Lock Market, no doubt looking for a similar vibe than they have in Brixton Market. The open plan set up looks great, and fits well with the rest of the market. Anyone walking past the kitchen is going to find it hard to resist with those burger smells.
When I went it was fairly quiet, mind you it wasn't even 12 yet, and with the fanfare from the US branches opening, this has past a little under the radar for some. No doubt it'll be another success, but no fear as your waiting time can now be tracked on an iphone app, a fantastic innovation perfect for these no reservation, popular places
I went for their special for this month with Brindisa Chorizo, jalapeno puree and chimichurri, with rosemary salt fries on the side. Another great burger from Honest. Consistency is the beast, and again they deliver a perfectly medium rare patty, delicious and juicy.
One of my favorite Honest burger locations! Service was great and the food was fresh and tasty! I went for the smash burger and fries which always hits the spot! The food came out quickly as well which was great because we were starving from walking around the market.
Excellent food in a great location in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Camden town. High quality food, with great flavour and decent portions. We had buffalo chicken wing and onion ring combos, the buffalo chicken burger and the Camden beef burger. All food full of flavour and we all throughly enjoyed it. Friendly service, and even though it was busy we never felt rushed at any point (to free up the table).
Visited on a busy Fiday lunchtime. Friendly staff. Nice selection of burgers etc. We had an honest burger and a burger both with a side of rosemary salted fries which were fabulous. A very tasty meal
Food: The last time I went to an honest burger was in October to another branch and since then I've been craving one and now I see why. The burgers are done to your liking and they are done well. The Camden burger was really good. I got it done medium rare and it came out exactly that way which made me happy.
Service: Good service overall. We appreciated the fact one of the waiters wanted to help us clear some trash before we left as well as making the effort to clean our tables before we sat down outside as it was a pretty rainy day today when we went.
Atmosphere: solid if unspectacular for the most part, but maybe we missed out by sitting outside on a rainy day.
Great gluten free options including bun-less burgers. Service was quick, food was hot and the market atmosphere was great. A small venue so be prepared to sit close to strangers, if that’s your thing you’ll love it. Would visit again.
Very decent burger and loved the rosemary fries. The service was quick too, nothing to complain about.
The smallest Honest Burger I've been to. Inside was cute and cosy, food as always at Honest Burger was delicious.
Be warned, they have no toilet here and you have to use the public loo in the market (£1 entry, so remember to take your purse when you go!)
We came across this by chance and immediately became a favourite. Such a nice vibe and the burgers were amazing. Also have bottled beer.
Excellent burgers, we tried the beef burger and it was really juicy and tasty.
We had the rosemary fries as a side, and I really liked them, you’d like them if you like crispy/crunchy fries.
The place is very small but in a cozy nice way, I really liked it.
The service was good and the staff were super friendly, and the food came in quickly. It was hot, fresh, and tasty.
You should try this place, highly recommend.
Mix up with our food order but Fernando dealt with it excellently and when the food came it was incredible. Worth the wait!
Honest Burgers seem to taste amazing in a range of different locations. The patty and chips are fresh, well seasoned with delicious fillings of veg for crunchy textures. The burger have a variety of options with the selection to be served with chips or coleslaw. Very filling and well portioned! The man who did the waiting job was able to handle all tables alone with amazing service and a happy, friendly attitude despite being super busy! (Tables inside, outside and takeaways) Thank you Honest Burgers.
We really enjoyed our meal at Honest Burgers. As my daughter has celiac disease it is often very difficult to find restaurants where we can be sure that there is no contamination with gluten. As we are from Austria and it was our first visit to one of the Honest Burger restaurants, we were very glad to feel safe there and the food was great!
Shared two different types of burgers - one Camden exclusive and the other was the special. The Camden exclusive was too salty at the edges but as you went to the centre there was a good balance of flavour - salty, sweet and umami. On the other hand the special was too dry. The deepfried mozzarella needed a longer time in heat cos it didn't have the proper pull.
They do burgers....they do them extremely well, cooked to perfection and taste divine. One of the best burgers I have ever had.
The rosemary fries were exactly that, you could taste the rosemary and were excellent. Also had a side order of onion rings which were again brilliant.
Staff very friendly and manged to sit inside as it was quite cold, only a small indoor seating area but lots of out door seating about that is covered. If you want a good burger and in the area.....I would only come here as food, quality, service and value were top notch.

Service was excellent, food was amazing. Special
Smash-Toberfest burger was next level good. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.
