It is the most unique and tastiest spread ever. Each and every item is simply exceptional. Besides the food, highly recommend the almond smoothie and the fresh fruit juices.

Another place with a different concept. They have a buffet where you serve up whatever you want on to the plate and they bill you on the total weight. If I am not mistaken they charge £25 per kg. Your damage on the wallet will be around £8-10 if you are a light eater. Good different concept and nice food. They have some healthy juices as well. Definitely a place to try

tibits is a fantastic place if you’re a vegetarian and paradise if you love salads.

The concept is simple. Pick up food from the food boat, have it weighed, pay at the counter and eat in or take away.

You get all sorts of salads, couscous, basmati rice, daal, okra fritters, kimchi, quiche, quinoa salad, pumpkin salad, carrot salad, Asian slaw with ginger, chutneys and I can go on and on for a few more lines but you get the drift. Else, please see the pics.

They also have desserts - fruits, ice creams and the like. And they have Dirty Chai - I needed a reason to go back so didn’t try that this time 😉

You can also buy drinks at the counter from lagers to wines to other alcoholic drinks. I recommend the Freedom Organic and the 1936 lagers.

The restaurant is in a mostly residential neighbourhood close to the Shard and Southwark tube station and very close to the Hilton and Holiday Inn Express hotels.

tibits is a very beautifully done up restaurant with very tastefully done interiors, lighting which isn’t too harsh or too dim.

The staff are very polite and courteous and make it a memorable dining experience.

It’s not very heavy on your purse with an average meal without a lager costing £10 and approx £4.50 for a British pint of lager.

Go once and you’ll go again and again and again.

Go if tired of the Bangladeshi food sold as Indian or go if you just want to eat something from an all vegetarian place.

Regardless of reason you’ll be glad you went for a healthy, tasty, relaxing and light dining experience enhanced by amazing ambience.

I am not a vegetarian, but really liked the food here and didn't feel as if I was missing anything not having meat or fish.  Fun concept of hot and cold buffet food sold by weight.  It's easiest to open a tab if your table might want to have repeat visits to the buffet or bar.

Highlights on my plate were dahl, quinoa curry salad, breaded and deep fried cream cheese stuffed jalapenos, wakame salad, braised red cabbage, green bean and pecan salad.

There are also a selection of a desserts which I was too full to try.  The house wine was well priced at £17.50 a bottle and quaffable.   They accept card payments, but tips are cash only.

I had a booking for a group of 8 people and we had an amazing separate room for us all, mind the time wasn't busy. The food was very varied and plenty to choose from, all full of flavour and good texture. Love the way you pay for the weight and can have as much or as little food. Lovely and helpful staff too

Delicious, seasonal and varied! Tibits has made vegan and vegetarian food appealing to the masses. with high quality food, prices and design, the concept mean that no matter what your diet, you can chose something tasty, and enjoy it in elegant and inviting setting. I am a loyal fan and am always introducing my wary friends to the delights of dining with a conscience - 💯 success rate so far!

I love this restaurant. I visited this brand in Zurich and I cannot forget. I discovered it is also in London when I travel here. The weight food idea is very good, you will not see any wasting in this restaurant. Restaurant is located at the business area, clean and comfortable. It is closed to underground station, only few minutes walk, convenient. Food is delicious, staff are nice and helpful. Highly recommended.

Nicely designed space, very expensive vegan/veg food, very yum though.. nice as a treat or if visiting. My attached meal was rice, curry, some falafels, dips, pumpkin salad, carrot salad, lettuce, vegetable lasagne, wedges and cost 17 pounds. Everything was nice except my curry had what I thought was potato but some of the cubes were very hard and dry... I don’t know what it was or if it was just very dry and hard potato... you can see them in the closer pic cut in half and all stringy and dry inside. Otherwise the rest was yum but expected the lasagne to have more flavour. If I went back I’d get falafels with the mango chutney — so yum! And some hot sauce. Some pumpkin salad and lettuce, small piece of vege lasagne, wedges & sauce, and maybe a desert. Service when entering was friendly, counter service when paying not as good.. but still nice! I would return... and I’d return more often if the price was 10 pounds instead of 17. Good place for solo diners as well... there is a long row of seats along the window which suit single diners or seats for two which I sat at solo.

What an awesome place! The food was really good and you could get a decent amount for a good price. A great thing is that if you have a favourite you can load your plate up with that great food. I particularly enjoyed the chili sin carne which was a nice take on a classic. And the onion rings and jalapeno poppers were great as well.

Consistently amazing. Pay by the weight buffet with a choice from 40 dishes, which are all delicious. The decor is also perfect - vibrant, casual and inviting with lots of small more private dining areas.

Little GEM! Beautiful space near the Tate Modern. Plenty of cozy seats inside, perfect for couples to work meetings to coffees. The daily selections are DELICIOUS. They do not lower the bar because it is a buffet. Also, you must get the dessert, it is the best part!!

Wow what did I stumble on here? What a fantastic place. Staff are very attentive, quick, friendly and clear a very pleasant atmosphere. The food is something else, it's not based on what you eat but rather on the weight of what you put on your plate. What a great concept. You pay for what you eat and can pile up whatever you want from a huge variety of colourful hot or cold dishes bursting with flavours and mouth watering desserts. The restaurant itself is based on the main road just a few minutes walk from blackfriars bridge, easily accessible by public transport, bus and train. There is limited parking available nearby. The venue can be hired out. This is a great place for group get2gethers, parties, meetups or even that solo visit to experience great tasting food, varied music playing overhead and a fantastic place to meet new people. Toilets and wash facilities are combined, clean and very modern. Overall this was a very pleasant visit and yes I will be coming back again very soon.

Nice vegetarian restaurant with lots of dishes and different friendly seating areas. The food is good, it is not a cheap place (you weigh your food).

I feel blessed that this restaurant is only a short walk from my office, as a vegetarian my options are always limited when it comes to getting hot food at lunchtime (we don't only eat salads). I cannot really fault this place, the restaurant is spacious and beautifully presented. The food is served buffet style, with the hot food on the top shelf and the cold food on the bottom. There is also a separate soup station and the drinks and cakes/muffins can be purchased at the till. The price of your meal is detemined by weight and when you enter the restaurant there are different sized containers and a sign which gives an indication of the appromixate price. Okay so lets talk about the food, I selected items I was familiar with (mostly Indian cuisine) and everything I had tasted good. I also ordered a hibiscus iced tea and that was also very good. The cutlery comes in a biodegradable pack with a napkin which is great because I hate restaurants that leave their cutlery exposed to the elements and within the reach of any and everyone. The only recommendations I have for this restaurant is to offer containers that segregate the food as I have to place dry items (i.e. spring rolls and samosas) on top of wet items and by the time I return to my desk the meal isn't optimal. My second recommendation is to list the full menu on the website (the menu online only shows a fraction of what is available), I would have definitely come sooner if I knew what was on offer. Finally there should be some information online (on the homepage) to explain how the restaurant works as I was a little confused on my first visit. Overall a fantastic concept and very well done. Ps On Tuesdays the restaurant is 100% vegan.

Essentially a vegetarian/vegan buffet. Great selection to choose from, most things were delicious. Great concept of pay for your meal by weight - works well for reduction of food waste and those who may eat less/want a small portion, however wouldn't recommend for those who eat alot and it is very easy to pile your plate up when there is so much choice. My bill came to £16.90 and I went at a lunchtime price. Amazing staff, very friendly and beautiful establishment.

A really lovely vegetarian / vegan buffet. The food is great and varied, the decor and vibe very pleasant. A selection of draught and bottled beverages. Will definitely be coming back for more, even with omnivore friends.

Excellent choice of fresh food, vegan Tuesday is fully vegan, but other days they have veg and vegan options. Lots of whole food and raw options too. Pay by weight. Bankside card (takes two mins to apply on line and receive immediately) saves 10% weekdays and 30% weekends!!

Very nice place in London, you can take your own food from the desk and have as much as you want. It has been opened forse ten years and they seem to be really successfull. Vegeterian cooking, very nice people and prices are fine. Highly recommended.

Not just for vegans. First visit and will for sure not be my last. Salad buffet consists of a massive variety of delicious hot and cold dishes and toppings. Pricing is done by weight and my pretty full large plate came to just over £11 - see pic. A bit pricy, but the quality is superb and the thought that it's better and more filling for you than a boring lunchtime baguette is priceless. Ample seating in a super relaxed atmosphere tops off a great experience. Well done on creating something worthwhile and a bit special.

I just love the self-serve set-up at tidbits, taking just as much as you want of whatever looks tempting. The bill came out 50£ for 3 people including dessert and drinks.
