Got to be a 5/5.
We came here for a special occasion, as soon as you walk into the hotel you are greeted by the most amazing smell and fresh flowers. The porters are incredibly friendly and direct you to the afternoon tea room. We were given two options of tables and the service was lovely. Table c
Fabulous setting, gorgeous food by chef Dom Taylor. £75 for three courses was well worth it. Cocktails were divine especially his rum 🍹 punch if a bit pricey around £19.00. I would go back for the Caribbean inspired excellent food.
I watched Dom Taylor in Five Star Kitchen on C4 and was chuffed to bits when he won 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾.
In my view it would be rude not to experience The Good Front Room in the Palm Court at The Langham. The menu caters for everyone, and the waiting staff make sure of your dietary preferences or allergies ar
Excellent dinner. Waiting staff, professional and friendly. Beautiful background singing from soloist. Wonderful evening - will return if I ever return to Malta 🙂
I had an elegant experience at the hotel where afternoon tea originated.
It was the first day of the New Year, we were served a glass of sparkling wine, a favorite of the British Royal Family.
I was surprised at the quality of the sparkling wine., which was very tasty as it was made using Champagne
I spend my birthday in London and my husband booked reservations for Afternoon Tea. This was pure fabulosity for the birthday day girl. It's a total indulgence you won't forget.
Every bite and sip was perfection.
We had a lovely first-time afternoon tea experience at The Langham!
The food was delicious, and we we got to try five different kinds of tea with unlimited refills. The ambience is lovely and there was live piano. I would've loved if the setlist included more classical pieces.
The highlight of thi
My friend and I visited The Good Front Room at The Langham on 18th October when we enjoyed a delicious and innovative Caribbean meal, with a twist.
Had it not been for the prior timely intervention of Chef Dom at our previous visit in August, it would not have been possible for us to have had this
Went for the afternoon tea for my wife’s birthday, from start to finish we had the most amazing time, the sandwiches and cakes are just so nice it would be advisable to go in a little hungry as there is a lot of food would highly recommended the afternoon tea for a special treat and will definitely
The Good Front Room Launch at The Langham London - Europe’s first ‘Grand Hotel’ that was opened in 1865. Nested in the luxurious dining area, I feel this is the best new modern Caribbean restaurant in the heart of Regent Street, London. The curated menu is tailored by Chef Dom Taylor - the crowned w
First night for The Good Front Room. Beautifully presented Jamaican food by Dom. Loved the fact the Michel Roux was around and greeting us all. Lovely experience💞
We went there to celebrate my wife's birthday. We had the afternoon tea menu and we each tried a couple of teas. We liked both the savoury and sweet options, but the quantity was small given the price. We liked the atmosphere and the background piano music was great. They also brought a small cake f
After watching the recent TV competition my wife was anxious to sample Chef Dom's cooking, and my birthday provided the ideal excuse.
Food: we all enjoyed our starters of jerk chicken and akee & salt fish cake (more of a roll) and our mains. My wife loved the curried goat and my bream was both large
This was our first time in London to do tea time. We’ve had teatime in other cities in the U.S., and this was nice but not any better than the U.S. ☺️. However, the pianist was a nice touch and the atmosphere was very good.
My husband & I were visiting from Australia & decided to visit after watching 5 star chef.
Entree & mains were outstanding, bursting with flavour. Desert was good, except the only dairy free option was basically just coconut ice cream - be great to have a more creative option available.
Service, we
Very nice place to brunch. It's a bit of a home vibe in the dining room, so it's a little sleepy. The food was very good though and I enjoyed my club.
A cosy intimate restaurant that serves excellent afternoon tea. There is a pianist in attendance throughout the meal. You start with sandwiches and savoury scones, followed by a selection of patisseries, and end the meal with sweet scones. The savoury scones were very good, and the sandwiches, espec
