Tried this place after reading the reviews here. I have to say I totally love the place! The food is superb and with that caravan adding that Asian-street style to it. You'll either love it or hate it. It was very busy too though it was already afternoon. It's a nice break from the other posh places around Chelsea. The laksa vegetables was a nice big portion and full of Flavor, nicely garnished with basil it just looked like it would be served in any normal restaurant. The dumplings are my favorite, the best I had so far, but that's just for my taste. Try yourself, am sure the food won't disappoint you. Prices are not dead cheap but affordable and the staff are very sweet. Can't agree that it's not a clean place, there was no issues.

Every time I pass by London, I need to visit this place and have a raw spring roll with shrimps and a shrimp laksa noodle soup. The laksa is spicy if you are into spicy. The soup is rich and yummy with coconut milk, noodles, asian veggies, shrimps, etc.

There are not many people I would meet for lunch at a thinly disguised outdoor food stall on a grey and perishingly cold day in autumn. It’s five degrees outside and snow is forecast when I meet my nomadic pixie friend, recently returned to the UK from living in glorious Bali, just off the Kings Road. She’s a sparkly firecracker of a young woman, fascinating to talk to, full of surprises, a gifted photographer () and the sheer warmth of her personality could melt an Eskimo’s heart. So dressed for an Arctic expedition, I make my way to Phat Phuc on Sydney Street.

Authenticity is not what I aim for when I pick PP. I suggest sticking to the simpler dishes, dont venture into duck salad territory. It is overpriced, but the location and set up is sweet, and sometimes you just want noodles.

My Pho was good; a nicely balanced broth base with plenty of noodles, several slices of moist roast duck and accompanying vegetables.

The Banh Xeo, steamed pancakes with moist crispy duck, spring onion, cucumber and a thick sweet hoisin sauce was a nice starter, but it wasn't exciting, only filling.

...a really cool little courtyard cafe just off the Kings Road in Chelsea. Serving authentic Vietnamese food at very reasonable places, this is the perfect place for lunch in the sun. We shared the steamed prawn dim sum (£3.50), followed by Vegetable Pho - rice noodles, tofu and shiitake mushrooms in vegetable broth (£6.50) Prawn dim sum Vegetable pho

Absolutely delicious and huge portions. I always wanted to pop in so thought today's lunch will do nicely. Reasonably priced and good quality everything tastes so fresh.

Along with the questionable name (which means "Happy Budda" in Vietnamese), this is a hole-in-the-wall that you wouldn't expect to find in the heart of Chelsea. Tucked away down a few steps just off King's Road, Phat Phuc is basically a street food stand, where you pay for your food at the counter and sit yourself down in the tent area (with heating, thank goodness).

There is nothing I crave more than a steaming bowl of noodles during the winter months. Although the pho looked appetising, my sister and I both went for the Laksa with prawns, as well as fresh vegetable & tofu Vietnamese rolls and duck wraps to share.

Now, don't go underestimating this unassuming noodle bar, because the food is really quite good. Nothing fancy, but very fresh, delicious and reasonably priced - everything you want in a quick, weekday lunch. I could easily eat this kind of food every single day! If I lived or worked nearby, I would definitely be guilty of running to them for a convenient takeaway (which they offer).

Just as I feel very at home eating out with fellow bloggers, my sister keeps me company with her shutterbug ways

Don't go to the chain restaurants and head to this wonderful little gem just off Kings Road. Deliciously fragrant Pho and Laksa at a great price with a bunch of condiments for you to flavour your own Pho. Truly authentic and unpretentious.

Very friendly laid back staff that does not speak a lot of English however, so there had been some awkward exchanges, which is really a non-issue. Situated off the busy streets reminiscent of authentic street food stalls in Vietnam.

Need to go back soon for my Pho fix!

If there was ever an award for the best named restaurant in London then it would have to be awarded to this tasty Vietnamese restaurant in Chelsea, Phat Phuc. Located precariously on the corner of Sydney Street, just off the King's Road this technically isn't a restaurant but more of street food truck with outside seating, heaters too for those cold winter months.

Phat Phuc has been around for some years now and sits in a quaint courtyard, surrounded by hairdressers and beauty/health shops. I'm sure this place goes down a treat with those clientele looking to eat a healthy Pho after some pampering. They open around midday and serve till 5pm most days. Although this place is fast food at its best, it's also somewhere you can take your friends and hang out for hours, working your way through the delicious menu.

The menu is short, but perfectly formed. The Vietnamese dim sum is my favourite from the choice of starters, steamed prawn parcels rich in flavour which have a beautiful texture, the prawns are meaty and the parcels well filled. For £3.50 it feels like I’m robbing them, though don't tell them that otherwise they'll push up the prices!

The Banh Xeo, steamed pancakes with moist crispy duck, spring onion, cucumber and a thick sweet hoisin sauce was a nice starter, but it wasn't exciting, only filling. We are all too familiar with this dish in the UK and very rarely does it arrive at the table any different. If you can tell me where to find the crispy duck master in London, I'd love to know.

Prawn Laksa, I don't know where to start, I could be here for hours talking about it and when I first discovered Phat Phuc I ate it three consecutive days in a row. A large bowl filled with a mound of rice noodles which come from a ladled spoon that drops them into a steaming bowl of water, the cooking happens so fast, or should I say, magic. The delicious noodles come in a fragrant laksa broth which is dominated by coconut, chilli and lemongrass, it has a lovely spicy kick, especially nice during the winter months. The prawns are large, meaty and are quite simply, delicious. This is definitely my favourite dish they serve and I urge you to order it.

I really enjoyed this place! We had to wait in line for 30mins but it was worth it. We ordered the prawn laksa which i LOVED! So rich in flavor and defo worth going back for. We also ordered some spring rolls and duck pancakes which were pretty average and not that worth ordering - i think the main’s here are the best and its worth sticking to those. We also had the mango sticky rice which was good!

Definitely worth the wait! Amazing staff, the food is delicious and really hits the spot. Also it’s super cheap for the portions you’re getting. We got 4 mains, 2 sides and a soft drink each and only paid £66. Really recommend getting the pork buns. If you go as a group that’s bigger than two you will probably have to wait longer since they have fewer bigger tables.

Is it worth the wait in the line ? YES A friend of ours took us here a few days ago and it was stunning. While the queue can get a little hectic it’s worth the wait. The food is simply delicious and very fairly priced. They’re flexible with rice/noodle and have lots of yummy extras. Get the pork if you can it’s stunning, or the shrimp Laksa. The seating is a little sporadic but it’s great , great vibe too.

Absolutely delicious! The line was long but it moved very quickly, and the 15mins wait were absolutely worth it! Best laksa in london and the appetisers are great too 🙌

Diamond in the middle of Chelsea! Definitely not what you expect to see in Chelsea, not fancy at all. It's rather simple and local cafe. The food was delicious! We got Laksa soup with shrimps and there was a lot of shrimps! Dim sums were tasty too. Worth noting that soup was medium spicy. Definitely recommend!

OMG. I haven't seen such great places for long time! Is probably most busiest tastiest Curry/Laksa place in London! You just have to visit it to experience it! Yes outside, yes you might get wet, yes it's breezy but best food ever!

I decided to leave a 5 star review as I do appreciate all the effort that goes into building a business. However I would say that the food was not exactly up-to the hype. 2-3 starts. 1. The duck pancakes were prepared with what tasted like meat leftovers from the day before that was reheated in a microwave or fried pan. There was no flavour and plum sauce could have been provided to compliment (or cover in this case) the taste but it was not. 2. The Laksa was lacking the taste and depth but did have a decent amount of spice in it. 3. The service was great and the location is lovely. Would I come back? Probably not. But I wish you all the best!

This place is a gem! I found them by accident once I moved to Chelsea. Amazing team, they do their best to find a seat for their customers as quick as possible. Chicken Laksa is my favorite. Every time my wife or daughter comes to London they say let’s go to “Malaysian”

We came here at around 5:30 when the line was quite long, but it only took us 10 minutes to get a table. We got the beef pho and the chicken laksa. The broth of the laksa was really good but the noodles were rice noodles not egg noodles like the authentic laksa you’d get in Malaysia.

The first time having Laksa and it is amazing & the staff is friendly. It taste very nice sweet & a little savoury portion is great very filling. The meat melts in your mouth. It’s always quite busy but they’re so accommodating & nice I would definitely recommend 😍
