Review: A really nice place to visit a venue with all you need from a good night out. Food, Drinks, Music, People….From the moment you enter you feel like a star entering a hip venue which would not be out of place in the middle of Mayfair to be honest. Add this to a reasonable priced food menu with various set menu and course options to boot you cant go wrong. Good place for couples as well as groups and a nice crowd and mix of people which is also good. Even when you leave you enter the hustle of Soho which you have to experience on a Friday and Saturday night. The venue also have their own photographer so when the venue turns from bar to resturant to club you get a nice dance floor areas as tables are cleared and photographer is also about to take your group shots…A great place for all so worth a visit.
Dress Code: Told there is a strict dress code of no sportswear but on arrival looks like some bypassed this rule but most people were dressed well and ready for a night out.
Cuisine Type: Modern European
Parking: There is an NCP car park within easy walking distance and one of the few in the area.
Decor & Lighting: Low lighting which looks good but not good for any photos of your group or photos so make sure to bring a flash. Great decor and I have been during the day as well as evening and looks good both times. So please do excuse my photos which are not as good as I would like as next time I will take my DSLR in order to cope with the low light levels as my photos don’t really do the venue much justice.
Heating and Cooling: The temperature fluctuated from good to hot at times.
Ambience & Acoustics: Very noisy place and you can hear the people you came with but you have to raise your voice and it depends where you sit as there is a stage area where the sound will be 10 times louder…
Service: Well on a positive note the staff and manager are all very friendly and from the outset it is professional in that people at the entrance know your booking and where your group is seated so this is a smooth service and you have a cloakroom which is also good. Servers nice and friendly but then when you are having dinner the training is very sub-par with staff not knowing the basics of clearing down a table and cleaning surface after a course as well as not being attentive and always having to be chased. A very slow service with the wrong level of training for service staff which is the only let down. They really could score 10 out of 10 if they pushed their service level up.
DB Level: We had corner booth and still hitting 90db
Drinks: No cocktails on the menu but if you drink you will be ok.
We had the following:
Mixed quinoa & cauliflower tabbouleh hazelnuts & cranberries - A nice portion and really fresh salad, I know most will like the cranberries but as I am not a fan this was a little overpowering to me but i still enjoyed the dish.
225g fillet of beef, roasted cep mash baby onions, bordelaise sauce - Really well cooked and I substituted the bordelaise (red wine) sauce with peppercorn which was not an issue and glad this was possible. Also the dish came with a roasted mushroom and to be honest the mushroom and sauce and mash along with the baby onions just all cooked to perfection and all the elements of the dish worked well and complimented each other but giving the steak the main focus still which is the way it should be. I will be going back just for the steak for sure.
Green beans, chilli, red onion - A must extra to go with your steak as the infusion with the chilli and red onion works so well with the steak dish it really should come with it as it is that good.
Warm chocolate fondant, pistachio ice cream - Not bad at all, arrived warm and very soft with good visual appearance also.
Bill / Cost: £350.00 for 5 people including drinks but set menus only at £30 and £42 so reasonable on the food.
Conclusion: I like the venue for a number of reasons from the bar upstairs and down to the great resturant downstairs that has live singers and bands which really makes the day and turns into a live band club with dance floor and then DJ later. So the venue has it all for your night no need to move onto anywhere else and a nice crowd. I would recommend a visit and book to ensure you get a good seat and if you like live music ask to be seated near the stage. You also have private rooms and VIP areas so really nice touch. The other thing to note was the food was good…Also a few vegetarian options as well as many fish courses so a well put together menu to cater for all.

The address 100 Wardour Street has long been associated with Soho life – be it as a restaurant, bar or nightclub. I had visited various establishments on the site over the years, including Floridita and Meza for meals and cocktails. However, in 2016. the venue was reborn as 100 Wardour Street, a dining, drink and live music destination.
100 Wardour Street is the new form restaurant/ bar/ lounge from the previous longstanding Marquee Club and Floridita. This was all well before my time. I came across it as it was partnered with Hot Dinners for a 50% offer. Can’t see no to them savings. I felt 100 Wardour Street was more style than substance when it came to the food. But at these prices, the complaints are limited.
Last night Mimi and I hit the town to party at the newly launched 100 Wardour St in Soho. We started with a delicious dinner in the restaurant, then moved to the dance floor where Nick Grimshaw DJ-d and rocked the house with awesome tunes, and we danced the night away!
Great place for catch up meetings for friends, dates or business. The music is loud enough to not hear neighbour conversations but you don’t have to shout to your table mate. Food is on trend, but the service is outstanding! They checked my coat and bag automatically. Best order cocktails at this place - that’s where they shine on the menu.
Atmosphere downstairs was great, live singer and music at intervals. Food was great but probably a bit too salty for us, 8 of us in total gathered up for a catch up. Both servers, Daniel and Alex were excellent and extremely friendly. We will definitely go back again.

I must say it: Bryan, The best barman! Professional service. He made me feel good. Always surprising us with his cocktails. My friends and I, enjoyed a lot. After that, 100 Wardour Street became my favourite night spot!
Great place to eat. Great food for the price. Our waiter Cristian was superb, great service with him, well informed with the food. And the manage, Gaetano even served the food. The bar man Dean, made me a cocktail that wasn’t on their menu which is a fantastic service and you don’t expect a restaurant to do that. Aurora, hostess is very accommodating. The staff is the best I have ever had served me, so friendly. The chef, Prasham put a sticker on your plate so that they know you have food allergies, never had that recognised before. Highly recommend this place and I’ll definitely be back
I enjoyed some of the best Christmas cocktails and a fun festive night out with good food. More recently I went back for bottomless Rnb brunch in the downstairs restaurant. It was an amazing party atmosphere with a DJ on stage and delicious courses to choose from.
Tried out this place with a friend. Service was fantastic, real attention to detail paid throughout the evening. We had the Timeout deal and was more than happy with the choices. We had the Korean chicken to start, Thai green curry and gnocchi for mains with a side of broccoli. Chocolate brownie for dessert which was very light. Great tasting food, very generous portions.
I couldn't finish my main and was disappointed I couldn't take it home. Real wastage. That would be my only negative.
Wonderful ambience. Would definitely visit again.
Best cocktail bar in Wardour Street - Soho. Recently this venue just launched their new themed Summer Nights in Vegas, with amazing cocktails - yes I tried them all and perfectly tasty! Sharing my recommendation below for your next visit:
C O C K T A I L S:
- Waking up in Vegas
- Poker Face
- Stardust
- Viva Las Vegas
- Cirque de Ciroc
B A R F O O D:
- Cauliflower popcorn with sweet chilli and sesame seed caramel
- Cheeseburger sliders, truffle mayonaise
- Shrimp cocktail
- Vegas buttermilk fried chicken with BBQ dip
- Parmesan fries and truffle oil
Went there with friends for their Day of the Dead evening - very good food and brilliant band, lively atmosphere! The staff were also accommodating. Great value for money, would go again.
Went on a Saturday night, and the entertainment (soul singers and their band) were fantastic. Great popping atmosphere and aesthetics.
I ordered the beef cheek as a main and Korean chicken as a starter. The beef cheek was tender and combined well with the mashed potato.
The Korean chicken was nice but nothing special. I would have liked more flexibility with the menu choices but I also understand why they do it this way (you must choose 2 courses or choose 3 courses at a set price).
We did feel a bit rushed, it was very obvious that the staff were on strict timings with the table times but it made relaxing a little hard. Dinner was for a hen-do but the bride was told to remove her "bride" sash (on what was otherwise just a pretty, sophisticated dress) nothing tacky but it still wasn't allowed. Just a little weird to me.
Also, some quite basic and common cocktails were not available at the downstairs bar, just a limited list.
All in all, the entertainment and food were great and I would come back here for that.
Great food. I really enjoyed the three course menu. Very tasty korean fried chicken. The service was impeccable on Friday night. Our server was so attentive. He could teach other waiters in other restaurant so much. Toilet wise - strange place to keep toilet roll in the toilet. But might just be me.
Attending an immersive Cuban evening with Havana Club. The venue downstairs was really chic, great lighting and excellent service. The live band were OK, not quite Cuban but more generically Latin, and the food was OK. Would definitely visit the venue again for the ambience and for drinks.
Probably a 3.5 overall - some of the cocktails are great, it has a classy vibe. It doesn't really strike me as a restaurant but there are people having full meals here - lands in the middle of being a bar and restaurant, whereas it would probably be better as just one or the other.
Saying that, great service and an excellent banana cocktail that I wish I'd written down the ingredients. The sushi platter was a letdown for the cost, but the dessert was very good.
If you are looking for an exciting restaurant with live music, this is your place. Staff were attentive, live band excellent, food was nice, a little pricey but we went to celebrate a birthday, only down side, you have to pay £6 per person if you bring your own birthday cake.
Went with a friend for a midweek dinner. Loved the atmosphere and the live music. Food and service was great. Deivid and Daniel were very attentive 🙂
Came here for the Thursday evening virgin experience three course meal with jazz and it was incredible. Such good value for money, good was amazing with a big selection and the jazz... Wow! Enjoyed the music more than my recent visit to ronnie Scott's!!
Great food, great service and great atmosphere. Loved that we could chose to sit in two completely different environments. We chose the jukebox live band, they were incredible! - they take requests too! Next time will be sure to check out the lively seating downstairs.
Amazing place for a meal, whilst watching a band perform live music. We watched the 'house band' play, they were brilliant. The place is sumptuous, you really feel like millionaire. It IS expensive, but the costs ('band charge/service charge') are clearly shown on the website.
Located in soho.
On entry bar area with seating.
Further back the dining area.
Has a slightly club feel to interior- Due to the music.
Had the deal with timeout.
Excellent starters Korean chicken and also cauliflower grilled-Could have grilled it more.
Mains: chicken green curry was
Excellent- very nice sauce with beautifully succulent chicken piece.
The salmon burritos was not nice- tasted of chlorinated fish which spoiled the taste of the whole dish.
Desert: panna cotta was good. Chocolate brownie was average.
Service was good.
Accompaniment of red wine- Grenache- Syrah was drinkable.
